Though I do not have any negative feedback about this project but I would like to mention about their channel partner. The channel partner , named Anup*** Singh, is not only rude but also highly unprofessional. She is trying to sell Premero but the moment I said that I am not interested and asked her not to share this kind of projects she became rude and started to use bad language and directly blocked me on whatsapp. I can share my whatsapp chat screenshot. Don't hire such kind of channel partner and this will bring negative review about Salarpuria.

Attended interview in Nov 17. Highly unprofessional organization. They took 4 rounds on 4 days with a gap of a week between rounds. After getting selected they offered a package which not even near the expected package mentioned in the interview form before the start of the whole process.
Then HR told that they don't have a budget.

Disgusting guys. Just Another marwari builder.

I'am giving 1 star because there is no zero.

Though its a good company have no idea about walk in interview, they just called a walk in interview there was a enormous people's are entered their campus within the time but they not able to satisfy them not responded properly just told we will call you to everybody who were there but they mensioned interview on that day. The people are from several regions f karnataka because of this interview with some hope they ruined everything I'am also an aspirant hoping to attend interview.
This is worst experience I had yet.

They don't respond for the customers need. After the 10 percent payment for flat booking they are least bothered about selling it and completing the aggrement.
Very bad sales team and very disappointed about thier work.

Very terrible treatment of customers after selling the flat. Harassing residents in every possible way (cutting electricity, cutting water, etc.) when handing over maintenance to association. Their motto 'Trust. its what we build' is a joke.

One of the worst developer which goes about advertising as a Tier A Builder / Developer. All those who intent to buy an apartment from this builder, go and have a look at their other projects and speak to Residents and owners of projects that are completed and you will know the truth. Seepage issues are aplenty in many of their projects as they compromise on quality products and materials during the construction which is mostly outsourced.

The staff's are not working as professionals.
Their front desk 2 lady staff's are very rude and impolite. There HR nivathida don't know anything about the requirements of the company and simply calling somebody for the interview and disterbing them . They don't have any proper time management

You come here generally to visit Salarpuria Sattva. The parking can be an issue on working days.

This is very good place. Here staff is very good. They have well supportive system in place which is quite systematic. They have good visitor system in place. They greet you well and they offer you well. Overall very nice very good place if you want to buy any property with them. I'm happy with their hospitality and the service.
