The office kept me posted as to the technician s arrival. He was courteous and knowledgeable and efficient. I will not use any other service.

I called for a service call for what I considered an important issue. The woman said she would call me back and let me know when was the first time they could come out. That was around 3:00 pm. At about 4:10 pm. Jake was here. The problem only took about 3 minutes to fix and he was gone. Everything was no touch in the house. Had mask, foot covers as always. Great job and GREAT personality. Thanks Jake and Thanks HeatWave!

Heatwave is an honorable well run company. They call to let me know their time line (also GPS tracking via their website), they are neat (wear shoe slippers), explain what they do and review the report w me. They do the work for which they ve hired; will recommend things that may need attention in the future. And they r never pushy. Good people.

Great installation work by a good team. Neatly done installation. Even used floor runners to minimize any footprints.

The staff were courteous and professional, and patient with my dog. Brian and the installation crew helped answer any questions we had along the way and explained the pricing and services fairly and honestly. Had Joe come to our house to give an estimate. Great, friendly person who was very knowledgeable and gave us a ton of options when it came to alternative heating methods for our home and reasonable, affordable prices.

Called Heatwave @ 8 am, furnace was acting up, they were here by 10 am on a real cold day, when i knew they would be very busy. Jake was very professional and had much experience, and did a good job! We will call Heatwave again for a tune up next month! Thanks Heatwave and Jake!!

My central air broke on a Saturday. The temps in the 90s it had to be fixed. I called a few places but went with Hearwave. They were at my house in about 2 hours. I got a message when they were on the way. Ken found the broken part and fixed it. My house was back to being cool. I would highly recommend this company! He was very pleasant and wore booties and mask. It might be the 1st time installing this Halo Led purifier...very neat job. They are a fairly new product for Heatwave to carry. Reviews are good.

From the start, my experience was a mess. I signed up for a new install and the company placed the vents in the wrong place, despite what I directed, thus ruining my rug. My a/c unit wasn't hooked up properly through the water drain (they didn't hook up the water pump that I paid for) resulting in a water leak. When they sent a guy to put the pump in, he cut a hole in another water line unrelated to the furnace, and covered it up with a little bag and left. This ended up in my dishwasher to drain all over the basement. The worse part of the whole situation is that a filter was never installed and we have been breathing in God knows what for the last 6 months. I placed a call to correct this most recent problem but my complaints are not validated as no one knows what I'm even referring to. I'm still waiting for the employee who sold me the unit to return my call. This came after they promised to get back to me at the end of the day, which turned into the end of the next day, which turned into the employee is out of town and will call you Monday. How coincidental that this is not the first time I was promised a call back only to find out later that the employee was "out of town." Buyers beware, the price may be good, but you may he sacrificing service.

We live in a home built 1967, no air no ducts heated by wood and a boiler. We've been putting of getting air since we moved in 22 years ago. This summer we had enough. This prompted us to update the 37 year old boiler and get a tankless water heater (we have 3 daughters). Needless to say, this was a big job. We interviewed many and never felt at ease or comfortable for a variety of reasons.

Heatwave came highly recommended. We were instantly impressed when Brain came to our home. He thoroughly measured each room, walked through every thing with us and explained each product with not only knowledge but mastery.

When the crew came out there was a lead man Bill who was always ready to answer questions and give us updates. There was a crew for the AC/duct work and another for boiler and tankless water heater. They were all extreemly professional, courteous, clean, ponctual and above all on point with their knowledge and workmanship.

We needed an new furnace and central air-conditioning unit. We got several estimates.
We ultimately decided to go with Heatwave because their "Comfort Specialist" Brian K was the most knowledgeable about residential heating and cooling(in our opinion). He also was extremely knowledgeable with the TRANE brand, which we have heard from other homeowners, as well as researching ourselves, to be a "top brand".
Brian was also very personable.
We had an issue with "uneven" heating/cooling in our two-story home, and we took Brian's suggestion on which unit should fix the issue.
Well, one month in, and we couldn't be happier with Brian's suggestion.
Our home is finally evenly heated, upstairs and down.
We highly recommend Heatwave, and Brian K if you need a new heat/air system for your home.

Heat wave has always been professional and have had the utmost in courteously when they come to my home. We have 4 systems in our home and our last maintenance checkup was done by Anna and we could not be happier with her work and professionalism.

We had an excellent experience with our installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. A slight problem with a noise in the duct work was noticed when the air conditioner shut off. The technician, Jake, promptly and satisfactorily resolved our issue. We would highly recommend Heatwave.

From start to finish, we were both extremely pleased with the professionalism and politeness of all who visited our home. Brian explained quite thoroughly all the types of air conditioners and furnaces that were conducive to our home . When the installers arrived , they were polite and always remembered to don their footies so as not to bring in dirt. Then Brian returned after completion to assess the work completed and finalized our paperwork. We would definitely recommend HeatWave to anyone seeking a new furnace or air conditioner.

I started by filling out an online request for a quote for general service to my furnace, including a tune-up. It has been a couple years. I never heard back from that request. In the following weeks I received an invitation to fill out a survey on my experience, I gave a grade of 0/5 stars simply stating I hadn't heard back from the request. Within 24 hours Robin Cloy contacted me apologized for the missed opportunity and assured me the issue had been addressed within her office. She also offered to do what she could to make right where they had dropped the ball. I haven't yet had Heatwave perform any service but I have an apt scheduled, and look forward to seeing how they perform.

Technician was on time, efficient and explained everything about what he was doing and what he found. The whole time he followed all the Covid 19 guidelines

Heatwave Heating and Cooling did an excellent job installing our ductless air conditioning. They were able to come out within a few days to give us an estimate. They were able to tell us our options in a concise manner, answering all of our questions. It was evident that they had a lot of knowledge on how to install the air conditioners to put the least amount of ductwork on the outside of the house. On the day of the install, five workers came. The installers were excellent, efficient workers. The weather was horrible (absolute downpours!) and they put on ponchos and continued to work. They did our install in one day even though we thought it was going to take two days. They also did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend!

Heatwave had a pro tech and a sales rep out same day to take care of a boiler issue, as well get quotes on replacing our 27 year old unit. I received text alerts when they were on their way as well as call updates.

Jake was the service man and was pleasant, knowledgeable, upfront and I would highly recommend him on any job. He noted a small natural gas leak on the supply line to the boiler and took care of that as well. I do a lot of my own work and would know if I was being taken for a ride, at no time did I feel like I was being oversold on anything. I also learned some new things about keeping up with my old boilers as well.

Although the end price is always painful, it was reasonable for the services rendered. And heatwave provides a service warranty. I was overall very pleased with the service provided and will likely be using heatwave for my boiler replacement. Brian was the service tech that provided the quotes on the new boiler and he was also great. A pleasure to speak with, answered all our questions and provided me with a couple options to work with in our budget that met our needs.

I highly recommend heatwave for any heating and cooling needs.

Whole house humidifier pump stopped working and water was leaking everywhere. Called heatwave at 8am and was told someone could be out in the afternoon. Got a call about 20 minutes later stating someone could be there in a couple hours. Technician showed up before 10am and completed the job by 1130am. They were up front about all prices as well. Only negative was the service fee was 100$ just to come out. However the quick response and quality work makes up for it.

Sales person was normal ! No pressure, no bad-mouthing competition, no using fear or end of sale tactics. Just analyzing our needs, asking us our budget and working within those parameters. We ve had our furnace for about three years. Maintanence contract is reasonable, technicians are always on time, pleasant and helpful.

Service technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and diagnosed the problem with our boiler quickly. Earlier in spring they installed a replacement air conditioning system. We are very satisfied with the service they performed on both systems.

These guys went above and beyond to install our furnace after a basement flood. They gave us a great price, came right away when we called, cleaned up perfectly, and took the time to help us get our wifi connected to the new thermostat. Very quick turnaround on both someone coming to give a quote and the installation, during a very busy time (summer during COVID work from home). Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional throughout the process.

I am an engineer and a very detailed customer. Brian was excellent with compiling the quote and excellent communication thru the bid process with answering many questions for our new AC system. Robin (the owner) was also involved and very helpful with squaring away details. Anna (the assist for the install) was great and Jake (the lead tech) was fabulous; very knowledgeable, energetic and passionate about the detail and quality of his work. All persons truly care about the quality and value they provide and act with high integrity. What more could you ask or hope for when partnering with a contractor?! Living up to their tag line of going the extra degree.

Interestingly, every employee I ve dealt with at Heatwave H&C has conveyed sincere upbeat attitudes, and that, to me, reflected a company with high morale. That s worth something.
The final walk through is next week. There may be a follow up to this post. And I can only imagine it ll be positive with this company.

I contacted numerous HVAC companies to get a quote on Central Air installation at my house. Heatwave was one of two companies I ended up getting a quote from. They sent someone out the next day to get a quote. The price was far more reasonable than I anticipated. They beat out the other company by over $1,500. I had an installation date within a day or two of accepting the quote. Installation was seamless and everything works great. Extremely happy start to finish. Would highly recommend.

We have used Heatwave at our old house and at the house we recently moved into. We have had really great service and are very happy with how their installers make sure the area is as clean as - or cleaner than - when they arrived. In particular, we have had great service from Jake, who has come to our house as part of our yearly service contract. During the recent cold snap, a part of the furnace under warranty failed, and they were out first thing the next morning and had the furnace up and running within an hour. We continue to recommend them to our friends who are looking for new service or products.

Joe, the company representative, gave us a prompt and fair estimate. Bill and Trevor were our installers and were extremely courteous and even wore booties while transitioning from outside to inside! I dont know about you, but that is a big plus for me. Nothing infuriates a client more than someone who leaves a mess behind and boot stains on your carpets for no reason. It shows that the company and installers care about doing a professional job with respect for a client's home. Our installation did take 4 days, but they made them effortless for our family. We are 100% enjoying the best decision in converting to central air in all our rooms this summer and many more to come! Thank you guys for a job well done!
