I had always searched for new job opportunities on my own; for fear of the negative stereotypes surrounding staffing agencies. The job hunting process is tedious enough; I didn't want to be sold false promises about job leads or set up an initial meeting and never hear from the recruiter again. Luckily, a good friend of mine shared her positive recruiting experience with me and encouraged me to contact High Profile.

Though hesitant at first, I must say that I was very pleased with my experience! Throughout the entire process, the staff at High Profile were always extremely kind and professional. Sara and Linda were always considerate of my career interests, were transparent about the details of each potential job, and were there to guide me through the entire process. I was so appreciative to Linda for sharing my resume with her colleague Sara to help me expand my job options. I never felt coerced into considering any positions nor did I ever feel that I was last on their candidate list. They supported and encouraged me at every turn.

This experience has completely changed my perception of what real staffing agencies/recruiters look like. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with the staff at High Profile and I would recommend the company to everyone!
