Decided to use them to help me to buy my first property. Initially found plenty of companies cheaper but went with Heptonstalls as they are local. I did buy the house at the end but it was rather painful experience. They don't keep you updated so for weeks you don't know what is actually happening and you need to chase them yourself. When they promise to call you back they don't so you have to chase them yourself. When solicitor had time off, you case is on hold with no notification. All process took far too long time.
Cannot recommend.
