From start to finish. 100% satisfied!!!
This was my third vehicle leased with Hendrick Honda.
Jeff Kirby leased me my last two vehicles and once again,
Jeff was on top of everything from the get go.
Paper work was ready when I arrived.
My new car was washed and it had a full tank of gas as well.
I would highly recommend Hendrick Honda and Mr. Jeff Kirby,
for all your new or used car shopping.

Service teams have done a lot to help with virus condition, including distancing markers, one-time use pens, and disenfecting the car's interior after completing work. It was curious that only a couple of team members were wearing masks or gloves. They did have chairs outside for customers, and I observed chairs being sprayed after use in another location. Good experience.

My whole family was recently travelling back home ...

My whole family was recently travelling back home from Raleigh to Atlanta when the check engine light began flashing frenetically on our '08 Honda Odyssey minivan. We were about an hour outside of Charlotte and I looked up Honda Service Centers on Google and Hendricks was highly rated so I gave them a call. The were very helpful and got us an appointment set up over the phone right away. They were very friendly when we arrived and got us checked in quickly.
When I say I was traveling with my whole family, I mean me, my wife, 6 year old and twin 3 year olds, plus the family lab. We got set up in the waiting room and the dog was welcome, they had a playroom for the kids and one of the guys even ran me to a local fast food place, so I could pick up lunch for everyone while we waited. Really great service that ended up being covered under warranty, so it didn't cost us anything. They knew we were just travelling through that we wouldn't be repeat customers, but still went above and beyond for us. If I was going to be stuck on the road for three hours I'm glad it was here with these folks.

Hendrick Honda's service department is extremely rude. There were six service representatives lined up behind computers and none of them talked to me today, even though only with was with a customer. The man I walked up to at the end of the line told me to wait for somebody to approach me. Nobody did. I took my car to their competitor instead, and bought a new coupe from their competitor.

I was told that my car needed a new cabin filter, ...

I was told that my car needed a new cabin filter, along with about $800 of other service. I replaced the filter less than 4000 miles ago and pulled it out after the recommendation. It had one small leaf and a very thin layer of dust. I tapped it once and put it back in. I am disappointed and hate having to find another service shop.

Due to the pandemic, the waiting room was closed. They let me know in advance so I was prepared. They followed safety measures to keep my car germ free. There was a nice gentleman named Chip that let me know the warmest least windy place outside was (It was a freezing cold and windy morning this past Friday). Everyone greeted me outside and told me to stay healthy and safe. The staff was so kind and calm despite everything going on with the virus.

Great customer service. Got my oil changed, tires rotated, and front brakes changed in 2 hours. While I waited Honda served fresh complimentary hamburgers and hot dogs to everyone. They have a kid's room for playtime so my daughter who is 6 was happy. And the coffee machine is right by the kids area.

After going to several other dealerships and not being satisfied a friend suggested trying Hendrick. I first communicated with Andrew online whom was very knowledgeable in the questions I had before scheduling an appointment. Akilah Lee was my salesperson and she was awesome. I told her about a few cars I seen online I had interest in but she insisted that she had one that I would love and she was right I fell in love with the car on the test drive. Ronnie Russell is also very awesome. After a little hiccup in my process Ronnie was able to get the situation right without any other issues. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Overall great experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Brad Thompson as the Hendrick Honda dealership today! He made the experience easy and quick when I came to the dealership after work on a Wednesday. He was knowledgeable about all the vehicles and was happy to take the time to show me all the different colors and choices to make sure I picked the one I wanted. With all the amazing tech features that come with these cars, Brad made it easy to follow and before driving out of the lot made sure to review all the features again, which I very much appreciated. I recently had the experience of working with Chip Chamberlin at Hendrick Honda. What a great all around person and team player! I had such a wonderful experience learning more about the leasing process and the new features on my 2020 CR-V. Each step of the process was explained, and I was introduced to each member of the team Nate and Jason, who helped to complete my lease upgrade with ease. Chip s knowledge of Honda, and camaraderie with everyone we encountered during my visit was phenomenal. I highly recommend asking for Chip Chamberlin when you visit Hendrick Honda.

I live in Atlanta and ended up buying my vehicle in Charlotte at Hendrick Honda. There was a specific color combination I could not find in Atlanta and I found what I was looking for a Hendrick Honda. I felt confident out of the gate, because my brother has purchased vehicles from the Hendrick family before, so I was walking in with a recommendation. The team there was very accommodating. Stephen Pecha and Ronnie Russell were willing to drive the car to my brother's house in Morresville for a test drive, prior to me coming up there. We were able to negotiate price and timing remotely so that I could just come and pick up the vehicle. I found Ronnie to be very patient when I ended up with some unanticipated questions. He gave me his full attention when he really was only expecting to spend an hour with me, he spent multiple. I was really impressed with Stephen and Ronnie's willingness to give me a personalized experience and meet my specific needs.

I have never come across anyone who is as competent and knowable as Dennis.

He should be teaching other service people how to deal with and treat customers.

Yesterday I had the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I worked with Jessi Johnson and was extremely happy with process. I was looking for a new car after mine was totaled in a accident. Jessi sat down with me and spent a good portion of here day working with me getting used to the new Honda Civic I bought. She made sure I understood every part of the car and every little electronic part. She was very friendly and made sure that I came away with the best deal and best knowledge of the car I was taking home. This dealership is an amazing and is my top pick to go to. Ask for Jessi, she will work with you and make your experience amazing and you will not come away upset.

My advisor was Jonathon Georgio. The airbag recall service took a little longer than the original estimate, but no problem. I enjoyed the complimentary cheese burger, hot dog and pop corn while I was waiting. That is a very handy and thoughtful service. Only problem was that Jonathon said he tried to find me a couple of times during the service (to ask a question) and couldn't find me. I presume that was either while I was at the outside grill or in the rest room. I have been using your service for about 15 years or so (off and on) with (now) three differnet cars and have always been satisfied completely.

After visiting Hendrick Honda of Rock Hill to see a used car, we emailed a sales person about coming back to the dealership to see it again. I was inadvertently copied on an email exchange between two sales people, Pete Pistone and another individual where Pete wants to hit us between the eyes so we don t waste time . Utter disrespect. Contacted Pete and he made no apologies, just said we weren t supposed to see that. Even though I purchased two vehicles from them in the past. I will never deal with them again. Asking was too much for the vehicle to begin with.

When I walked into Hendrick Honda last Friday, my head was hung low... I have had so many car troubles the past year and half....I didn't think there was anyone who could help me. Then I met Lee Black. He was most professional; attentive, positive and very knowledgeable. We walked around looking at different model cars that I pointed out. He asked me questions, he listened to my answers, and gave me examples of why a car may or not be best for me. I soon found the car we knew would be best! A 2013 Honda Pilot, Touring Series! It was just perfect... but would I be able to afford it.
Next, I was introduced me to "The Man", as Lee describes him, Gus Forbes. Gus was most patient as we reviewed the options on the car and the purchase price I would pay. He was honest, forthright with answers to my questions, and his professionalism should be emulated by all.
The entire experience with the purchase of my car from Hendrick Honda has been exceptional. Every person I encountered during the car purchase process, provided a level of Customer Service and represented Hendrick Honda in a way that I truly didn't think existed. Rick Hendrick should be extremely proud of his team at Hendrick Honda of Charlotte.

Umberto was very attentive, responsive, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. He made the sales and negotiating process enjoyable. Overall, I enjoyed the entire process (with one exception) of dealing with Hendrick Honda. I did not enjoy or appreciate the "boxing" tactics as used by the finance personnel.

I would recommend and encourage others to give Hendrick Honda a try.

I have purchased Honda's for over the past 12 years from Hendrick Honda. There staff is outstanding. I have always allowed the dealer to handle over 99% of the maintenance. Our family has had 3 Honda Accords and now 2 Honda CRVs. Scott Wendall has been our go to guy for our Maintenance needs. We have had no negatives with anyone at Hendrick Honda. It has been a win win for us.

Our experience was pretty good. We had to work with several different sales people because our salesperson was called away to work with another customer. Luckily everyone we dealt with was very nice. The process is tedious due to all the paperwork but that is probably the case anytime you are buying or leasing a car.

Jon Marave really helped me out. I brought my Accord into the collision repair center with a busted bumper and a mangled plastic guard dragging on the road. After telling Jon that I was in between jobs, he secured my bumper with zip ties and some other good adjustments and now it looks good as new and will pass inspection. He didn't charge me anything and was extremely friendly. Ask for Jon

Best service I have ever experienced and I have dealt with lots of dealerships, service departments and sales lots. Hendrick Honda on south boulevard is very comprehensive with knowledgeable advise and information that helps on all aspects. They are not pushy and definitely efficient with economical prices. We are going to buy Honda strictly because the service is so great. I have to say Ken Solas has been great and the main reason we will be buying and servicing our cars, now and in the future, from this great establishment. Thanks again Ken!

Shopping for a new car is always a laborious process. After visiting Manuel Dasilva at Hendrick and taking out the CR-V, we visited a number of other dealerships in order to decide on the car we wanted. While there were two other cars we liked as well as the CR-V, not one other sales rep showed us the courtesy and product knowledge that Manny did. We ultimately decided on the CR-V primarily due to Manny and his excellent service. We made a follow-up appointment with Manny and four hours later drove off with a brand new car. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay and Manny was the number one reason for this successful car buying experience!

Took my 2019 Ridgeline in for a fuel pump recall check and first oil change. Service advisor Justin Napoli was great: very polite, professional, and accommodating. The only other employee I dealt with was the woman who checked me out. I m sorry I didn t get her name, but she, too, couldn t have been better.

When I dropped my truck off, I mentioned that there is a vibrating sound when accelerating, after coasting, usually at speeds between 30 and 40 mph. I was told that the technician couldn t find anything wrong. The vibrating sound is still there. The truck has only 3400 miles. My last car was a 2001 Accord, which I drove 17+ years, so I will likely keep the Ridgeline forever. I hope this vibrating sound won t last 17 years.

Let me be clear: Hendrick s staff I interacted with was 5 stars. The fact that my problem persists is why my overall rating was 4 stars.

Brent Bell is the man... I had a difficult time at another dealership that just could not provide me with the numbers and warranty I needed. I walked on the lot and Brent took care of my daughter. He provided me the numbers I wanted and the warranty i wanted to buy a car for my daughter. Recently, I completed a transaction with Amael Panhwar to lease of a 2016 Honda Accord. Despite the bad weather, Amael went out of his way to insure that I had all of the information I needed in making a decision to lease the Accord. As a result of his effort and the effort of Marty Stafford, this was an outstanding experience.

The Accord was better than I expected and included many of the features of my BMW 528i. As a result, I don't see the benefit of buying a higher priced vehicle when the Honda offers so much value at lower cost.

This is the third car that I have purchased through the Hendrick organization and have always received outstanding service. As a result, I will continue to give my business to this organization as they provide the best service and value in the area.

We wanted to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee. We had the pleasure in dealing with Teresa Benitez. She was very patient and understanding with us. She was also very knowledgeable about the product. With Teresa, it was not about making a profit, as it was more about finding a scenario that met our needs, whatever that scenario might be. She took the time to listen, digest, and come up with a reasonable solution. She was not pushy, yet, she firmly believed in the product at hand. As a result, we believe in the product as well.
Due to our personal situation, it was decided that now is not quite the right time to purchase a car. However, when it is time, Teresa is the person that we want to deal with. We have dealt with many car sales people over the years. Teresa is by far our favorite. Her style sets the standard of what every sale person at your dealership should aspire to be like. Her genuine desire to help along with her enthusiasm about the product creates the best experience that one could have when purchasing a car. We will never forget our experience with her. I brought in my Ridgeline without an appointment, but Jon Sullivan took care of me. I needed an oil change & a tire fixed. Jon took care of me the whole morning, and kept me up-to-date on the work and delays (due to appointments ahead of me). I brought the truck in around 8 am and was out again before Noon. I love the Hendrick Honda dealership and have been doing business with them for over 10 years.

Very nice facilities and everything was done quickly. Danny Cannon kept me informed and made sure I knew everything that was needed.
And a few years later, I am back at Hendrick Honda with a different Honda (my FIT). This time for a recall that the repair department handled smoothly and even got an oil change and car wash while there. Again, Danny took care of it and called me when the car was ready. Thanks, to everyone there!
