My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our installation today - our new furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank were all installed in 1 day with no issues. Bill, Barry and Ken are an amazing trio who are all true professionals - pleasant, easy to get along with, and knowledgeable. Barry even installed a Nest Thermostat that I provided myself with no issues - everything ran perfectly on start-up, and the system was tested before they left. You would never know an install took place when you went in my basement, outside of seeing the new system.

Great customer service. Great and efficient installation. I have rental properties and have purchased five units from them, duct work and all. So I definitely have had the opportunity to evaluate their value. Out of the five installs only one had a supply vent a little off angle. Otherwise no problems.

I was looking to add a forced air heating and cooling system to the second floor of an older Buffalo home (furnace, compressor, condenser, duct work, gas lines, etc.) Before signing on with Heatwave, I got quotes from several area contractors. Brian at Heatwave was incredibly thorough (he was the only one who did a Manual J calculation) and took the time to answer every one of my questions. Moreover, their price was very competitive, and the quality of the installation was great. First class, and first rate, all the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
we started to use heatwave when our AC wasn't working properly. They came over that day and fixed it for us. They were very professional. this was in august with all theat.
We later needed a heater replaced in a enclosed patio. they came that day to give estimate and 2 days later we had heat. they went above and beyond with cleaning up and making sure it was all set for us. I highly recommend this company

Heatwave was involved from the start of us adding a 2 story addition to our house. They were very diligent initially in getting our ducts roughed in and installing a new furnace and hot water tank. As our project moved along, they became more challenged to remain on task, mostly it appeared due to staffing and assignment issues, as we implemented our zoning system, and adding fan duct work etc. Several issues kept creeping up with the furnace and water tank, but they did react quickly to get somebody over to service. It appeared that the issue was their install people kept getting deployed to become service people and vice versa as many times our installer had to leave in minutes after arriving due to a service emergency, which seemed inappropriate. Overall after 10 months of working with them they came through, but they periodically made it difficult for their people to deliver (and impossible to over deliver) and made it frustrating for us as the customer. I would recommend Heatwave but customer and vendor expectations need to be discussed and aligned from the start.
Barry was our technician & he was absolutely fantastic. He & his team were extremely professional. Our air conditioning worked great right away as well. I strongly recommend this Heatwave for anyone.

My 6 year old AC in a duplex was not working properly. They charged me 99$ + taxes for a service call. Their service guy told me that it had major issues and gave me a repair quote for almost $3000.00 and a quote to replace the unit for 3300. He would not even look at the 2nd AC in the building and said i would have to make a separate appointment.
I got a 2nd opinion from a local small business and they serviced and got both units running and fully maintained for just $340.00. They deserve no star(s)

The technicians are always professional and prompt. They are honest and forthcoming. Some of the prices are what they are (like a $20 capacitor costing $160 For the item and install).
Overall, Heatwave has always had very competitive prices but their people put them a step above!

We had a great experience with Heatwave, from the initial estimate to the installation. All the employees were friendly and courteous. Brian explained the units had a quote within a couple of days. If we had any questions he was right on top of things. The installers they were great. They arrived on time and were done in a matter of hours. When completed we were showed how the units work and answered any questions. They are quiet units. I would recommend Heatwave as they are a real professional company.
