My Car had a problem with cylinder misfiring , Paid off around 800 $ at MIDAS , they have not fixed the problem , simply swindled money sent me back with same problems . I though of checking with dealer , these guys are awesome, checked each and every point and fixed the problem just with 19 $ , awesome service .

I was pleased with previous experience with Hendrick Honda , Visited back again with more complex problems with breaking system , this time again Andrea who helped me to explain the problem very well, her knowledge is amazing in explaining the problem, This time, fix has been done by end of the after explaining my urgency. they are excellent in delivering the solution is on time without any rework.

I recently went in to Hendrick to find a new car because mine was on its last leg of life. When I walked in I was helped immediately. Brad Thompson was the one that helped me find my new car! From beginning to end it was incredible. Everyone there was beyond friendly, like sitting around with family all day. Brad had every answer to every question I had and was focused on getting me everything I needed and wanted. Gus was also around everywhere. There were a few times I had to wait on some things but Gus was there and kept conversation about everything and gave me some incredible places to eat at! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle.

Yesterday i pulled up to the service dept and the guy asked what was wrong and I told him my unlock was not working on my key but my lock was and I think I just need a new battery. He said no no you need need a new key and that s 130-150. I said I really just think it s the battery and he just kept brushing off saying no you will have to pay all that. Even though I knew his diagnoses was wrong. I left so angry. So mad. I called the Parts Dept today and explained in further detail what was going on. The nice gentleman Ruben told me when i came in to ask for him. I did and he helped me fix everything AND it was only the battery like i originally thought. I had a complete different thought of this dealership yesterday and was so angry but today I am so thankful for Ruben and the other guys in the parts dept! Helped me so quickly on my lunch break. If I had a say they all deserve raises:) thanks part dept team!the service team not so much, or the man i spoke with but I m rating this a five just based on Ruben. Thanks!

last 2 cars were from Hendrick..told them I'd be b...

last 2 cars were from Hendrick..told them I'd be back for an S2000, was ready to BUY 2 weeks ago..no calls back from Used Car side...Cust Service called..told them I was waiting to hear back.."I'll have a sales mgr. call you back in 10 min." 2 weeks later..no calls...my previous NEW car sales rep called a couple times but didn't even use my name in the convo, and I can't STAND to be called "buddy" from a professional. So now..I'm STILL looking for an 07 S2000 with low miles preferably with red/black interior.

The service was good, people were helpful and nice...

The service was good, people were helpful and nice. I made a appointment to come in and have my oil changed and tires rotated. I waited 2 hours for it to be completed. After waiting a hour I asked the service advisor how we were looking, he went and checked for me. He said it would be another 30 minutes, he said is seems the wrong oil filter was ordered and they had to order the correct one and go pick it up.

It can be a bit frustrating when you schedule a appointment to have a service completed in a timely manner. Making the appointment is suppose to insure you get serviced at the time of the appointment And not have to wait 2 hours. I normally would do this service my self but I had purchased a service plan. The Total time I have spent so far at the dealer for 3 oil changes and having the tires rotated totals to 6 hours.

Suggestions:
Quicker service
Order the correct parts
If there's a extended wait time give the customer a honest answer.

Outstanding service. I drove up from Columbia after talking with Brad about a 2017 Pilot. Brad Thompson and Mon, the finance manager could not have been easier to work with. It was gimmick and hassle free. I would highly recommend Brad and Mon to anyone looking for a new Honda. They are fantastic!

I can't say enough about BRENT BELL! We've been working with him for about 30 days. We initially met Brent on a Sunday afternoon casually shopping for a used Honda Pilot (certain year, color, etc.) He never gave up on us and kept in touch week after week looking for our 'unicorn'. We finally decided to just buy a new one and because of BRENT'S awesome service, we went straight to him. Thank you, BRENT!

Tires roar - In about 20,000 miles will get then changed and an alignment -

Sometimes the screen goes dark. There is a fix,, but will have too wait until Honda corrects.

Today I purchased my first car, a 2013 Honda Insight, from Hendrick Honda and worked with Vickie Athey. Even through email and calls earlier this week, I could tell that Vickie was a genuine person and was willing to help me with anything I needed. She answered all of my many, many questions and she made sure that I was given the best price on my car. When I got to the dealership today, I was very nervous and was intimidated by all the components that went into buying a car since I had never done it before. As soon as I started working with Vickie all my nerves vanished. It was very obvious that she was there to make my car buying experience enjoyable and it was! Dorian worked with me on the finances. He knew that I was a first time car buyer and he did a great job of walking me through each step of the process and thoroughly explaining everything. I am already contacting my friends that are looking for new cars and recommending that they go to Hendrick Honda!

My wife and I had a full day planned of car shopping, but ultimately didn't get past Hendrick Honda due to their fantastic service. Sam Calman was the associate that we worked with. He was very understanding of our budget and what we were looking for, and gave us plenty of great options without trying to push us above what we were hoping to spend.

We took our test drive and actually called several other dealerships during the test drive to see if anyone could beat the deal that we had been offered. No one that we contacted was able to beat the price for the quality of vehicle we were getting. Could not recommend Sam and Hendrick Honda more!

He was transparent in answering any questions about the car and was extremely helpful with helping get a good price for me. Buying a car can be stressful and very time demanding. I gave myself 2-3 weeks in searching for my next vehicle. A Pilot was one of my top 4-5 picks. I visited several other dealerships prior to my visit at Hendrick Honda (week 2.5). Not only was the Sales Manager (Sean) and Sales Associate (Jay) courteous, they took the time to understand the type of consumer that I am, understood my wants/needs and engineered all of the information to put me in that vehicle. They made it possible for me and for that I want to say
THANK YOU! I also would like to extend my thanks to Sam, Andrew, and Dorian, for making the entire car buying experience seamless. I look forward to servicing and working with this dealership in the future.

I purchased 5 cars from here in the past 4 years. The staff is always awesome during the initial purchase processes. I went in to have my car service. I have wanted a Crosstour for awhile. However, I was waiting for another year. Then recently, I learned it was being discontinued. While I was in for service, I asked about the Crosstour. Sam Fisher was excellent at helping me not only review options but to purchase the Crosstour and get a good deal. He was great! Mo in Finance was great too!

I was recently in an accident which resulted in my car being totaled. I came to Hendrick Honda as an option, and needless to say I was sold. The care SEAN MCCLANE showed me was remarkable and helped the process go along much smoother then I expected. Even other salesmen were very responsive hearing about my accident and so kind making sure I was ok. JAY LEVIN was super nice and very educated on the car I choose. He helped me throughout the process and was very efficient. ALEX ALEGRIA was so kind, easy to talk to and even stayed after hours to make sure all of my documents were in order and everything was taken care of. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to lease or buy a Honda. Wonderful experience + a fabulous staff!

...truly a dope experience. This was me & my wife's 3rd dealership visited while attempting to get a used car purchased. The previous 2 ended in disappointment primarily b/c our credit wasn't to par with what was required to get a car. Upon arriving, the Internet sales manager introduced us to Troy. He didn't make promises but ensured he would help us the best he could. Rather than push a car on us, he asked questions & help to narrow the inventory down. Financing was next... Nate ran our credit & was very upfront with the issues that plagued our previous car buying experience. He brought to our attention the large amount of inquires from the other dealerships that dropped our credit score (finance fishing) as well as communicated all the factors that are required to get a banks approval on finacing. Rather than tell us no, he relayed options & tips to get us the end result we were looking for. Following his advice, me & my wife took the next step in the car buying process. Later, Jim (finance manager) assisted us with paperwork, answered questions in detailed, & provided awesome options that will help us improve our credit & car preservation. It took multiple hands on deck, but each one was very helpful in our car buying experience. Thought we'd be in a used car , but ended up getting a brand new one instead . What's even better, Troy (our sales rep) still reaches out from time to time & checks on us. What seemed impossible became a success story b/c of them. Me & family will forever be grateful to their entire staff & resources! Thanks a million for saving our Christmas!

On Sunday evening at 5:45pm when the dealership was closed, I sent an email inquiring about a used vehicle. I received the standard email response from the dealership that I would be contacted in the morning. Within 30 minutes of my initial email, I received a phone call from Ned Hindi. Ned was extremely friendly over the phone. He uncovered my needs and wants and scheduled an appointment to meet the next morning.

Ned was as friendly in person as he was over the phone. He immediately built rapport and earned my trust. We test drove a GMC Acadia, a vehicle I had no intention of purchasing. Ned did an excellent job showing me the features, benefits and driving capabilities of the vehicle. I liked the SUV but was unsure about a couple of items with the car, and was not ready to make a decision. Ned introduced me to Nate Pearson-Sales Manager. Nate was friendly and attentive, and we discussed my concerns. We decided to follow up by phone later in the day.

I spoke with Ned and Nate later in the day. Both gentleman did a fantastic job eliminating my concerns by building value for the product and the dealership. I decided to make the purchase and scheduled an appointment for the following day to finalize the deal.

The next day, as I was juggling work and home responsibilities, I needed to coordinate a couple of things on my end. On his day off, Ned scheduled time to come into the dealership to complete the necessary paperwork. I had to change the appointment time twice throughout the day and eventually made it to the dealership in the late afternoon. Ned showed flexibility, was ready to assist and continued to give me an extremly high level of customer service as we completed the paperwork/financing (kudos to Dorian Gordon). Last but not least, Ned assisted me in delivering the vehicle, going the extra mile, again.

I highly recommend Ned Hindi. It was a pleasure doing business with Ned and Hendrick Honda.

After shopping around for a few months for a new car; the vibrant, affable environment I felt at Hendrick Honda in Charlotte was truly welcome. Each employee approached me to simply ensure I was going in the right direction. The other dealerships seemed to be concerned with getting me in a new car, and out the door. The folks at Hendrick in Charlotte respected me like family, and the gentlemen all proved that chivalry still very much exists. It would have been easy for them to think they could take advantage of this little "seasoned" lady, but they each regarded me as if I were one of their own, negotiated fairly, and as a result, not only made a sale, but a customer for LIFE!

Do NOT go there for an oil change. It took one hour and 45 minutes for mine. When I asked how long it normally takes I was told around 1 hour and 20 minutes to an hour and a half. I guess they're quite pleased with those wait times as I was told it's been that way for 17 years.

I was very pleased with the service, attention and respect I received at Hendrick Honda (South Blvd.). When I called to make my appointment, I spoke with Andrea Bedoya-Perez. Ms. Bedoya-Perez has worked at Hendrick for many years and is very knowledgeable concerning all aspects of Honda repairs. She told me exactly what they were doing, what the found out and the cost of the repairs. Now my 10 year old Honda drives like a new car. Thanks to all who worked on my car and to Ms. Bedoya-Perez.
One side comment: Please put hangers in the stalls in the men's restroom.

All I can say is, WOW! I have worked with salesmen at pretty much every dealership in Charlotte, but no one was even close to how pleasant HARRISON TOTHEROW was to work with! Through the entire 8-day ordeal, he maintained such a pleasant, informative, thoughtful, and efficient demeanor, patiently exploring options with us and giving incredible and knowledgeable suggestions. He wasn't pushy like all the other salesmen, but his wealth of product information sure convinced us to buy from him- And we are so happy we did! He did his best to work with us on an agreeable price and even took the time to show us all the features, twice! What a noteworthy experience at Hendrick Honda with this guy...I recommend any and everyone looking to purchase to talk to him!

I had a wonderful car buying experience with Ken at Hendrick Honda Charlotte! I brought my dad with me to shop because I wanted to be sure I was asking all the right questions and because I didn't want the fact that I'm a woman to color my car buying experience (there are of course women who are very knowledgeable about buying cars, I just don't happen to be one of them - although! I do feel much more empowered about the whole car buying thing after this recent experience!) Ken made sure to talk directly to me about the car and not just to my dad. He made sure I knew all the information and was extremely helpful in getting my car payment to a place where I was comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and the available features. I absolutely love my new Honda Civic and would highly recommend this dealership and Ken Hill in particular to anyone looking for a new ride!

Bought a new 2017 Ridgeline today with the help of Jay Levin. It was a great experience. I had looked at the Ridgeline at a few other dealerships. At these other places, the salesperson didn't know the truck very well and struggled with the differences in trim levels, etc. I could tell Jay knew the truck very well and took pride in his work. He was able to answer all my questions. He was helpful, suggested features, but not pushy.
Even after the final paperwork was done (on a busy Saturday), he took the time to thoroughly go through the features of the truck, including the electronics to the point of pairing the Bluetooth in my phone. Having recently bought my wife a new Toyota at a another dealership, this was a pleasant surprise. We had no introduction with our Toyota. Jay spent about 30-40 minutes going through the features. I had read several reviews on the Ridgeline and Pilot. The biggest complaint is the technology system (radio, navigation, etc.). It is a lot to digest, but seems fairly user friendly once you get used to it (like any computer). But, I am sure I would be frustrated without Jays tutorial. Glad this dealership/salesperson goes the extra step.
No problems with the process at all. Love the truck so far. Would recommend Hendrick Honda... ask for Jay.

We were helped by Ronnie Russell and we ended up buying a 2016 odyssey, Ronnie was great, no pressure at all and he was patient with us and looked up all the possible choices we had as far as purchasing an odyssey was concerned. Having been taking my CRV for service at Hendrick since I moved to Charlotte from Northern Virginia (bought my CRV from Hendricks in Woodbridge, VA and it's nice to be able to continue the excellent service and care I was familiar with). This past Saturday, like all my previous experiences, was terrific. The service was done extremely promptly, everyone was very friendly and Jesus Cubero explained the service performed at 35K miles and answered my questions. Jesus is very customer service oriented and was a pleasure to work with.

I am new to Charlotte & saw the hundreds of great reviews online for Hendrick Honda. I went for myself yesterday and it was an even better experience than I ever imagined. They rolled out the red carpet and greeted me with kindness before I entered the showroom! The entire staff made me feel like family the entire time I was there. Most dealerships will not let you leave the lot if you don't buy the car after being approved. Manh didnt and went out of his way to make sure my awesome Ridgeline was what i could get into. and work the best deal with a bit of a low credit score thank you Hendrick Honda!!!!!

My car was there from January 7 through February 1...

My car was there from January 7 through February 14 to get my bumper and trunk fixed after getting rear ended. I was supposed to get it on January 31, but it kept getting pushed back - and no one called to let me know this, I had to reach out to find out. I figured that taking a Honda to a Honda dealership would expediate the process of getting it fixed. They did cover my rental car after the 30 days of insurance coverage ran out, and they comped my $40 inspection, so that was nice.

I always have my car serviced at Hendrick because everyone is polite, they provide great service and are honest. I live in the University City area and could go to a dealership that s closer but I like Hendrick on South Blvd so I don t see a reason to change. I also like the convenience of taking the shuttle to the light rail when I drop the car off for service.

Our buying experience was great at this location! Mr. Bagwell has called us several times after we purchased our car to check on us.
Now in regards to their Service Dept-Please RUN!!!
We had the worse experience with one of their Service managers, David. He absolutely does not put the customer first, he does not listen & he is very unprofessional. Please send him through some form of Customer Service training.
We had to drive 30 minutes away to the location on Independence Blvd BUT so worth it.
This location saved us, they listened to us & was part of the solution rather than part of the problem. The Scott Clark (Independence Blvd) location is doing something right, maybe you all can train the Hendrick Honda (South Blvd) how to put the Customer first.

From start to finish, the best car buying experience I've ever had. Tanner Fisher, our sales representative and Malachi Smith our sales manager were not only thorough and knowledgeable about the car we purchased, but also we could tell they genuinely care about their customer. In three hours we were on the road in our new 2019 Honda CR-V! First rate experience through the entire process, and we look forward to returning to Hendrick for our service needs and future car purchases.

So I have bought or leased 12 new Honda s from Hendrick Honda, including the normal 2 year trades on the Odyssey vans and then pilots, but I have also bought CRV s, S2000, Accord, Civic Si etc. I have always had a pretty good experience, but this time was exceptional. Covid makes everything harder, but my wife s lease was up in a few months and Jon McKaig called and suggested with the current inventory and rates and need for used cars, I would get a better deal now. I agreed but was busy with work... this guy worked his butt off and got me the next model up from what we normally get for just a couple bucks more a month...AND HE DELIVERED IT TO MY HOUSE. I signed my paperwork sitting by the pool. I really don t think the experience could have been any better... PLEASE CALL Jon McKaig if you need a new honda and want a great buying experience. PS - Jon is new to selling cars as his other career was a victim of Covid. Great start and I hope to work with you again Jon.

Hendrick Honda of Charlotte really had my back this summer. At the beginning of June I needed a new car ASAP. The sales rep, Carlos Zarama, took me under his wing and laid out all the details and options I had available. He even ensured I got my Military service discount.

Then, barely a week later, I was rear-ended. It was the perfect storm. A brand new car and a damaged bumper and frame. But I made my repairs through Hendrick Collision Center in the same complex. Anne and John took great care of me.

I've never had such a pleasant, straight forward car buying experience.

Really enjoyed my first experience at Hendrick Honda. TANNER and JOE went above and beyond to work with me and my credit. Came back to get into something newer, and again they both couldn t have been more helpful. It s always a great experience at Hendrick Honda. If you re in the market for a new car, or a reliable pre-owned I highly recommend checking them out.

I ve had two great experiences at Hendrick Honda. Last March I went there with not so great credit. They were able to work with me though, and they got me into a pre-owned civic. Very reliable car low mileage. The goal was to get into something newer after my credit went up. After 13 months of making all of my payments my credit was high enough to get into the car I really wanted. I just got a 2020 Accord, and I couldn t be happier. Tanner and Joe made the process super simple, and they got me a great deal on it. I would highly recommend to anybody that they check out Hendrick Honda.

1/5/16 - Smooth checkup with Jeff Nall. I was in and out quickly. No problems.

Great experience with Jeff Nall. I did not have an appointment, but went in spur of the moment with a tire issue. Jeff fit me in, and took care of me.

12/29 - Another good experience with Jeff Nall. The waiting time was less than anticipated. Everything went like clockwork.

2/27 - Another good experience with Jeff Nall. Ditto my last comment.

4/7 - Had an emergency tire problem. Jeff fit me into the schedule, and took care of it.

Please with the result.

4/5/16 - Everything went smoothly. Used Jeff Nall again.

My husband and I would rate Corey Reynolds as doing a good job handling our purchase of a sporty 2012 Honda Fit. He was pleasant and not pushy as some salespeople can be when a woman is making a purchase. I also especially appreciate that now that the transaction is over he is helping me acquire a 2nd key since the vehicle only came with one.
