Good food, quick service
Burgers are good. The bacon compliments most of the taste though, so that depends on how you like your bacon. Chocolate shake was the best part as it was made with fudge. Fries are always in abundance here, fresh cut and tasty. Overall a good meal.

Loved my experience here at the gardens. Amazing light show at night. Employees were friendly, professional and quite knowledgeable about various questions. Thank you for taking care of these beautiful plants and continuing their livelihood.

Love this place. Even in the winter it's amazing and the spring and summer months are spectacular.

Sadly, they aren't immune from the current plague of Asian Beetles. Many of the plans and flowers were infested. That said, everything was in bloom and super green.

I love going every year for the Blossoms of Light event. This year has been the best by far! It is so much bigger and I love how they have mixed it up instead of seeing the same thing every year like at the Zoo. Grab a hot chocolate, pair of magic specs and take a walk to see the beautiful lights! So much fun for the whole family! The gingerbread men specs this year were great. Looking forward to next year!

Wow, beautiful gardens, with wonderful sights everywhere. All the flora and fauna were well cared for and maintained. Lots of varieties of plants and trees that were a treat to view, and numerous picture taking opportunities. Pretty large place, so set aside a couple of hours at least to get through it all! Worth it! There is pretty good parking available across the street either at street level, or in a parking garage below street level.

The plants are cool, and the kid section is entertaining for pre-K-3rd grade. Compared with other botanical gardens in large cities, this one is good in its own way: Maybe 3 stars for botany, and 4 for kids.

Seriously, this is my favorite place in Denver. I live in Capitol Hill and it's great that I can easily walk here whenever I want.

We got a Friends and Family membership (around $100) that has more than paid for itself. It lets in me, my SO, and 4 other people at a time, EVERY TIME. We also have a key-fob and can go in through the Cheesman Park gate. It is so convenient.

The gardens are beautiful and highlight some of the amazing plants that are native to this region. Every garden is well maintained and there is always someone available to tell you more if you are interested. There are two great cafes on site (though one is only open during the warmer seasons).

They always have something cool going on and their tour guides are well-informed and very friendly.

I think it's definitely worth a trip (or twenty).

I stopped by to Denver Botanic Gardens during the Spring and remember enjoying walking around the botanic garden. I can imagine it being hot during the summer but there are plenty of indoor spaces for those looking to catch a break from the heat. There is also a cafe for those looking to get something to eat/drink. I spent about 2 hours here--the garden is broken into different themes/regions (e.g. Gardens of the West, Internationally Inspired Gardens, Ornamental Gardens, etc.) so there is something for everyone. There is also a Chihuly sculpture worth checking out near the front entrance at the Ornamental Gardens area.

For students, remember to bring your ID for a ticket discount (you'll end up shelling $9 which is worth it).

It was an amazingly beautiful day! 10/10

We saw a bird scoop a koi right out of the pond and eat it whole. I'm rating today a posthumous 0/10 for the .

The wildlife lets you get way close because people do a good job of leaving them alone, theres plenty of opportunities to act like a dork, and everything is super photogenic, even if it comes out a little pixelated. ;P ;D

Definately coming back. I'm sad it took a free day to get me to check it out in the first place. If you have a camera you will spend ALL day there. We kept heading toward the exit and then finding a new pathway and it took us over an hour just to leave (for real this time. Okay, this time. No, I mean it. Alright we've made it to the gift shop... XD)

We went for Blossoms of Light on January, and it was absolutely worth facing the cold. The light displays are just extraordinary. They don't overbook so there is plenty of space to wander around without it being too crowded. Make sure to book in advance, as tickets sell out around the holidays.

Pretty incredible space. The grounds are immaculate, the food is excellent and the ambience is extremely relaxing. You can grab some coffee and a pastry from the cafe and wonder around the grounds or grab dinner at the restarting surrounded by water lilies. Covers many international plants, local West desert plants and tropical varieties as well.

We happened to visit while the corpse flower was blooming and it was phenomenal! The gardens in general provide for a wide variety of vegetations and fauna variety. I was a little disappointed that multiple gardens were closed for special events, and felt like I spent a good bit of effort having to dodge professional photographers of wedding parties, or parties standing in walkways waiting their turn for photos. I would recommend checking the gardens out, but be ready for special events to take priority over visitors.

A lovely place to visit with family and enjoy the outdoors easily can spend 2-3 hours walking the grounds. The layout of the garden has such a variety of plants and florals all organized well with plenty of benches and seating areas throughout. The tropical environment building was setup uniquely with 3 levels of walking routes and the chance to see exotic plants. Did get pretty busy as the day got later, so was glad we went earlier in the morning.

The line to get in was very long but moved quickly. Hot chocolate was yummy and served at the perfect temp at a reasonable price.. $4 for a large. Displays were beautiful. My only gripe would have to be the funneling of everyone in one direction. While I understand why they do it, it causes congestion in many areas and a feeling of being rushed so you don't hold up the people behind you. Would definately recommend though. We went on a Saturday night at 5. When we left at about 8 the line was about half the length. Next year we go later or try a weeknight.

The botanic gardens are gorgeous with a number of different segments each with unique terrain and plantings. I'm told it has an international reputation. We went in a mild sprinkling of rain and had the whole place to ourselves. Just being there is a meditation. Treat yourself to some beauty and serenity.

great botanic with a lot of variety in the ecosystems they display while still teaching a lot about the local landscape. The outdoor cafe has good variety on the menu and even better ambiance.

This place is great! It's very relaxing to stroll the grounds and check out plants and wildlife. They do a fantastic job of having things to see all year round. Plenty of indoor and outdoor activities.

This was a very cool stop on my vacation. I didn't know what to expect, but it was well worth the few hours that were spent here. It was under a lot of renovations, which was disappointing, but still enjoyable.

Highly recommend visiting if you are visiting Denver. I would recommend going in the spring or summer since the outdoor gardens will be in full bloom. We went on a nice day in January so we got to explore the outdoor gardens but it was not nearly as beautiful as none of the plants were in bloom, but it was still nice to walk around the property. If you are visiting Denver, I would recommend looking into purchasing the Denver CityPASS, which will give you access to various attractions at a reduced rate. We did this and went to the Botanical Gardens, the Nature and Science Museum and the Aquarium.
