When I started in February I hoped to find a few handles to find some more inner peace and balance, but I never thought that there would be so much movement, wow! What a growth, what a special journey. With fantastic people, we have received a whole toolbox with fine techniques, which we have all learned and can and may pass on. Through this training I have come closer to myself and become a better version of me. The guidance was more than great, personal, there was room for every participant, and the trainers and coaches made sure you always left with a good feeling. This was unforgettable, from the bottom of my heart a deep bow and thank you for the trainers, coaches but also fellow participants. The location was easily accessible and free parking, the content was made easy to understand, practical and understandable. This is highly recommended, a great investment and a gift to yourself.
