On Sunday evening at 5:45pm when the dealership was closed, I sent an email inquiring about a used vehicle. I received the standard email response from the dealership that I would be contacted in the morning. Within 30 minutes of my initial email, I received a phone call from Ned Hindi. Ned was extremely friendly over the phone. He uncovered my needs and wants and scheduled an appointment to meet the next morning.
Ned was as friendly in person as he was over the phone. He immediately built rapport and earned my trust. We test drove a GMC Acadia, a vehicle I had no intention of purchasing. Ned did an excellent job showing me the features, benefits and driving capabilities of the vehicle. I liked the SUV but was unsure about a couple of items with the car, and was not ready to make a decision. Ned introduced me to Nate Pearson-Sales Manager. Nate was friendly and attentive, and we discussed my concerns. We decided to follow up by phone later in the day.
I spoke with Ned and Nate later in the day. Both gentleman did a fantastic job eliminating my concerns by building value for the product and the dealership. I decided to make the purchase and scheduled an appointment for the following day to finalize the deal.
The next day, as I was juggling work and home responsibilities, I needed to coordinate a couple of things on my end. On his day off, Ned scheduled time to come into the dealership to complete the necessary paperwork. I had to change the appointment time twice throughout the day and eventually made it to the dealership in the late afternoon. Ned showed flexibility, was ready to assist and continued to give me an extremly high level of customer service as we completed the paperwork/financing (kudos to Dorian Gordon). Last but not least, Ned assisted me in delivering the vehicle, going the extra mile, again.
I highly recommend Ned Hindi. It was a pleasure doing business with Ned and Hendrick Honda.
