Very very painful company to use. Great prices however. The sales rep misinformed me on the entire process. Costing me 10 more nights in a hotel in hawaii . Which was more expensive then the entire move. The customer service manager informed me on everything that was wrong but did nothing to help out. Dissipointed and would never use them again.
