I've been to two concerts here. The sound is phenomenal for an outdoor venue and even though the stage is in the round, I have never been upset with where I'm sitting. They are very strict about chair height so I highly suggest measuring your chair before coming.

Exquisite beauty and wonder! This garden is artistically built with thought and concern given to every angle of view and pathway taken into consideration. It feels magical to walk through as there are secret passages throughout main trails and intimate settings to enjoy. Gazebos, benches, and pavilions to stop and enjoy the splendor or nature while you write, wait, or meditate. Definitely my favorite part of my recent Denver trip.

One of the best botanical gardens for showing both local and native plants and collections from around the world. One of my favourite aspects of Denver BG is the steppe/high plains sections as I have not found too many other gardens that display plants native to other very similar world regions in one area, as opposed to one conglomeration of sorts of typical prairie plants, for example. There was a children's garden, rooftop garden which was quite something, Chihuly glass sculptures, the cottage-type house, a beautiful conservatory, bonsai collection and many other types of gardens on the outside of the place. They offer several free days per year, so I had the luck of visiting on one of those days, but they do normally charge an entrance fee. They have corresponding plant sales on those days as well, selling many plants that are suitable for the Front Range. Would highly recommend a visit if in the area, and I know I will take another visit here the next time I am in the Mile High City.

Today we were walking through the Denver Botanical Garden. It is a beautiful site, with spectacular flora and gardens. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for that invitation made by a friend.

One of Denver's crown jewels. Beautiful and genuine landscape, wide variety of plants and flowers. Fantastic family friendly centrally located pride of Denver, enjoyable and accessible for all ages. Beautiful location to spend time outdoors, not too large as to be overwhelming. Paved paths, two cafes, gift shop, welcoming staff, three level garage parking. Fantastic garage top smaller garden for children May-Oct (check website). Unlike other museums, DBG open till 8pm during the summer allowing more flexibility when you plan a visit (check website). Sometimes parking lots can be full between 1030am-1230pm in warmer months.

I've visited probably 6 different botanical gardens in different cities. This is by far my favorite to date. It is a huge property. So many different themed areas. You can spend hours wandering around. There are several greenhouse/tropical areas. It was a really great experience. Highly recommended well worth the visit

Another Denver highlight. They are constantly putting on events and revealing new exhibitions. If you go more than twice a year the membership is definitely worthwhile. My only gripe is that on event days the parking is sub optimal.

Very large Botanical garden, I saw an incredible amount of bees buzzing around the flowers all over, I'm no expert but I think that's a sign of a thriving garden. Very nice way to spend the day.

I could totally visit this place every day. The different plant life is amazing and I swear you turn around and there is more to see. The only drawback is when multiple weddings happen because its hard to share the gardens with wedding parties

The Blossoms of Light is more than worth the price. We purchased the holographic glasses & they were really fun, but we got a little tired of them by mid-way. The variety of colors, patterns and designs are astonishing and very romantic. This is definitely a fun event for all ages.

Great place to visit .. just make sure in the summer to bring an umbrella for the sunshine as throughout the gardens, in many places there is not a lot of shade. There is a big parking garage across the street for easy access. The gardens are open all year and in the winter they are decorated with tons of lights and a winter wonderland comes to life. In the summer months there are concerts in the gardens and all kinds of events throughout the year.

Such a magical place! I love it here and I look forward to visiting every year - and insist on doing so more than once! My sister-in-law purchased a membership for me for my birthday in December of 2019, and unfortunately, I wasn't able to use it before COVID, and due to personal reasons, was unable to use it after re-opening because of their mask policy. They were so understanding and made an exception to their refund policy and reimbursed my sister-in-law. So not only are the gardens beautiful, but so are the people that work there. I cannot express how appreciative I am of their understanding and willingness to refund the membership. THANK YOU and look forward to visiting again, when I'm able to do so mask-free!

Good visit to see the holiday lights. Crowded but well staffed and organized . It was cold the night I went and the place was still packed. I didn't love all the lights and to me, it seemed expensive too. All in all a ton of tourists and locals.

Even though it was covered in snow and cold, this was a beautiful place.the improvements that have been made over the years are just visionary. So many nooks and crannys that you can just sit and "be" with nature. Cant wait to go back in the spring when all is in bloom.

Waste of money...I've been to botanic gardens in many areas ( Chicago, DC, Baltimore etc.) The ones in other cities are bigger, free, and often intigrate a sculpture garden.Denver's is small, costly crowded, and it should consider adopting a rotation of sculptures .....for more public intrest. Metro residents pay many tax dollars to support this. My parents garden in Minnesota is vastly more beautiful, is free, and is kept up by 2 70 year old people as a hobby.... costing only pennies. Sell the Denver location and use the money to build something amazing at Chatfield. This is an Epic waste of tax money.

WHY IT CAN'T CHANGE:
If it were like DC.....Denvers' would be over run by the increasingly growing Denver HOBO population.

The good- My kids love it there, it is clean, it's always safe and well staffed.

Really enjoyed how quiet and serene the entire place was. It was way bigger then I expected. We ate at the restaurant, a sundried chicken wrap & Turkey wrap & quesadilla with 2 drinks. Total on the food was 34$. It was more expensive then I assumed it would be but the food was portioned huge and was really really good. The only down side is that it took 25mins to get the food when we assumed it was going to be a quick stop before exploring. The only critique I have is to add more trash cans around the gardens. Overall it was a great experience.

We've been to much better. Many of the plantings were the same throughout the grounds. Bizarre/creepy sculptures. Many areas closed due to various events made it difficult to navigate at times. Parking was a disaster when arriving on a Saturday morning. Found one of the last remaining spots at a nearby park. Not sure what people arriving 10 mins later would do. Food at Cafe quite good.

There is sooo much to see. So mamy different plants and such a beautiful place. I want to give this place 5 stars but i really can't due to the ammount of weddings and all the stuff blocked off. I felt like i was interrupting sometbing while i was there. There were litterally 4 weddings going on while i was there and it did kill the vibe.

Peaceful spot to relax and soak up the beautiful flowers and plants. I enjoyed the varying gardens and thoughtful planning. Whether you're visiting or live here this is a must-see!

An amazing treasure. I visit here often with my family and am never disappointed, no matter the season. If you have small children, the children's garden is incredible. If you live anywhere nearby, get a membership, it's well worth it!
