A friend of mine purchased a vehicle from Henderson and recommended I also go check them out after the great experience he had. I am a very meticulous person so I was a bit apprehensive but decided to take his advice and see what they had to offer. Sure enough the team of guys did everything they could to satisfy us and I am so pleased with the level of service we received. I will absolutely be telling my friends and family to stop by Henderson if they are in the market for a car. Many thanks!!

Our salesman took very good care of us and made us feel comfortable every step of the process. Definitely recommend Henderson Nissan. This is our 3rd car purchased here!

After bargaining they settled on 2% interest rate and we shook hands on it which is a symbol of agreement and trust right? Found out it was triple the rate THE MANAGER agreed on. I'm in disbelief. Why even shake my hand? Also, my transmission went out twice in the same month from a vehicle I bought there. I went back a third time, said nothing was wrong, that my engine judders because of the type of car it is. I STILL think their is something wrong but they're probably lying to me because they don't want to deal with the lemon car they sold me.

I was buying my vehicle from out of state. I did my research and worked with someone over the phone. I was able to firm things up with a manager before coming into town. Things were quick and as planned. I went to registrar my car in my state and I kept coming up with problems. The dealership, specifically the business office Stephanie Helped me out so much! I am grateful to have had such a wonderful experience in a stressful situation! Thank you so much for your great patience and your help!

Visited early last year for Nissan nv200 purchase , not available , did not seem to have that much inventory,
Ended up buying one with 300 miles at Johnny legend at Decatur,
Went back to look for some accessories in parts dept and oil change , more of the commercial side of Nv 200, dividers , racks, doesn t seem to want to help , told me to look online without even recommending any partners even though they had brochures,
Oil change was not done due to first come first serve, long wait

April 30 2020, Called today for oil change and how much it cost , transfered to many times and told me
First come or just come in and no appointment but could not give me a price,
Called again and I guess I ended up in a service dept persons voicemail, left detailed message, never got a call back,

Well I m here now at Sahara Nissan , great service, got an appointment with free car wash and pricing when I called, offered free coffee as well

I had issues with the previous vehicle I had due to lack of communication but Alex from finance sat down & explained everything to my sister, dad & I. He helped us get a new vehicle based on our needs with no problem. Loved the fact that he was very upfront and direct with everything whether if it s good or bad. Communication is the key & he exceeded our expectations. And Tre was very friendly too. Both very professional!

Fast and friendly service! It was my first time buying a car at a dealership so I was nervous and cautious hoping I didn't get one of those "pushy" salesman just looking for a commission. However, from the beginning Troy was excellent! Clearly experienced and made sure I understood everything. I wasn't sure what vehicle was best for me but Troy was very patient and knowledgeable and in less than an hour we had the perfect vehicle. I'm very happy with my 2015 Altima SL and thankful that they worked with my budget and cut me a great deal!

I was extremely angry with the shuttle driver. He not only went through a RED light but was completely unsociable. I never felt so uncomfortable in the van when I brought my car to auto nation on West Sahara. Henderson Nissan was more convenient for me but this incident did it for me! I heard also that this was not the first complaint on this man. Going through a red light endangers all passengers ! He should be counseled or let go. He surely does not represent Nissan.

The gentleman that I spoke with was absolutely amazing. His name was Mike and his customer service was just beyond what sales representatives and customer service reps usually provide. They had an awesome deal going on for 3 oil changes with the filter as well for $75 give or take after taxes. They also offer a shuttle service so things that you could go get lunch or something nearby while you're waiting for your oil change your service on your vehicle. I was just highly impressed with their level of service and if I am to purchase a vehicle at any point in the near future I will 100% be coming to Henderson Nissan. Thanks for the amazing experience!

Was it a good idea to send out a sales flyer in a pink envelope, with FINAL NOTICE emblazoned across the front, and no return address? I pay my bills in a timely manner, but am human and could have missed one. When I saw that envelope my heart fell to my feet. This was not a nice thing to do right before the Holidays. Sometimes what sounds cute in the advertising meeting is not seen as cute by the general public.

Their professionalism and courtesy are apparent from the time I arrive until the time I leave. Chris seems to be the person who greets me a majority of the time. As usual, he is right on top of his game. He is the perfect liaison between me and the mechanics. He is very thorough when he explains what was done, breaks down the parts, and labor. If there is more work to be done than expected, he is knowledgeable enough to explain the consequences if the maintenance isn't done. If my budget is tight what could wait without danger to my family and I or cause further damage to the vehicle. He knows I will only let their mechanics work on my vehicle.

A guy I met in the waiting room had the same experience with a vehicle he just bought.

I've never had trouble with a Nissan dealership until I came here. Beware!

Paid $2400 for a warranty that Nissan Henderson has STILL after over 2 Months failed to cut me my check for the service I paid out of pocket while on vacation from Minnesota! I should have left, paying $100 deductible and an oil change. Guess what? They said it would be done in two days, but low and behold they needed an "inspector" to come in to verify my car was actually there! Are these guys that crooked that us the customers have to suffer? I had to alter my trip because they took 4 days and the only reason I got my car back was because I said just do the repair work, whats the hold up? Who KNOWS how long they would have pushed me around. Needless to say, I am waiting for my $1300 check which Pat said I would have within 14 days of the service. That was early November 2015, it's now January 2016.. What good is a $2,400 GOLD Service warranty when they treat you this way? I am incurring interest on my credit card waiting for these jokers to straighten things out. DO NOT BUY NISSAN IF YOU VALUE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's a shame really, because I love my car, but I cannot tolerate being treated this way and just handing over my money willy nilly. What the heck Nissan?! I am a couple days away from contacting BBB on this issue!

Worst customer service available. Made an appointment for a road test with a tech for 1:30, when I arrived I was told to wait because that tech was on lunch. After waiting 45 minutes and asking what the wait is looking like, he told me that he didn't know. He then called the tech who informed him that he will not be in for a while. He would have been ready to take me then and there, but he couldn't leave as he had too many techs out on road tests for customers that got there AFTER ME. Not to mention the last time I was in the same tech set an appointment for a software update, when there was no software update. GO TO UNITED NISSAN, MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! Best bet is to avoid Nissan entirely if possible.

I loved the fact that they had the dealership room accessible to go sit down in. Although I felt the waiting room was too full with people and was happy I could sit in the showroom. I love the manager Mike there. He is one of the reasons I go back to this dealership and one of the reasons I will consider purchasing another Nissan. He is never below helping his employees out. Example: My car was ready and the guy was busy to retrieve it for me and Mike went and retrieved it. That is only one example. He also, says Hello and ask how everything is going. He is a keeper in your company.

While my car was there Danny in service took my car in put me in a rental immediately,asked me my permission if he could give my car a thorough diagnostic !!! I said I would love that ! He took care of my car above and beyond my expectations. All the while keeping me up to date with everything going on and most of all return my phone call every time I called and left a message ! Best service in town.

Let me start by saying the first Nissan dealership that I went to for an oil change charged me $70-80 on a brand new car. I was trying to avoid such high costs I decided to go elsewhere. Something told me to check around with another Nissan dealer, which lead me to this location. The same oil change ran me $35 after tax, couldn t explain previous services or the cost difference. I scheduled an oil change online through the website for 10am. I arrived everything was processed and I went to have a seat. I was quoted a time frame of 45 minutes to an hour. 1pm I go to the desk to inquire about my car. He said oh you car is done. When were you guys going to call me?!?! I sat in the other room waiting to be notified!! I then ask the cashier, is this typical for appointments. She stated wel normally we don t allow appointments through the site because of the high volume of people. Well not only did it allow me to go in make an appointment, it sent a confirmation text. I m upset, my time is valuable.

First of all I want to clarify that I DID NOT PURCHASE anything from this dealership; I refused the offer due to the following:

Henderson Nissan branch has the most unprofessional, scheming and fraudulent staff. I want to specifically point out one of the managers named Wayne and the finance personnel Straton (Stranton). From the beginning of the car deal Wayne tried to intimidate us not willing to work to reach a mutual agreement. We were serious of buying a car that day and we didn't want to spend more time with the back and forth nonsense. Finally after about four hours of wasting our time, we sat down with the the finance personnel Straton; whom continued the harassment and discriminatory treatment. He was the final straw, we have been patient during this time wasting process, we refused the offer and walked out of the car dealership. After heading home, I checked my email and received a "Delivery Confirmation" from the dealership, which disclosed a signature on the customer line that isn't even mine. They signed on my behalf without my knowledge and if they can do that, I am concerned with all the document copies they took from me, they can create a fraudulent account with my information. What kind of operation is this? I am alarmed with this action, because God forbid, if there was an identity theft on my records this branch will be the first suspects on my list.

I am not one for writing reviews, but this has been the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. I apologize if this post is long, but this is all the hell I have gone through.



Turns out that was just lie #1. Two weeks later I get a call from Nissan asking me to come in as there was a paper that did not get signed. I swing over after work to be told it wasn t actually a missing form, THE BANK HAD DENIED ME. And instead of being honest about that, they had me come over under false pretenses. Now they want me to put $3500 down to keep the vehicle. I don t have that kind of money to put down. I tell them to just give me back my old car and let me go, when they tell me about the wonderful Nissan credit card where I could put the money down there and pay that off along with my regular car payment. I only said yet because the card would be 0% APR for the first year and I could try to pay it off within that year.

One month later I start getting interest charges on the damn credit card. I had to call and argue with the credit card company that I signed up for no interest for a year. The next month, they did it again and I had to call and argue again.

As if all that wasn t frustrating enough, within the three months I have had the car I have already had a tire blow out on the highway, and had to have the car towed because the battery was bad. Took it to auto zone and they diagnosed it saying the battery was charged 100% but was bad and it wouldn't start my car. Spent $200 on a new battery 3 months after purchasing.

It has been problem after problem, and honestly a huge nightmare. I am unbelievably frustrated. I will never be returning to Nissan, in Henderson or elsewhere.

Let me tell you! I am from Hawaii and while I was in Vegas I was interested in looking at vehicles. Nissan's really caught my eye so I stepped foot on the Henderson Nissan Dealership. As I arrived a gentleman approached my car and asked if I needed any assistance. TRE GOEAS was great in finding common ground with customers. Just 5 minutes into meeting this guy I found out that he was also from Hawaii, knew where he went to school, where he lived, and also found couple mutual friends. I ended up not buying but because he showed me the ALOHA SPIRIT from 1000+ miles away from home, I had to take him out to dinner! Buying a car should be fun and stress free. & I AM TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW THAT TRE GOEAS IS THE MAN THAT WILL DO EXACTLY THAT! Props to that young stallion for being so friendly and helpful! Just an unreal experience. UNREAL!

I rarely write about my experience with a business, however, the staff at Henderson Nissan were great and extremely professional. Will definitely continue to service my vehicle with them as they have showed I can trust them with it. As a consumer and a woman with little to no knowledge on car services I worry I will be taken advantage of, however, I never felt like that as the staff did a great job answering all my questions and explaining in detail all services rendered to my vehicle. The staff at Henderson Nissan are trustworthy and show a high sense of integrity and would highly recommend them to family and friends!

Was... okay. Really big fan of Tommy. Was polite the entire time. He was the only person who said hello to me in the parking lot (not just my Fiance. It's obnoxious and degrading when salesmen only acknowledge one person in a relationship), despite the fact that we visited four other lots that day. I'm sad he couldn't sell us a car that day. I would have really rather had bought from him, and not two additional guys thinking they were hotshots. I'm not going to name any additional names, but they really like to give you unnecessary numbers, and treat you like you're stupid. Then they pretend they don't need your business as you leave, but call you a few days later anyway. Whatever, we gained experience and bought another car at another lot for a really really good price (thanks to our friend Jason for making sure they don't play games with us.) Even had the other lot throw in Gap Insurance without raising the rate. :D Well, you win some you lose some. Maybe I'll change my review in a year or two when we get another car.

This was my worse car buying experience ever. The finance guy lied to me and said the payment would be the same without a warranty. This is when I should have walked out but the sales manager came and fixed that. Then immediately after I sign the contract I realize they upped the price $1000 from $25250 to $26250 my mistake didn't catch that so I ate the money. They owed me a check for 13k for my trade which they forgot to tell me they would hold till the car was funded even though they had my title. 7 days later i get a call my green slip is ready I go in to pick it up along with my check and they don't have my check the sales mananager was very rude to me, made fun of my deal and asked me to leave. On the way home i get a call from the general manager and he says he'll hand deliver my check the next day which he failed to do. I picked my check up the next night. This place will bait and switch you I will never return there. And hope I save someone from making the same mistake I made which is doing business with Henderson Nissan.

Drove 4 hours from Palm Springs to buy my first car from Henderson Nissan. Turned out to be completely worth the drive. Found an incredibly priced Mazda3 on their lot through AutoTrader then went to their own website and used the chat feature to ask Paul McGill a few questions about the car. It was a steal of a price for the Grand Touring model. Base models around Southern California were listed at the same price or higher, so of course I was a little skeptical. What's wrong with this car? Paul emailed me the carfax and assured me that there was nothing major wrong with the car, it had simply been sitting on a Nissan lot and therefore had been hard to sell. I told him I would drive the 4 hours to come get the car if they would allow me to take it to a mechanic of my choosing for a full inspection and if they could cut me a deal so that I'd be paying $300 or less per month. They followed through on both points. Only thing my mechanic found was slightly low oil and fluids. Henderson Nissan changed the oil and topped off the fluids for me. They also negotiated an unusually low interest rate with my bank of choice (Chase) in order to get my payment under $300/mo. I've gone on and on, but one final "above-and-beyond" example. Paul McGill, the guy who sold me the car, went out of his way to find a buyer for my 1996 Buick that I had driven to Nevada. I don't think the dealership would have even taken it off my hands for scrap metal, but Paul made it simple and easy for me to drive away with my shiny new Mazda. Thank you Henderson Nissan. You've got a great operation. Keep up the good work.

I originally posted a review on this dealership, and was extremely unhappy with my experience at first....
The GM,Darren, reached out to me, and was sincere about making it right. We went back to the dealership, and they turned my whole experience around and made it very positive. I have been to a few dealerships, and I will say this 2nd visit was the most pleasant. Darren and Jose took excellent care of us, and I walked out with the car I really wanted! :-)
Just goes to show, one bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch, and sometimes it pays off to give people a second chance :-)

They sold me a lemon. My truck broke down multiple times on a trip to California, towing less than half its rated capacity. The dealer referred me to Nissan, who did nothing beyond warranty obligations to help. I could have bought a 10 year old vehicle as reliable as the truck Henderson Nissan sold me. I lost time and money, and now I just have to hope the warranty catches the issues with my truck before it expires. I'm looking for a lawyer and I won't be doing business with this company, or Nissan, again until they set things right. There's no point in buying a new truck that runs like a used one.

Worst Service!

Worst Service!
I'm not one to normally complaint or write reviews to lower the service of a business, but I want to ensure this NEVER happens again with anyone again. I originally had a lease under United Nissan that was due a month before I went to Henderson Nissan. Like many consumers looking to either buy out their lease or purchase a new vehicle, I went car shopping in hopes that I can score that dreamy car we all want. Well, here is what I can tell you about Henderson Nissan, they will lie to your face and paint you a pretty picture to get a simple sale out of you and then back out a month later when the fee's hit.

Here is my story:
Richard, the internet sales manager had agreed that "EVERYTHING," on my lease would be taken care of as long as I got a new car from them which at the end I did. A month later I get hit with the wear and tear of my vehicle plus the over-milage. The over-milage is something that WAS AND SHOULD HAVE been worked on the contract as it was part of the deal. The wear and tear when he explained to me that EVERYTHING was going to be taken care of, of course all would think that it would be included as I purchased a NEW CAR from them. Well when I called corporate to question the charges, corporate advised me that Henderson Nissan had not paid a dime to them and that NISSAN FINANCE (not Henderson Nissan) applied credits through a Pull Ahead programed that I had qualified for and decreased my payment amount.

I called Henderson Nissan on July 3rd to make an appointment to speak with the General Manager to discuss this matter, but I never received a call back. On July 5th, I went in person to attempt to speak with the GM who's name I believe is Joe. Well Joe instead of assisting me went ahead and sent one of his employees who did absolutely NOTHING. Richard, the finance manager told me "they could not do anything for me," and claimed that they had already done everything on their part. Well this is NOT TRUE because for starters the Pull Ahead program does not include over-milage and OUR AGREEMENT was to have that fee at least removed. Again I asked to speak with the GM and he continued to decline to speak with me and Richard rudely said he would not talk to me.

What made me even more upset was that Richard, the internet sales manager who saw me enter the facility greeted us and even said "don't worry, we will take care of you," and later could not show his face because nothing was taken care. Instead we received horrible treatment because we were lied to from the beginning just so they can get a simple sale. A horrible experience I wish no one else should go through. Instead go to Planet Nissan or AutoNation Nissan were they hopefully won't deceive you and paint you a pretty picture so that at the end your hit with unexpected charges.

Awesome, they did my oil change and car maintenance in a timely manner. They have a great waiting area with free coffee/tea and pastries (All great by the way). Will definitely be back here for next oil change. Bonus they wash your car after oil change.

In absolute, total LOVE with my new car! Lee Bueno helped me get my dream car, a 2013 Nissan Juke SL. At first, I didn't think the sale was going to happen. I was determined to get my car in pearl white with the midnight edition wheels. Lee and another gentleman, (I apologize, I can't remember his name) came through and got me the tires I wanted. The next day, after they were put on, Lee said I WAS RIGHT!! They made the car look rich and sporty. Although, my favorite part was him saying I was right! I cannot express how different this experience was over my last experience when buying my much wanted Kia Soul. It was so bad, after I picked up the green slip, I never stepped foot in that dealership again. Courtesy Kia got my maintenance business. I was a little sad to see the Soul go but I hope whoever buys it, enjoys it as much as I did. Lee...thank you, thank you for restoring my faith!! You were a pleasure to work with from the first email to the last hand shake. You will definitely get my repeat business and referrals to many friends. I have a co-worker whose daughter loves the Juke as much as I do...after she sees my car, she may be walking in to talk to you...and I'm still working on my mom to come in and check out the Murano she likes!

Always a good experience with the service writers....

Always a good experience with the service writers. I was not thrilled with the shuttle driver. He was very unfriendly. He sat in the courtesy van a long time before coming in and then never put his cell phone down on the whole drive so I found a ride to pick my car up. It was a very uncomfortable experience which is not usual for Henderson Nissan. They pride themselves on customer service.

Was not very happy after my service today. Got my car back and everything was fine only to get out of my car and fine a huge scratch on it that was not there before. This really makes me upset as I pay good money for this car and have kept it nice and now there is this huge scratch on the right side back. The guys were driving the cars pretty erratically this morning and I didn t find that very pleasant either. They should pay more attention to peoples vehicles and take care of them better. I may rethink going back for me last free oil change as I am not sure it is worth it.

The absolute best experience you could ask for. Not only did they listen to my needs and wants, they found me a car that had everything on my checklist. Jesus Avalos, was a perfect sales consultant. Never pushy, stayed within my budget, was very patient, (we had our 3 yr old twins with us), was honest and up front about every vehicle we looked at as to what our potential payment ect would be. Even gave my kids pizza because they got hungry!! Truly top notch. Henderson Nissan has me as a customer for good, I dont want to buy a car at another place. Also dont want to forget about the Manager that was there on a saturday, or Rachel in the finance department, both of whom, went above and beyond to get me into exactly what I wanted, with a great monthly payment! Thanks for making it happen!!!

Do to Yogi's unprofessionalism and lack of people ...

Do to Yogi's unprofessionalism and lack of people skills i left very irrittated and insulted at the way he spoke to me.

I left nissan and went to Henderson chevrolet and purchased a 2017 Equinox for the price i wanted and much lower interest rate than quoted by your salesman

Very rude and uncomfortable experience.

Yogi had said he was in internet sales, i as a buisness owner also would not allow him to deal with the public in any capacity.

I like the nissan product, and very disappointed to not own a Rogue.

Im sure i will enjoy my new purchased and be a faithful customer of Henderson Chevrolet.

I waited a couple hours hoping to hear from a representative from
Henderson nissan before taking my buisness where it was appreciated.

I was so pleased with the care I received at Hende...

I was so pleased with the care I received at Henderson Nissan. I didn't realize I had a nail in my tire, but during their safety inspection they found it and repaired the tire. That's the kind of help that makes Henderson Nissan great.

Every time I go back they thoroughly check my vehicle for any problems or concerns. I can drive with confidence knowing that they have done the job right.
