I started by filling out an online request for a quote for general service to my furnace, including a tune-up. It has been a couple years. I never heard back from that request. In the following weeks I received an invitation to fill out a survey on my experience, I gave a grade of 0/5 stars simply stating I hadn't heard back from the request. Within 24 hours Robin Cloy contacted me apologized for the missed opportunity and assured me the issue had been addressed within her office. She also offered to do what she could to make right where they had dropped the ball. I haven't yet had Heatwave perform any service but I have an apt scheduled, and look forward to seeing how they perform.
