We were very happy with the annual furnace service and cleaning. Jake did a very thorough check of the furnace and cleaned those parts that required it. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He is also very neat and respectful of the customer s house. He explained everything that he was doing and why it was important. Overall we have been very satisfied with Heatwave as a company and are glad that we chose them for the installation of our new furnace and a/c system.
