Decided to use them to help me to buy my first pro...
Decided to use them to help me to buy my first property. Initially found plenty of companies cheaper but went with Heptonstalls as they are local. I did buy the house at the end but it was rather painful experience. They don't keep you updated so for weeks you don't know what is actually happening and you need to chase them yourself. When they promise to call you back they don't so you have to chase them yourself. When solicitor had time off, you case is on hold with no notification. All process took far too long time.
Cannot recommend.

I have recently used Heptonstalls for their Conveyancing services. I would like to commend Sarah Minchin for her superb work with sale and purchase. She was very thorough, responsive and efficient and brought both cases to a successful and timely completion despite working during unprecedented times. I would also like to thank Mike Fish for his help and attention on on the day of completion in Sarah's absence. He kept me very informed throughout the final stages of theprocess. Very poor experience, instructed Heptonstalls Gool...
Very poor experience, instructed Heptonstalls Goole on a very simple purchase and part exchange, over 2 months later they had not even instructed searches on the purchase and had very little understanding of the transaction, service was so poor and confidence in them completing the transaction so low we have had to instruct another solicitors to deal with this. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere as you are unlikely to get good service.
