Paid $2400 for a warranty that Nissan Henderson has STILL after over 2 Months failed to cut me my check for the service I paid out of pocket while on vacation from Minnesota! I should have left, paying $100 deductible and an oil change. Guess what? They said it would be done in two days, but low and behold they needed an "inspector" to come in to verify my car was actually there! Are these guys that crooked that us the customers have to suffer? I had to alter my trip because they took 4 days and the only reason I got my car back was because I said just do the repair work, whats the hold up? Who KNOWS how long they would have pushed me around. Needless to say, I am waiting for my $1300 check which Pat said I would have within 14 days of the service. That was early November 2015, it's now January 2016.. What good is a $2,400 GOLD Service warranty when they treat you this way? I am incurring interest on my credit card waiting for these jokers to straighten things out. DO NOT BUY NISSAN IF YOU VALUE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's a shame really, because I love my car, but I cannot tolerate being treated this way and just handing over my money willy nilly. What the heck Nissan?! I am a couple days away from contacting BBB on this issue!
