Wonderful place! Love the gone with the wind museum next door. Great decor in here and the breakfast buffet is legitimate!

Wonderful relaxing hotel in a pretty setting overlooking the golf course
Osborne High School prom. The event was lovely and the staff very friendly!
Horrible experience- DON T EAT HERE. I stayed at the Hilton Marietta/Atlanta on 8/10/18 and ate at the hotel s restaurant with the person I was staying with. We both contracted severe food poisoning and were up the entire night. I ll spare you the details.
I called the next Monday and was forwarded to Melinda, the food/beverage director. She told me that she d look into the issue and call me back- she never did. I reached her again on Wednesday and she told me she was on the other line, and never was able to speak with her. I have called and left voicemails several more times and have never received a call back. What horrible service and an indication that if there were unsafe conditions that led to the food poisoning, they will probably continue. I ve been very disappointed and will be making a complaint to the health department.
We were at a reception at the Brumby House and gardens. It was very pretty and the food was great. My only complaint is that it was hard to find. The desk gave me directions to walk through the parking lot and go left. I was walking in heels and couldn't find it for about 20 minutes. It was not an air-conditioned venue but later at night outside it was cool enough.
Don't be fooled by the amount of stars, this place is held together by tape and lipstick. The rooms are tiny, the air conditioners don't work and the rooms smell like urine. There is a pub on the main floor that smells like mildew. I am so disappointed in Hilton properties. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY,
Wonderful service, friendly staff and a beautiful hotel.
Lobby is amazing, the surrounding area is Beautiful. But the Pub.. Wait time was LONG and the food over priced for what we got. But the food was good. Burger & chips.. Chips were fantastic. Roomwas clean & comfy.
The hotel is decorated to resemble the Civil War era. The employees were very helpful.
A friend was going to be passing thru the area and asked for a recommendation for lodging. After arranging my family reunion at the Conference Center over the summer and getting rave reviews, I knew the answer was Marietta Conference Center. We planned to go out for dinner but opted to visit in the restaurant instead. The food and service was great.
Pool was extremely dirty, had algae growing on bottom and leaves in it. Hot tub was empty. Would not stay here again!
Wonderful location with fantastic views. Great breakfast restaurant and a nice bar. Very clean and quiet rooms
Shameful customer service. For more than 30 years I have been conducting post-doctoral education for health care professionals. For 2017 this Hilton demonstrated the worst customer service imaginable. When presented with consistent complaints about the lack of hospitality at the front desk the "executive meeting manager" was apologetic but ineffective and inept. This has gone on for the past 12 months. Rather than fixing the consistent front desk problems encountered, eventually the "executive meeting manager" actually blamed the guests - incredible. After having a discussion with the general manager some form of follow-up would be a reasonable expectation. For the past 2 - 3 weeks I've heard nothing. Obviously, I will not continue with The Hilton.
Served us chicken masala ata a banquet. It was ok. It did Its job.
They give off an air like you aren't measuring up. Maybe it's just me.
This Hilton lied about its updates. The 27 gallery pictures show one thing but in person it s old and not updated. Covid makes it a bit worse. I would never stay here again.
Beautiful grounds. Room is comfortable although a tad outdated furniture-wise but the entire decor is reminiscent of the day and time of the original facility on the property.
Overall it's a great hote!
I really like their new concept in room service!! The Hotel is a bit outdated, but does have a great view and a friendly staff!
Normally "Do not disturb" signs mean a guest doesn't want to be disturbed. ;) Otherwise a nice stay.
The Hilton Marietta is a great location for both overnight and extended stays. My last nine-night visit was nothing but a positive experience. They offer complementary breakfast that offers many great choices including made-to-order omelets, cereals, fresh fruit and a variety of pastries. The hotel's in house bar is a great and comfortable location to relax after a day working. The hotel is a short walk to the nearby Marietta squre which offers a variety off food and drink selections. In the square I recommend the Colombian restaurant followed my drinks at the Irish bar.
Hated that all the entrances to the rooms were inside leaving no imagination to ones conversation
Absolutely beautiful. Courteous staff. Can't wait to go back.
Nice pub in the reception area. Great place for a wedding. Walking distance from Marietta square
Conference room was adequate. Staff was prompt and friendly. Food and menu were above average for a similar venue elsewhere.
Best staff of all my travels during the last 45 years. More than polite. So helpful. I wanted to hug each one.
The beds are very small, (not queen beds, they squeak and are not comfortable), the toilets are oddly very low to the floor, the breakfast buffet is expensive and not very tasty or warm, absolutely not worth the money spent, TV has limited channels, (some of which didn't work due to NO SIGNAL), you cannot get a luggage cart to transport your OWN luggage because they keep them locked in a room, which I have never experienced before at ANY hotel, forcing you to use a "bellhop", the Pub bar and grill offers slow service, and check out time is noon, but the room key access is cut off at 10:00 am.. very frustrating experience. Probably would not stay here again... very disappointed, since this is a supposed high class Hilton Hotel.
Beautiful hotel set next to a golf course. Provides luxury accommodations.
This hotel is beautiful with a lot of nice touches, like the orange and lemon infused water in the lobby and the rocking chairs on the back porch. Breakfast buffet is awesome, and the food in the Pub is good as well. I would definitely stay again, BUT......my complaints: First, these days double beds need to be a thing of the past. Put Queen beds in these rooms. We stayed for a baseball tournament, and two 17-18 year olds cannot fit in these beds. Second, the price for this hotel on line was $109.99, but because this hotel was a "host hotel" for the Perfect Game tournament, our price was $139.99 per night, so after taxes was $167.00 per night. That's pretty pricey, even including breakfast. Biggest complaint, if you are a host hotel for a baseball tournament, YOU NEED A GUEST LAUNDRY!!!! Baseball uniforms have to be washed, and we spent well over $45 at Laundromats. Please....GUEST LAUNDRY. Other than that, beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, great location.
Very polite and accommodating staff, do whatever it takes to make sure the stay is enjoyable.
The silence and green is a great choice for relaxing in a nature environment and playing golf, the employees are warm-blooded and help-loving behavior is great, the only downside to being away from the city.
bad, can't even connect to wifi. ask the front desk, "follow the step..if u log on ur on if ur not im sorry" ....
Room was fine, though a little small. Loved the soft pillows on the bed.
Staff is really friendly and willing to help! Will be staying here again in the future!
Great staff, solid food options with quality chef, and very nice conference rooms.
Very nice hotel. Excellent room that was quiet, comfortable and clean. Great view of the golf course. Breakfast was excellent but not included. They have a canon in the lobby.
Hotel is beautiful on the outside, lobby and public areas. Rooms are nice. Beds and bedding comfortable. Checked around 3pm. Only one staff present for check in and there were multiple guests waiting so waited almost 1/2 hour to be checked in. Housekeeping-beds or towels not changed or remade.
Beautiful grounds. Service was good. Rooms were typical hotel rooms. Older historical building that unfortunately smelled as such that I believed they tried to cover up with fabreeze?
First let me say, the front dest folks were amazing, helpful and curteous. However, the staff at the bar were arrogant and simply put, difficult to deal with. Asked to change a TV station that no one was watching and It seemed to be too dificult a task for the bartender.. really !. Additionally, his follow on partner had the same arrogant attitude about a friggin TV that no one cared about. Lastly, the 2nd floor smelled like a skunk had been in the hallway and they only had elevators at one end. If you like an old nestalgic hotel.. its your place. If you hope to have a great time in ATL. Go downtown!
HORRIBLE, UNCARING, DISGRACEFUL. Booked my wedding party. Never received room service for Groomsmen for 122 minutes even after numerous calls. Went to my wedding starving. Just what one needs on the most important day of their life. Fiancee called two days prior to be sure staff cleaned room after Groomsmen, and ordered a bottle of wine and food. NOTHING. Room not cleaned, no wine, no food. Night manager was unhelpful, and just made excuses that they wouldn't have taken a wine order on the phone. Pathetic. Disgraceful. No, you didn't ruin my wedding night, as nothing could. But the experience and your staff is shameful. No follow up from hotel, no response from email to Manager after a week. No apologies. Time to clean house at this hotel. Lastly, when checking out, the manager couldn't be found or anyone else after 15 minutes of calling, etc. There is no excuse or anyway to rectify the treatment we received.
Great hotel, allows pets of any size. Rooms were clean and very nice. The grounds are stunning.
We spent two nights here in February, 2018 for the Atlanta Military Miniatures show and enjoyed the ambience very much. Our main complaint about our stay involves the poor service attendant both in-house restaurants. We were double billed and then a friend taking us to lunch was not billed. DO NOT give your room number to your server!
The desk attendant wasn't the most polite or helpful.
The hotel was clean and inviting. The room was nice as well, although the beds and the bathroom were very small.
Always a pleasure. I've attend several conferences here and they are absolutely on point with everything. I attend Dragoncon here every year, in which every room is sold out and the hotel serves approximately 15,000 guests at once. Especially then, this place runs like well oiled machine.
Staff rude. Hotel very noisy because of dogs barking. Hotel smelled of wet dog. Furniture stinks smelled of urine. Never received any thing requested from housekeeping.
Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms and fabulous grounds. Avoid the breakfast though, not worth it.
Great people and very friendly. Able to make it right if you're unhappy and always willing to help. Highly recommend
Great staff!! They gave us a room at no charge because of a simple communication error and were prompt in accommodating our party even as they were highly busy hosting dozens of baseball teams and other guests. Erskine, the Chief Engineer, and Sherry Phillips, one of the managers, were extremely helpful during the process. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Lovely hotel with beautiful gardens immediately adjacent to the hotel. The golf course is challenging. Very nice staff.
We had a Model show here and is very accommodating and a great place clean too.
Atmosphere was good for a company training but the lunch they provided was not the best. Sandwhiches were dryer than my elbows.
The food has been amazing and the at affordable has been very courtesy. I did have some trouble at the pub with service.
Property is an old US Army training school. Has a beautiful golf course and club.
