Worst customer service available. Made an appointment for a road test with a tech for 1:30, when I arrived I was told to wait because that tech was on lunch. After waiting 45 minutes and asking what the wait is looking like, he told me that he didn't know. He then called the tech who informed him that he will not be in for a while. He would have been ready to take me then and there, but he couldn't leave as he had too many techs out on road tests for customers that got there AFTER ME. Not to mention the last time I was in the same tech set an appointment for a software update, when there was no software update. GO TO UNITED NISSAN, MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! Best bet is to avoid Nissan entirely if possible.
