My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our installation today - our new furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank were all installed in 1 day with no issues. Bill, Barry and Ken are an amazing trio who are all true professionals - pleasant, easy to get along with, and knowledgeable. Barry even installed a Nest Thermostat that I provided myself with no issues - everything ran perfectly on start-up, and the system was tested before they left. You would never know an install took place when you went in my basement, outside of seeing the new system.

We are so glad that we went with Heatwave for this installation. Everyone we've worked with (the installers, and our Project Manager Brian) were very personable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for work on their home heating and cooling system!
