Hilton Brussels Hotel Review

Very nice hotel with a warm welcome and a good working airconditioning!

The staff were very helpful and happy to help. The room was basic. Thought for what I paid, the room would be more extravagant, the lobby is beautiful, had a good view from my room. Had break fast, full English, fresh fruits, mixture of cooked meats and a waffle maker. Looking at other hotel near by. Might book them instead.

The hotel is an excellent location for those wishing to visit Brussels for its proximity to all the tourist facilities and services and to the Brussels small .. The furniture is old and somewhat depressing. There are parking and a metro at the door of the hotel. The inconvenience of the Romans morning morning service is intolerable. The rooms are also en suite and bathroom. Supermarket is very close. A nearby bus stop is right behind the hotel. There are Arab channels. Air Conditioning.

It needs to be renovated. Since the takeover, too much has not been invested in renovation

This was our first time staying at a Hilton hotel and our first time visiting Europe. The Hilton Grand Place was lovely. Our room was ready when we checked in and our daughter and her family s room was ready about 15 mins later.
Our room was bigger than we expected with a comfortable bed, plenty of places to plug in our electronics and a spacious marble bathroom with a hairdryer.
Breakfast was a buffet or breakfast choices like eggs Benedict, a continental breakfast and even ala carte options. Coffee was the best we d had in Europe and was made with freshly brewed beans.
Marilyn the hostess took such good care of us. She made sure we had all we needed and refilled our coffee with a smile. She and her efficient crew made the dining experience perfect.
From the people who worked the check out desk to the housekeeper, everyone was friendly and professional. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to check out late as our train wasn t leaving until 15:15 or 3:15 pm.
Two evenings in row ate dinner from an excellent deli ( De Pistolei) 0.2 km from the hotel. Two fresh sandwiches and one big container of soup for 11. We got take-away as they call it and ate in our room. Delicious and easy on the budget.
We certainly recommend this hotel. Our stay was quite pleasant and the staff at this hotel ( especially Marilyn) at breakfast is an attribute to the Hilton.

Convenient location, next to Central Station, just 5 minutes from the old town centre

The location is great. Just outside of Brussels Central station. It is in the same square of the Grand Place. Our room size was reasonable and very clean. Breakfast is good.

We had a great time in Brussels. This Hilton is in a great location to see the city. There's a nice bar in the lobby with some excellent bar tender's and an executive lounge on the ground floor. If you're driving there's underground parking next to the hotel. It was 18 when we visited.

Stayed here for 3 nights this summer. The rooms are clean and well maintained and is great value for money. The complimentary breakfast was sumptuous with good a wide variety of food. The icing on the cake is that the place is bang opposite yo the train station and near to the historic district and attractions of Brussels.

Close to the train station and everything can be reached quickly on foot.
The room was almost clean. A few hairs were in the bathtub.
The staff was nice and accommodating.
The emergency breakfast was under fire. The coffee was still going. You could definitely offer something better and not something bad. Unfortunately.
It was good to sleep.

We had breakfast at the lounge. They could definitely offer a larger choice. No buns, 2 fruits, very small choice of ham and cheese. The lady who worked at the lounge was very friendly though.

A great location in front of the train station and a few steps from the Grand Place..Good room size. Service and cleanliness is of high quality.

Very clean rooms and amenities provided. There is a little hiccup here and there such as our rooms not getting the full amenities but the receptionists, Manon and her team are very calm and handles our queries exceptionally fast and well. Very top notch service from them. And it's just a very short walk from Brussels Central Station (literally a 30 second walk away) and the city centre.

However the room I got was old with old couches that were torn and worn out. Suggest the management to upgrade. Being a Honours member I was disappointed to be given this room.

Ideally situated right next to the Brussels Central Station. Great place to explore the surroundings from.

very central hotel. You can go more or less everywhere in the city center just by walking. Personnel is most of the time nice. Had a not really clean room. After switching rooms the situation got only a bit better. So I guess this was my first and my last stay at a Hilton hotel.

The service was great! Everyone was so nice! The bar was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The AC was a nice break from the heat. The breakfast included was AMAZING! Best homemade Greek yogurt parfait I have ever had. We have an infant and they were very accommodation. The location is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we had planned to go.

The best location in the room. On weekends nights, there's music in the nearby nightclubs and there's a lot of elevator noise. But the staff are kind and forgive me

Hotel good, but in need of an urgent renovation, bathroom with bathtub, they speak both in care of the environment and has bathtub installed, old towel with hole. Small elevator I've seen, only fit the suitcases. Good coffee, attentive staff and great location.

Newly refurbished place this hotel can surprised you more than once, first the decoration then by the perfect location.
20 steps far from the Central Station (train from Airport) , 2 min from the Grand Place, 5 from Beurs Center, deserved by all the Metro/Bus Lines to go to the best neighborhood of the city like Louise, Schuman European Comision, or Ixelles.
Some of the rooms have a really good view on Brussels! Convenient either for a family than for friends.

Lovely hotel in central Brussels. Three nights here were very pleasant.

Great service with very kind staff and spacious rooms. Meetings rooms are a bit smaller than expected but the service quality covers it pretty well. Enjoyed my staying for 3 night right in the middle of Brussels center with the walking distance to all places around the center. Definitely satisfying menu in restaurant and room-in menu. Highly recommended place to stay for quality seekers!

The hotel has a perfect location close to the Central train station. Well connected with airport, Brugge and Gent. You can visit every important place in Brussels by walking. The breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of things to eat, hot dishes, fruits, juices and breads. The only bad thing was I stayed only 1 night to enjoy it.

Clean, large room. Bar was quite crowded with business people.
Location wise, very conveniently in the heart of the city.
Would come here again on my next visit.

The hotel is perfectly located with an attentive staff. The furniture, fixtures and carpets are a bit aging but all in all I found the Hilton a good value.

Staff do not speak French ... no official parking at the hotel nice location but it is 22h and we are in a room that I would call a highway room with very very dirty roof view !!!! For the rest we are still waiting for another room but ..... photo of the dirt of the room annexed !!!! Novotel much better for a quarter of the price !!!!! Never to return !!!

The decoration of this hotel is much more upscale than that of other hotels. You'll like it.

Very nice and accommodating. Loving every minute here. The BREAKFAST is the BEST I've ever had at any hotel. Our room also had a lovely view.

This is a wonderfully comfortable place to stay in heart of Brussels, a few steps from the station. This was our second stay and we would return again and again. The beds are lovely and comfortable as are the pillows. The bathroom was grey marble with nice toiletries and modern fixtures. The lighting was good and temperature control perfect. Tea, coffee and herbal tea in the room is nice. The breakfasts are lovely, lots for a vegetarian like me. Recommended.

The Hilton surpassed my expectations. Axel, managing the front desk, was the consummate professional. He made my wife and I feel most welcome the minute we arrived, and this sentiment was echoed by each and every staff member we encountered. Caterina, the manageress of the Executive Lounge, was outstanding. Her attention to guests was truly exemplary. Breakfast in the lobby restaurant was outstanding, and evenimg offerings in the Executive Lounge were interesting and varied, even including the iconic Belgian moules and frites. If all hotels would display this level of service and accommodation, travel would be so much more enjoyable.

The room, facing the back, was not soundproof enough. Noise all night.

Rooms old and dirty. Not worthy to be called Hilton.

This hotel is so under staffed and unprofessional. We checked in by evening and had requests like extra towels and shampoo which they couldn't cater for since there was only one person working as recetpion/housekeeping/bar. The breakfast stunk like eggs all over the tables and buffet. No hot dishes for my toddler like veggies or fresh fruits. Very disappointing!

Pros - great location and clean

Cons - extremely noisy, concierge room is very small, and has little to offer.
