My wife and I were in the process of moving from Colorado to Florida and were driving through Texas. We woke up in the morning and our tires were all bubbling up and warped. Very strange and dangerous. Herb Easley Motors was right across the street from the gas station we were in. Went into the service department and Christie Cook was quick to greet us with a very polite and positive attitude. We told her what the problem was and our situation and she immediately had our car pulled into the garage. They didn't have the correct tires on hand as we were driving a Saturn in a GM dealership. Christie was quick to reach out and have the tires delivered to the shop and we were back on the road 2 hours after pulling in. Thank you Christie very much for your great customer service and salvaging our travel day. I highly recommend Herb Easley and if Christie takes care of you. You'll be very happy with your experience.
