My favorite dealership. My family and I have bought over 6 cars from here. Amazing service. Only issue I run into is when I bring my car for service some of the older service advisors seem cranky with me and give me attitude, usually when I pick up my car they don't even review with me the work done or if anything was off or if everything is okay. You guys need to hire younger people. All the younger service advisors are way more helpful and happy at their job and look glad to be there.

Even though I live in Georgia and was just in the dealership to take a peep at a Odyssey for my decision-making process at home (while on vacation in the Carolinas) in Georgia, a new salesman named George (from Africa- loved his accent) gave me 5 star service. He was so friendly and had the best smile. He gave me his time, attention and utmost civility while I was looking around. I sure wish I had someone as nice as him here in Georgia to deal with when we go to buy our Honda.

Richard Greene was my sales representative and so far everything went well with him. He was honest during the whole process and sold me a hybrid CR-V. Found out at home that the car was missing a cap on the top rails. Called him and with no hesitation he asked me to stop by to get that missing part.

Hendrick Honda service has been wonderful since the day I started bringing my car there almost 5 years ago! Andrea is always so great at explaining things to me in a way I can understand, laying out a plan for future service items, and the facility is very nice and well equipped for working or relaxing while your vehicle is being serviced.

My husband and I were up visiting our daughter in Charlotte and she suggested that we go look at Hendrick Honda on the spur-of-the-moment. (because we all believed it was time to upgrade from my 1998 Honda Accord) We were astonished at the vast selection of cars! Our salesman was Brad Thompson and he was a pleasure to do business with. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the car and was very kind and patient with me while I was trying to understand the new technology. We ended up driving off the lot with a brand new 2014 Honda CR-V and I could not be happier! I have never bought my own car and Carlos helped me and my husband get a awesome car, walked us through the whole process, including get insurance for our car. He stayed late and made sure everything was taken care of. Tony was also a great help and taught us all about the features of our new car and how to use the touch screen panel. From the second that I walked through the door I was greeted with huge smiles and firm handshakes that made me feel at ease. Was very nervous about buying my first car, but after just fifteen minutes I felt as if I had known Sean Smith my whole life. Jennifer at Charlotte Hendrick's Honda is a great service manager. Saturday afternoon I drove in from Wake Forest with a flat tire and all braking system lights on my 2018 Honda Accord. She quickly gave me assistance and checked out the issue. Since I had the tire and rim replacement, she quickly submitted the forms and took care of it. Angie the technician reviewed my maintenance schedule and notice my Honda dealership in Raleigh did not replaced my air conditioning filters when they service my car the week before. What a team! Thank you Malachi. Awesome service from start to finish. We needed to have a correction related to a recall. The mechanics needed the car for almost a day. Work was completed correctly and on time. We almost didn't even realize the car was in the shop. Malachi scheduled the repair picked the car up in the morning and returned it in the afternoon. This is our 4th car with Malachi. It's likely not our last.

Quality, competent automotive maintenance and repair services. Friendly staff. Pricing is not cheap, but it is competitive for a dealer, and you do get what you pay for.

The finance department are straight scam artists! They'll trick you into buying things that you don't need without telling you the actual prices of the additions. All they will say is that this is included, and that is included in your monthly payments...yeah, for about $8,000 more. I have talked to the finance company that was used (my credit card company), and they are truly helping me to resolve this issue. I would never recommend this place!!!

A great experience! Great customer service. I bought a 2013 Accord EX-L at Hendrick Honda and NED HINDI is the sales person that helped me in the process. My friend recommended to go to Ned as it was my first time buying a car. Ned was really patient answering all of my questions, with my test drives and helping me with the information to decide on the model. There was no nonsense, it was all genuine advice. Do to turnover in sales personnel our accessories work was delayed and we had to contact this dealer. They were apologetic and scheduled and completed the work in two days. Jeffery Smith called the day before and verified the work to be done. He was waiting when I arrived with a loaner car for the duration of the work. The sale person knew about the car, I test drove it, and bought the car. Every question was answered and I had the carfax in my hand. The car was cleaned and filled up and I was out. I even got at Honda hat. My sister who took me there also got a special treat for bringing me there. I would recommend everyone who is looking for a car to come and pick up a car.

After visiting two other dealerships,we stopped in at Henrick Honda at the end of a terribly hot day. We were merely "shopping"- while certainly comparing service,quality, and ofcourse prices. And there we were purchasing our "dream car." No high pressure or gimmicks --just quality salepeople(Brent Bell) and our dearly beloved "Gus." Mr. Wonderful presented us with an extraordinary deal and Brent did his part by moving paperwork along etc. and introducing us to the proper folks to expedite the process. We are so thrilled with our Odyssey, and found the dealership to be far above any we have dealt with--we are retired and have purchased many cars over the years. I must say what an incredible experience I had this past Friday evening at Hendrick Honda on South Blvd. Dennis Sanford greated me and I told him I needed to have my oil changed in my 2008 Accord. He gathered all my information and told me to relax and he would get everything taken care of. I decided to walk around and look at the cars to pass the time. I was looking at the cars when I realized I wanted to ask a few questions about the bluetooth options in the 2012's. Rob Hunter was close by and I asked if he could answer a couple questions. He was so knowledgeable and patient while I asked my questions. After a test drive Rob proceeded to share more information with me. After gathering the information and looking at my options I decided to purchase a new 2012 Civic EX. After speaking with the Sales Manager, Sean McLane, I knew this was the dealership I wanted to do business with. He was not only professional and knowledgeable he was sincere and made me feel like I was their best customer. After completing the financing with Tony, Rob and his wife Melissa Hunter helped me get my set up and all of my things moved from my 2008 to my new car. They stayed there until 10:15pm The next day Rob arranged to have my new car detailed and the protection package applied. when I came to pick up my new car Sean was in his office and when he saw us talking he came to speak and asked how I was enjoying my new car. I can not express how thoroughly overjoyed I am with my whole experience at Hendrick Honda but know I will share my incredible experience with everyone I know and meet and make sure when they need service or are looking for a new vehicle that there is no better place to get the best deal as well as customer service than this dealership. I know they will always have my business. Thank you to Rob, Sean, Tony, and Melissa for everything.

Once again, service was outstanding. Work performed with quality and in a timely fashion.

We received a marketing flyer from Hendricks Honda on South Blvd. inviting us to a special buyback and sale that was being held at the location beginning tomorrow, 6/21 through Saturday only. The flyer indicated that they would offer you the base MSRP for any vehicle you have from 1991 - 2010 for the year that the car was made minus up to $.50 p/ mile over the standard 12K miles p/ yr. We have a 2005 Nissan Quest, MSRP for the base model that yr. was listed as $23,200 and it has about 117K on it, but it is in great running condition, looks good and is an SL, not a base model. They also included a check for up to 8K to put towards the purchase of a new or used car on their lot.
This all looked really good, a bit too good, but the advertisement stated that even if you owe more on your current vehicle than it is worth, this offer would overcome that barrier to buying a car.

So, my husband went over there today with our three kids to see what the process was all about and to be certain what the provisions were with this offer. Basically, it was another "bait-n-switch", which we should have been expecting. They took all of the mileage 117K at about $.17 p/ mile off what they would give us for the car, so offered only 4K, which was not how the advertisement read and told us initially that this offer was only good for the purchase of a new car, which was also not what the advertisement said.

I get that they need to make money too, but don't send out this kind of advertisement if you are not going to honor it. We read all of the small print and nothing in that small print said anything about limiting the buy back of your vehicle to Kelly Blue Book, if that was the case, we would have not even went in to talk with them. It was a waste of my husband's time, 90 minutes and my kids, who did great as they waited had to sit through this farce as well.

SHAME ON YOU HENDRICKS! I will make sure everyone I know hears about this practice and you will certainly not see us buying from Hendricks in the future and we did go there with the intention of buying a car, had a check ready and everything. We will continue to work with Modern Nissan, they were straight forward, never lured us in with this type of shady, "used car tactic" and we knew where we stood with them and what they could do for us. We aren't looking for free, but we do expect to be treated with respect and for a company to honor what they advertise....Hendricks did neither!

Hendrick Honda performed the maintenance on my CRV quickly. It was easy to make the appointment and I like that they inspect the car thoroughly when I bring it in.

They did everything that needed to be taken care of at a reasonable price, and my car drove much better after the visit!

Quick service replacing the recalled airbag in my CR-V, but when I tried to pick up the car, it had a check engine light and stalled repeatedly in the parking lot. Neither had ever been issues prior to dropping it off, but the service department refused to look into it without charging $110 for diagnostics. I spoke to management and they reluctantly agreed to read the check engine light. The results eventually showed the issue to be unrelated to the airbag replacement, but it also revealed their lack of commitment to customer service and their only goal to be taking your money.

They are so helpful, the popcorn is delicious, and the newly renovated store makes it worth the wait ! I bought my car a year ago and still love it

If you like being lied to by sales people just so they can close a deal, then this is the right place for you.. They will tell you whatever they need to in order to make the sale, then after they have your money they will do what is best for their own self interests.. Once they have your money they no longer care about their customers.. The service reps that they have working in their service department are horrible.. If you like receiving nothing but excuses and being treated like you are not important at all, then you will really enjoy dealing with these people.. "Certified Pre-Owned" is just a term they use to make a sale, nobody in this organization actually has any want or desire to actually stand by a certified pre-owned guarantee.. If you chose to do business with this place then you will get exactly what you deserve.. We are less than one year in with a purchase experience from Hendrick Honda, and it has been a complete and total nightmare every time we have gone there for ANY type of service work..
Avoid this place at all costs and you will be better off for it!! We will never do any business with this place or any other Hendrick place for the rest of our lives!!! Buyer beware!!!
