Fantastic experience from beginning to end! I got quotes from other companies that were much higher than theirs and they offered no help regarding home owners's insurance. Mid Atlantic contacted my home owner's insurance and got me additional funds to cover the whole cost. I can't thank them enough!

We used Mid Atlantic Contracting, Inc. to build a deck at the time we were building a new house. Dave Corbin was fantastic and worked with my wife to design the layout in a way that accommodated our requirements and came out looking good and we were very pleased with how it turned out.

More recently we had them come back and add an under-decking system to keep the area under the deck dry so it could be used even during a rainstorm. Again, they were very responsive and proposed a solution that was exactly what we were looking for. They installed it in a timely manner and once again, the final product looked just as good as we hoped it would. The installation team was very polite and they cleaned up everything when they were done and left the area looking great. Thank you Mid Atlantic!

Jaime Fletcher of Mid Atlantic Contracting Inc and his team were professional and pleasant to deal with. The work involved Roof replacement, Fascia, Rake and Freeze Boards replacement, Soffit repairs and Gutters replacement. Their quote was reasonable and their work was of good quality. Most of all I appreciate that the team arrived on time, did the work efficiently and left our place clean and tidy!

MidAtlantic replaced the builder's roof on my home early in the previous spring, having to reschedule multiple times for safety reasons (caused by the late freezes and snows). They were very accommodating and apologetic (despite it not being their fault) and as soon as a scheduled date coincided with appropriate weather, they were there, pulling off the old roof and installing the new one with with alacrity and expertise. I went to work with an old roof and come home to a new one. Good job, guys.

We had nearly everything done, roof, siding, windows, gutters and downspouts, even had the trim around our roof line wrapped so we won't have to paint it ever again! What a great job, the products are all top notch and we love the new look of our home. The install crews were professional, thorough, and did a great job of clean up after the job was done. My husband and I were thrilled with everything. Thanks MAC for the face-lift on our home, it looks amazing!

We have a leak in our skylight/rrof and they told our Warranty company not to cover any of the repair work. The contractor asked me personally if we could "hold off on doing the job until later in the year because it's his busy season," which is ridiculous when your roof is leaking. It took them 2 days to even call the Warranty company about our repair, while it has rained heavily the past 2 nights.

Mid Atlantic just finished my basement. It is now an amazing quilting studio. This is the 2nd major project they have done. Great to work with. Highly recommend them and would definetly use them again.

Mid Atlantic Construction specializing in exterior home improvements performed 5 stars insurance claim storm damage roof replacement for me in November 2018 at a property I represent in Falls Church. Crew was highly skilled and supremely choreographed. MAC office was equal quality. Easy to work with, excellent, clearly understandable paperwork and they are experts at navigating insurance company pedantry.

MidAtlantic Contracting constructed a ~250 square foot wooden deck to replace one that we recently had removed. The office and our representative (David Corbin) were responsive and helpful from start to finish, beginning with a competitive quote for the job. Dave was knowledgable, detailed the pros and cons of deck material options without pressuring one way or another, and adapted to the challenges of our site (an old chimney that needed to come down, etc.). It took the construction crew (who were also great) 4 days to complete the deck, and we didn't have any issues with the final county inspection. We love our new deck, and will definitely be giving MidAtlantic a call when we're ready for our next project!

The owner worked with me on the amount my homeowners insurance claim had paid to install the new roof initially. They then communicated with the insurance adjuster directly. They did a wonderful job on all the work they did on my roof and gutters! The guys came out and worked hard and organized. They were very pleasant while working and cleaned everything up when they were finished. I did not have to worry about anything! I m very satisfied and highly recommend them to my family and friends. Had a great experience from inspection to completion. Highly professional office and installation staff made it worry free. My roof looks so good that one of my neighbors already had MidAtlantic out to look at their roof. Lastley, my father in-law is a roofer in IL. I had him look over the quote before we began and he told what a good price he thought we were gettting.

They did the construction in January, but there was a problem with the construction thereafter, we requested a fix in August, but they made an appointment three months later!!! They never showed up. It's November now. Hasn't fixed it yet. They really don't keep their promises.

Great job. Demo and built new 16X22 composite deck in 4 days and it looks amazing. They were 6k cheaper than the other two quotes we received so we were a little skeptical but I m so glad we pushed through. I highly recommend and would do business with mid Atlantic again in a heart beat.

I don't usually write reviews, but this company deserves one. After getting several estimates from other contractors, MAC was clearly the best value for the service by a longshot, and made us feel like valued customers immediately. My wife and I were incredibly happy with the quality and customer service of the roof repair. In fact, there was one small leak after the job was done, and within 30 minutes of calling them to report it, one of their guys was here and on the roof. Along with identifying and fixing the issue (it was a small crack in the masonry, not even the roof), a couple additional issues (open gutter cap with a bird nest, etc...) were pointed out to us and fixed without charge. In these times, this level of quality assurance and value is greatly appreciated. We will recommend MAC to anyone that is looking for a new roof or any other contracting work. A+.

Mid Atlantic was the third company to look at the leaking roof in our townhouse, and the last. What the other places missed they picked up in minutes. When we moved, they were the first we called to get a roof quote. Not only was their bid the best, but we would have hired them over the other two companies based entirely on the thorough inspection they gave to our roof. And when winter dropped a foot of snow days before they were scheduled to arrive, their guys climbed up to the roof and shoveled it off so they could complete the job on time. Totally happy with the work and the price, and will recommend to anyone.

We used Mid Atlantic Contracting to replace our roof and were extremely pleased with the service, price and crew. Erick presented us with a very competitive price and was very thorough in assessing the condition of our old roof. Lindsay and Kelsey in the office presented bid proposals, product information and responded to questions with lightning speed. Our house was one of four contiguous townhouses that needed work and we all chose Mid Atlantic to replace roofs, fix rotting wood and replace some gutters. They have a dedicated crew for each (carpentry, painting, gutters and roofing) and the activities were staged such that the work was completed timely. Each of the crews were hard working, professional and took great care to minimize disruption to our family while working on all four townhouses. They went out of their way to prevent damage from debris and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. Everything happened as promised. Home contracting is a business fraught with fraud and shoddy workmanship (we've all heard the horror stories) but Mid Atlantic performed in every way we expected. They have truly lived up to their quality reputation and we highly recommend them.

I called Erick Fletcher yesterday about giving an estimate on our roof. He came today and was able to call his team and fix it quickly, before the thunderstorms hit NOVA. He took pictures of the damages from inside our attic and from on top of our roof. He also invited me to look at the damages for myself from inside the attic. We had a different company come earlier to give an estimate and he didn't show me all of the damage, only some of it. I felt like he was honest, trustworthy, and did an excellent job with his crew. I am so grateful for the respect and professionalism that he and his team displayed while working on our house. I would highly recommend him because of his reasonable rates and professional care. He also wrote out an itemized list of damages and took pictures for our insurance company. He saved us time and money. I will definitely use MidAtlantic again!

I recently hired MIdAtlantic Contracting to build a new deck on my townhouse. I obtained three quotes for the job and MidAtlantic's was the most reasonable. The sales person and the administrative staff were fantastic - they provided timely communications, were extremely responsive to my inquiries by phone and email, and are knowledgeable of county codes and building requirements for decks. The building permit was obtained in lightning speed! The work started and ended on schedule (the job took only three days), and final inspection occurred on the morning of the fourth day. Overall, a worry free and wonderful experience. I would definitely hire MidAtlantic Contracting again and I highly recommend them to others.

I had the president of the company actually come out to my home and fix an issue with my roof. He was professional, courtesy, thorough. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. He charged a very reasonable price and it helped stopped further damage to my roof from a water leak in my vent. I think I found a new company I'll be using for projects on my home!

From the beginning, during the initial quote phase, Dave was very responsive and make lots of great suggestions and options of ways to redo the deck, within my budget. He was low pressure, and extremely knowledgeable in the entire process. He answered all my questions, and guided me through the construction process, coming regularly to ensure things were going smoothly. The crew was great! Friendly, professional and hard working. They did a wonderful job on the deck, as well as clean up afterwards. I am thrilled with the end result, which is now meets county code, but more than that, looks great and feels very safe and secure! Mid-Atlantic Contracting, Inc. recently replaced our roof, repaired the chimney & rerouted bathroom fan vent duct work for us. They did an excellent job! The company president, Erick Fletcher, was very hands on and oversaw all aspects of the job. He is very knowledgeable & competent. The workers were professional, courteous & very accommodating. They did a terrific job of clean up, including using a metal rake to ensure all roofing nails were picked up around the house & in the driveway. The job was completed in one day on our ranch with its 4,200 sq. ft. roof. There was an issue with the fan in the master bath that wasn t noticed until it was used the next day. Erick came back to fix it without hesitation. Lindsay & Vanessa, in the office, were pleasant & helpful when calling/emailing Mid-Atlantic. We highly recommend this company & would not hesitate to use them for any future work we needed done.

We had a wonderful experience with MidAtlantic about 1 year ago. We had significant leaking in our 25 year old roof. We got 3-4 quotes. I believe MidAtlantic was the lowest. Jaime, our contact, was great. They did the roof in 1 day. We only found 1-2 nails afterward, which is remarkable considering the amount of nails removed when the entire roof is replaced. We even had them come out afterward to fix a little something that we thought should have been replaced around the skylight. With sooo many roofing companies canvassing neighborhoods after heavy rains, MidAtlantic is one you can trust.

I am really pleased with the professionalism and quality of work these guys did. Whilest, it was just a roof, they alleviated the hassle between myself and the insurance folks. Really good people, didnt really try to hussle you. They completed the project in the time they said they would. Good integrity and stick behind their product (s). Would definitely use for large projects again.

The day before work was to begin, the roof shingles and other supplies were in the driveway ready for the next day. At the completion of the job, my yard was cleaned thoroughly. MidAtlantic Contracting did an outstanding job of "tuning up" our roof, of reattaching and resealing the step flashing on the adjacent townhouse, and of fixing our leaky chimney. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and on time. We couldn't be happier with our choice of contractor and will definitely use them again.

We utilized MidAtlantic Contracting Inc. located on Highams Court in Woodbridge, VA recently to install a new roof, replace a skylight, and replace fascia board and gutters. I was referred to MidAtlantic by a real estate agent friend in my neighborhood, and also by another friend who had his roof replaced by them last year. I obtained three estimates, and not only did MidAtlantic give us the best price, but they were by far, in my opinion, the MOST professional. They are rated very highly, and we like the fact that they are a family-owned local business. We were going to put it off until 2021, but with our house being close to 19 years old, and a recurring leak near the skylight, it was time. I then spoke to some of my neighbors and got four of them on board as well! What we all seemed to agree on and have in common with our thinking is this: A roof replacement is a BIG deal! I wanted it done by a company that I felt would stand behind its work, and wanted it done professionally, and timely. And let me tell you, Erick, the owner, and his roofing "team", which consisted of seven people, operate like a well oiled machine! They work hard, efficiently, and sometimes in pretty brutal conditions on very hot and humid days. I am very pleased with my new roof and the service provided by MidAtlantic.

At the beginning I was a little skeptical of Mid Atlantic, but after I saw the work on my neighbor's home I agree to talk to the storm specialist Rashad Henderson.

Best decision I've made in a long time. Rashad Henderson of Mid Atlantic is simply one of the best and most customer service oriented professionals I've ever met. He worked closely with my insurance company to get my claim processed. After the claim was filed he scheduled the siding work on my house at a convenient time, made sure the crew was up to snuff and checked regularly during the installation.
After the job was done he checked sure that the crew clean up after themselves.
Rashad Henderson from Mid Atlantic Construction did great job, make sure I was happy with the whole process. I would recommended Rashad and MAC to anyone who needs to replace roof.
I just hope the whole process won't be that long.
