This was my first time using a staffing agency and I highly recommend High Profile and their recruiting team. It was a great experience for me. I met with Tiffany on a Friday and by the following Friday, I completed 6 interviews and accepted a job the following Monday - less than 10 days! To be honest, I feel the title of this place should be different. I sort of felt as if the conversation I had was with an ADHD cheerleader-stroke survivor. Already having 2 jobs, my time is valuable. High Profile overall is a good staffing agency, however, I would not recommend Melissa Johns as the recruiter to assist with finding your next opportunity. Melissa's supercilious demeanor is disconcerting. She may initially contact you for an opportunity, but if you decline it because it it's not a good fit, she NEVER contacts you again, even when you are on the "availability list". A good recruiter will continue to try and match you for the right opportunity, to ensure a good fit, not make you feel you're unwelcome and ignored.

I don't have the words to describe what a positive experience I had with Susan and Tiffany at High Profile. I am grateful that I had these ladies on my side during my job search. Both Susan and Tiffany are extremely knowldegeable in their field and whether on the client side or candidate side these ladies are the best!

I have known Sara Stoub for seven years, when she first joined Coca-Cola Refreshments as a Field Recruiter. Compared to other staffing agencies, they are definitely at the top. They provide pretty good benefits and even PTO time after being on the job for so many days.

Best staffing agency to work with. Shawnda was hands down the best recruiter I ever worked with. She was always responsive as was her entire team whenever she was on the phone / stepped away for lunch. After figuring out what the best fit for me was and working with her, I had a job lined up and ready to go within a month. I think this opportunity is going to be just what I was looking for and I owe it all to High Profile Staffing and Shawnda Parker!
