High Profile overall is a good staffing agency, however, I would not recommend Melissa Johns as the recruiter to assist with finding your next opportunity. Melissa's supercilious demeanor is disconcerting. She may initially contact you for an opportunity, but if you decline it because it it's not a good fit, she NEVER contacts you again, even when you are on the "availability list". A good recruiter will continue to try and match you for the right opportunity, to ensure a good fit, not make you feel you're unwelcome and ignored.
