We have the same problems, we have invested thousands of dollars in equipment that requires constant maintenance. Requests for service are seldom answered.

We used this company to install a Control4 system years ago and they were inept and misleading and we are still suffering the problems with their install.

5 Stars!!!!! We recently had a full security system installed on our business and we can't be happier with system. Wally came out and gave us an estimate and was very informative and professional. If you need any type of surveillance system for your home or business, I highly recommend Hi Tech!

I wish I had used them the first time. The technicians were extremely professional, knowledgeable and happy to be helping me. They fixed immediate problems I had in a building w/ 20 Tenants demanding internet. I will be having them back.
