Worthless company. Gives a nice promotion once and then wants to sew customers by automatically renewing and not giving any form of communication. If you cancel by e-mail as expected, you will still not hear from them. You will then receive a letter at home that they want you to pay. If you do not agree, you can still pay because they do not do anything with your e-mail. You also have to pay a ridiculous amount after the first year. 8 per magazine instead of 6 in the store. Even though customer service knows that you are in your right and they have made a mistake, they cannot do anything for you and you can just pay. Worthless service from this filthy company.

I subscribed a few months ago for a magazine + gift pack. The latter was never delivered or compensated. I wrote to customer service several times to no avail. I do not recommend this service.

Dramatic. Magazine ordered. After 1 month still no...

Dramatic. Magazine ordered. After 1 month still not received. Tens of minutes are on hold that you still have to pay for. Turns out to be a failure, they could not say how long I had to wait. If I want to cancel, they say that the refund of the money will take 8 weeks. Very sad this company.

Unfortunately, Hearst has very disappointing customer service.

Appointments are not honored, emails remain unanswered and people hang up on the phone too quickly while you want to ask another question.

So do not subscribe to one of the Hearst magazines such as Vogue, Elle, Glamor, National Geographic, Esquire etc.

In April a trial subscription Quest Junior was concluded, 5 issues and a holiday book. 4 Received numbers and not a Holiday Book (but it's only December). Customer service to cry. After several times calling and mailing but specified. Other subscriptions have since been canceled. The sales department works and calls regularly. But we will never take anything from Hearst again.

No words for this club. Magazines do not send months and the moment they respond once they send the wrong magazine that you have not subscribed to. Advise everyone to just get your leaves in the store.

Fraudsters and very poor customer service !!! Instead of an ordered Cosmopolitan Confessions, a (cheaper) normal Cosmopolitan was sent. Then up to 3 times no response to my request to still send the ordered Cosmopolitan Confessions or to refund my money .. Especially not order at Hearst!

Do not! Buy the magazines in the store or choose a magazine that is not published by Hearst.
What has already been indicated: no confirmation, after taking out a subscription you have to check after weeks when the first edition comes, mails will not be responded to.

After telephone inquiries where the magazines are, the debt is placed with mailman Sandd. I would just put my hand in Hearst's own bosom! It is continuous drama with you.

I hope my dear son will already get his magazines. Then we switch to a different leaf

Paid 100Euro for membership and present. Present was never delivered, so after several calls, multiple emails and contradictory information of several members of their staff I still after three months have not received my money back nor got a decent reaction. Crazy poor service/ responsiveness!

Grumpy way of recruiting subscribers! Send bills without asking for anything and tacitly renew things while you don't ask for anything and while tacitly renewing subscriptions is no longer allowed by law! This is about glamor magazine! Weird how they don't respond to emails anywhere.

Thuis Company needs to SHAPE UP!!!
My son is a member of the National Geographic Magazine for at least 10 YEARS.
For some reason last year everything was moved from Belgium to the Netherlands and he received a new members number.
Now we are struggling to get everything right again! They pretend that we did not pay. which is not the case!
We called them already 2 times by phone BUT STILL nothing is in order.
IF they cannot shape up then we will give up the magazine!
Meanwhile I would suggest to EVERYBODY NOT TO TAKE ANY SUBSCRIPTIONS FROM THIS COMPANY! They do NOT deserve it!!

Poor services. Called them last week 4 times about my new contract for NatGeo magazine.. they never picked up! I renewed my contract in August 2020. I said from phone I will only extend if you give me a nice discount. The discount was not that great. So she said if you do 1.5 year I can give more discount. So I said ok. She said 64 euro for 19 magazines. I said ok, please extend my membership and send me by email a new contract I got the same day the contract by email. With new member number!? and no price?? Didn t feel ok. Last week they send me new edition of the NatGeo magazine with my new contract on paper. The price was not 64 euro what we agreed, but 73 euro for 19 magazines. I felt really cheated by the girl that helped me. Not about the 9 euro. But how she lied to me so she can get me a new contract (they pay them money for new contacts btw) so I called to hearts to complain about this employee. But they never pick up. I m afraid she did this with more customers so she can earn bonus money the fast way. I will normally give 1 star for this. I give 3 stars because they deliver the magazine always on time. Never had a issue with that. Hearts please check your employees. Ps. I will not extend my contract after the 1.5 year. I will go to another publisher for sure.

What a spam organization.

If the publisher hires someone who sees his yob (Quote magazine) as his main income instead of seeing it as ancillary income, then hopefully it will be something again.

It is crazy that a chief editor writes himself into heaven in various other media including television while the subscribers unsubscribe themselves and cancel dozens at the same time.

Who do you think you've fallen over Twents wannabee ..

Subscribe given gift and get paid! Only one magazine has arrived. After 8 times call is not yet in order. The system always freezes or they put phone down at Hearst Magazines Netherlands, or they put me on hold and are no longer on the line. On mails I get no answer. The magazine is beautiful, but the distribution service is heeeeeeeel bad! I'm not talking about! If you read the reviews at Hearst Magazines is in so many and it's true what they write! I'm still waiting to rectify this. It is not acceptable that it is so very ... recommended only to buy the magazine from the newspaper vendor. I can not give 0/5, so I have to tick one asterisk.

Bad service, had a gift subscription. The description stated that it would stop automatically after 1 direct debit. Subsequently, a direct debit is sent again after six months and the subscription continues. After 10 minutes on hold at customer service, the subscription has ended, but the number sent will have to be paid again. What bad service.

Already 2 months ago subscribed to Quote and immediately paid online. Receive 0 times the sheet. But that is not the worst. That is customer service! Who may delete the part "service" from the word. Very curt, rude and incapable. After 3x contact and a complaint nothing further. They actually responded once with a meaningless email that no data of mine can be found, despite all attachments that I have sent with the closed and already paid subscription.
Cheap is expensive at Hearst magazines. Better pay full price in the store from now on!

Since September there is a problem and payment reminders are sent in error. The receipt was repeatedly forwarded, but there is no response to this. A new story is told through the phone and solutions are promised, followed by an overall silence. In short, very bad service!
