Very poor experience, instructed Heptonstalls Goole on a very simple purchase and part exchange, over 2 months later they had not even instructed searches on the purchase and had very little understanding of the transaction, service was so poor and confidence in them completing the transaction so low we have had to instruct another solicitors to deal with this. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere as you are unlikely to get good service.
