Overall, customer service is ok. It can be difficult to get the service department at times, but staff is cordial and helpful. Prices for some services are lower than that found at other mechanics.
I have had some negative experiences. I Iwas told that my brake pads were low after an inspection. I had these changed a few months before that inspection at Firestone and had a warranty, so I returned the vehicle to Firestone and I was told the pads were fine and given the measurement for my pads. The very same pads lasted about a year after that and I saw them, so it's impossible that they were low when Herb Easley staff reported I needed to change them. I was also told the company only provides a 90 day warranty for replacing brake pads, other places have better warranties. I had to return my vehicle after a job was completed. Staff was great and apologetic about the fact that the problem persisted when it should have been fixed.

One great aspect of the service was the fact that staff actual brought samples of fluid (coolant) from my vehicle and a sample of what it should look like as a comparison. That helped me know that these changes were absolutely needed.

Overall, if you want great service, ask questions and be vigilant of what's going on when you take your vehicle in.
