Clean restrooms and cute souvenirs. Good place to make a quick stop while travelling.

This rest stop is privately managed and is maintained meticulously. Because it is run by volunteers they ask for donations. I give gladly because it is very clean and well stocked with informational brochures

I'm not a fan of the compost toilets they are creepy to me. Also due to covid you enter through the front and have to exit through the back i was unaware of this when I entered. It seems unsafe to me you leave out the back where there are tons of random trucks from who knows where. I dont feel its safe esp if your alone and when its dark or empty of other people using the restroom. They had an information counter with a man inside to answer questions to help people who need information

Restroom are closed during the night. The massassuchets consider truckers like dogs

I peed for days! So good, the mix of bleach, pee and urinal cake really brought me back to home. Lazy weekend days, board games and mom's sweet urinal cakes. Good times.

Good place to stop on the way from Living Free/Dieing back to the Bay State.

Must have been winter hours only open 9:00 to 5;00. Staffed by Volunteers. Not sure why Massachusetts cant help with port a potties after hours. I guess that you have spent all your tourist dollars by the time you drive down from NH and Maine, so no sense trying to compete with their elaborate Welcome Centers.

We went there for the welcome sign and you get a pretty good view at it.

Very clean and mindful of social distancing. Appears the bathrooms are cleaned frequently to maintain sanitation. Eco friendly is definitely a plus!

Why bother having a welcome center on a HIGHWAY if you don't offer 24 hour bathrooms. Closed at 6! Ridiculous

They are up for remodeling. Truck parking to tigth, may be a nightmare to pull out in the morning.

The place is very clean, the cleanliness had clean all over .the amount of people who take the nature walk at night to look for a potty is amazingly fun...if the show ,your on candid camera was taping,it be just too fun....

This rest stop/info center has signs posted all over asking for donations to use their bathroom...welcome to Massachusetts, we ask for money just to use a bathroom. I traveled through NH and Maine and didn't experience that in either state. Facility is clean.

For a rest stop this is very clean and they have some really nice souvenirs in case you forgot someone on your list.

We stop here about once a month. The staff always greets you coming in and again upon leaving. The facilities have always been tidy. The only mark against them is their limited hours (especially come Autumn). This is also good place to change drivers, As Long As you keep your wits about you, late at night.

Good place for us to stop on our way home. Clean, indoor bathrooms, travel info, tables for a picnic or to just not be driving. There is a dog walk area. This usually a stop for us. Only wish the tables that are outside had some type of shade over them. There are trees, however they are spaced awkwardly and dont cover them.

I normally wouldn't think to write a review for a visitor center, but this place was excellent. As soon as we walked in the door, we noticed the cleanliness of the facility. The bathrooms, with composting toilets, were well maintained. There was great "fun facts" posted in the bathroom and the concierge desk provided us with a copy to take with us. The woman at the desk was extremely friendly! We will definitely stop here again.

What is with the north east and there rest areas? My 6 year old needed to to use the bathroom in Vermont and now here. The bathrooms are closed at night. Really? Do people traveling up here not have to use the restroom after 6 PM? Rest area/Welcome center, but not if u need to pee.

Amended my stars. I pulled a star! The place closes at 5 on a Sunday. Thousands of people driving wherever they are going. I stopped in to find them closed. While I was there dozens of others stopped to find the same locked doors.

Good place to stop only down side is no 24 hour toilet. Clear and tidy great staff

Traveling with my toddler and the whole family had to use the bathroom. Apparently 5:45 is after hours and there is a sign on the door telling anyone who has to go to get off exit 60 and use the Dunkin Donuts bathroom there. What a waste of tax dollars.

Thank goodness for this place. Had to use the restroom SO BADLY but couldn't find a spot. 3 stalls in the mens room so didn't have to wait and very clean. Just be aware they are squatting toilets but something's better than nothing!

If I had cash I would have donated but I'll be coming by again in 2 weeks so maybe then.

Definitely a worthy highway rest stop. Being on an exit ramp just makes it most fexible.

Good ,clean place,about 15 truck parkings,but rest rooms open only for limited time from 8 to 6 .

Great visitor center run by a non-profit organization! I'm so grateful to have them there on my way to Boston from Maine each week that I gladly support this center every time I stop in. Support your local non-profits!

Convenient location. Volunteer organization as opposed to state run. Bathrooms compost so a little gross of you have to sit down.

Not the best rest stop. Small and a little cluttered. It is staffed and they do have a gift shop.

Very very badd and very poor service after 5:00 p.m. I didn't advise anybody to come and stay here after 5 o'clock

Bathrooms are open 9 to 5, what a joke, no wonder the area smelled like urine

The semi parking spots are to small. You have to drive in dirt or mud to get out of the spot when you want to leave. I didn't stay long didn't want to get blocked in overnight

People were super nice, helped give us directions to somewhere we could buy towels since we forgot (oops!)

Truck parking spots are to small, but still a great place and more truck parking than most mass service plazas even being self funded, not by the state
