I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Mr. Kanlier, someone lives and loves his job here. From the first contact in December to today's handover of the vehicle (Corona-compliant, of course), everything went smoothly. Even just before Christmas, a parcel came under the Christmas tree to keep the anticipation of a great BMW going. All correspondence, whether email, phone or on site, was done very calmly and with a high level of professionalism. Nothing to notice of time pressure.

Actually, because of my experiences in my place of residence, I didn't want to have anything more to do with BMW. But the journey from Aalen to Heilbronn was more than worth it, that's why I now have the 4th BMW vehicle and so far (ok only 2 days) I am absolutely thrilled.
