Poor services. Called them last week 4 times about...

Poor services. Called them last week 4 times about my new contract for NatGeo magazine.. they never picked up! I renewed my contract in August 2020. I said from phone I will only extend if you give me a nice discount. The discount was not that great. So she said if you do 1.5 year I can give more discount. So I said ok. She said 64 euro for 19 magazines. I said ok, please extend my membership and send me by email a new contract I got the same day the contract by email. With new member number!? and no price?? Didn t feel ok. Last week they send me new edition of the NatGeo magazine with my new contract on paper. The price was not 64 euro what we agreed, but 73 euro for 19 magazines. I felt really cheated by the girl that helped me. Not about the 9 euro. But how she lied to me so she can get me a new contract (they pay them money for new contacts btw) so I called to hearts to complain about this employee. But they never pick up. I m afraid she did this with more customers so she can earn bonus money the fast way. I will normally give 1 star for this. I give 3 stars because they deliver the magazine always on time. Never had a issue with that. Hearts please check your employees. Ps. I will not extend my contract after the 1.5 year. I will go to another publisher for sure.
