I would HIGHLY recommend High Profile and their recruitment team. I ve worked with them for all of my jobs here in Dallas for the last four years. When I first moved from Florida they were found by a simple google search top recruiters in Dallas and man have they delivered! They helped me with some temp roles while I got settled, they ve also placed me at my recent job in the HR filed. They are diligent, professional, and have helped with career advice and allowed me to be specific about what I was looking for. It s been the most personal experience I ve had compared with any other recruiter. I was previously in a role at a company that was not a good fit, the role I m in now has honestly changed my professional life. It s pretty impactful when you re not happy at work every day, and now I can finally say that I am! The quality of the roles and businesses that they work with are very high caliber. I feel they were opportunities I would have struggled to get on my own just by sheer volume of candidates that likely apply.
