Brian was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable .
He shared and explained the A/C needs with me after doing a thorough check and measurement of the areas that we need cooling.
He also explained and showed me the equipment that will be used for my job and explained the warranty, cost, the financing programs etc.
All of this gave me a very positive and comfortable feeling that he know's his business.
