The Best healthcare staffing agency in Orlando!!
My recruiter Rahimah has been with me every step of the way from updates during the hiring process or calling to check up on me and providing any assistance I might need to help me succeed and become a permanent employee with my current employer. I recommend Healthcare Support to anybody I come in contact with looking for work in the healthcare field.

Check for yourselves takes them 6 years to return a call or email would lie to you because they get commission based of your hard work. They are unprofessional with their way of speaking, and conduct, if you can avoid them there are other vultures that are way more tolerable then them.

Liz Chavez works diligently to match her candidates with great positions! She is always professional and a pleasure to work with!

Leah Bunyard is the best!!! She will go out of her way to help make the process an easy transition. She always stays in communication with me, which is very important. She has a great work ethic, as well as a supportive and upbeat personality. She is great at what she does.

This is my first assignment with Healthcare Support. They have been very supportive and helpful through out the interview process. My recruiter Ricky took the time to help me prepare for my interview and assisted with ensuring that I understood exactly the overview for the company that I was going to be hired for. I have been working for this company for almost a month and I like how my recruiter periodically follows up to check up on how my employment is going and to provide feedback if needed. So far great company to work for.

I am very displeased and dissatisfied with this unsolicited service I received. I was told i had a job then taken through the ringer and embarrassed when I showed up on first day told I didn't have the job. My recruiter was extremely unprofessional and uncommunicative when I tried to call and find out what was going on. Never used them they will leave you high and dry!!!!!!!!!!

I would not recommended going through this temp agency for anything. My recruiter (Tyler) completely lied about a position that would be permanent. I excelled at my job that I temporarily worked for; I have no complaints about that company. My issue with HealthCare Support is Tyler told me that everyone they have hired for that company always go permanent. I know of 7 other people who were hired with me at the same exact time, all in different areas of FL, and all of our contracts ended the same exact day. No notification, no explanation, nothing (If I would have left before my contract ended, you would have wanted me to provide notification). I emailed Tyler just to see if he would call me or email me back and still haven't heard anything (No letter, email, post card, call). It's a risk with Temp agencies, I'm aware, but you don't have to lie to people. I had a career that was not perfect (NO job is) but it was permanent with benefits and provided for my family. HealthCare Support started out very strong with communication from Tyler, Stefano, Laura, etc. and then completely stopped. If HealthCare Support was unsure, company changed their mind, whatever the situation may be then some type of notification would have been nice so that I can prepare myself to keep providing for my family. Lies and deceit never get you anywhere in life and this agency was very unprofessional and the recruiters (Tyler) are liars. You live and you learn, but to everyone reading this... DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY. I encourage you all to stay strong in what you are doing and keep pushing for a job that knows your worth and wants you permanently... For those that utilize any Temp agency I wish you the best but put no trust in HealthCare Support!

HORRIBLE! I seriously wouldn't give this place any stars. I literally left my two jobs for this piece of crap. Unprofessional, I literally was employed by this place for 14 days. They called me on the phone and was like don't worry about returning back to work. The reason they gave me was attendance, they claimed I was showing up late. But! What's really funny is they had emailed me about a week earlier saying they want to "CONGRATULATE" me for having great attendance. Haha! They are just full of it! Anyhow. To each its own but for me I wouldn't dare work for these cats again.

I had the pleasure of working with this company years ago. Ms Houseman was the best. I would highly recommend it to anyone. If I could, I would do it all over again.

The experience I had really bothered me so I decided that I would leave feedback here , rather than going through the company. From the looks of it , they don't seem to follow up on complaints anyway. I worked for HCS for about 1 week for a Managed Care Organization in SC. I fell ill during my second week of work and my family did as well. I called to speak with my recruiter and advised him that my family and I were sick. He didn't seem to care about this and wanted me to come into the work the next day regardless of how I felt. We have Strep throat which is contagious and we were told not to go into to work until atleast 48 hours.

After speaking with him that day, I had some other complications with my health and I decided It would be best if I left the position to deal with these issues. I explained this to my Recruiter via voicemail and even sent the program manager an email to notify. My Recruiter called me back and was very rude, unprofessional and argumentative because I decided I would not return to the position. He advised that I should have told them I had chronic health conditions and they would have never considered me for the position. He also stated that I could never work for them or the MCO again as a result. I ended the call and advised him to never call me again. I've never had any experience like this in my life. All he seemed to care about was his contact and commission. Please stay away from them, they are unprofessional and rude when things don't go their way.

So working with HealthCare Support was the best thing I ve done for myself in a long time. Working with Veronica was by far the best experience I have ever had working with any temp agency. Not only what she said she would do, she did but she went above and beyond helping me with things to ensure I got the job I wanted. She did not waste time or effort, was there for me after hours, before hours, and during hours. She made sure I was prepared and ready for everything the hiring company was gonna throw at me and reassured me time and time again I m ready and I m going to get the position I want. Thank you Veronica you are a great asset to the Healthcare support team and I appreciate everything you have done for me and my family. Healthcare support is lucky to have you.

I was scammed out of a job by this company, they lied and told me they had a temp to permanent position, I left my job, once I started working the manager at the company I was contracted to told me that they never told health care support that the job was permanent. I worked for 90 days with no tardiness or call off, perfect attendance. The company that I was working with told me they didn't have a place for me. They let me go today saying it was because of attendance or job performance, the lady that called me wasn't my recruiter, hey voice tone was upbeat and inappropriate for firing someone, she then became sarcastic callus and cold after I addresses her having no empathy for my situation. Don't believe what they say! They just care about the money they will make off of you. If u need a job and have no other options than by all means go for it, but if you have other choices don't pick healthcare support. You will regret it if you do. I am a certified and licensed professional. If you are take your skills elsewhere. You are just a number to this company and not a person. They never contacted me during my 114 days there to give me any kind of feedback on job performance or anything else. They only contacted me to tell me to turn my time sheet in. Don't be fooled by these people. Look elsewhere for employment unless your goal is to be a temp.

I've worked with several recruiting companies in the past and this was the only bad experience I had. I locked in with them at a rate that was too good to pass up. Then after leaving my job, I was told 6 days before starting that the contract fell through and they asked if I could continue at my old position.
It took me over a month to line up a new position and while they initially acted like they would work hard to find me something else, they put no effort forth as I only heard from them once after reaching back out 4 weeks after we originally talked.

I would like to say that Edgar Pablo is one of the best people you will ever want u meet! Edgar will go out of his way to help you on matter what obstacle is in his way! I know from personal experience.
I will always be grateful to him for helping me. I was working for a pretty good company that was stable, excellent pay, awesome benefits and a great team to work with! I got laid off with 180 other people.

I had the best experience with HealthCare Support. I was so nervous moving to a new state In a big city and finding a job but Chris made me feel so comfortable on my phone interview and felt like I d known him for years. Anytime I had a question I d email him and within minutes he was calling back. When my child was sick and I couldn t make it into work he was very understanding. I would absolutely use HealthCare support. I can t say enough good things about them!

This company is very unprofessional. I was told multiple times I had a job for many weeks. I was harrassed to send my info and paper work right away on there time. 3 weeks after I was hired I woke up to a text from recruiter Whitney stating I no longer have a job, there unable to hire me. I've been calling non stop to ask why and noone will call me back. It's very unprofessional to send a TEXT with no futher information about why I was hired to now I'm not. I've sent over all my personal info as in my license, pharmacy license as well as my social security card. I'm starting to wonder if I'm being scammed? I will be filing a police report incase and I will be getting to the bottom with this company.

I was hired at my work place along with 15 other people and many of us had different recreurters. Me and Sheryl were the only ones hired from healthcare support and shared the same recreuiter Jessica Mac Donell. It s funny because the other people would talk bad about their recruiter and hiring companies because of their lack of support but me and Sheryl had a completely different experience. Jessica would check up on us through out the week to make sure we were okay and if there was anything we needed she would be quick to respond. We also had the capability of communicating to each other through text messages which are much better in my opinion than emailing and calling. Jessica is by far the best reicruiter I have dealt with and am very thankful for the support she provided with Healthcare Support staffing. Thanks again !

This is a horrible company please dn't work for them all they care is about getting pay they used you and they when they don't need you they let you go please dnt work for health support is a bad agancy I had 2 jobs and I quit my jobs they offered me a permanent job and after five months on my way to work they text to let me know not show to work anymore so unprofessional they got me a job I was going to be checking authorization and answer phone than a month later they put me in the front desk with no training and they expected to do a great job without training horrible work place and health support never helped me out they don't care about you all they care is about getting pay please people dn't work for them you are going to have a really bad experience I really dn't go on Yelp but this time I have to do it because I dnt want anyone to have a bad experience like me

I would not recommend going through this company. Edmund called me about the job, mislead me about hidden costs associated with this job that were later found to be unreimbursed. Michael then called me which became confusing with both giving me information, instructions, etc. After two weeks of training with a company I had already worked for with great success, I received an email after 7:30 pm on a Friday that I was terminated due to "job performance."

Keep in mind this was temping for a company I had previously worked for 2 years and left due to a serious illness. I was never late, never missed any time, never received any warnings or negative feedback from my trainer. I am 51. I am disabled and required no unreasonable accommodations for the job.

As I have received no reasonable explanation for my termination, I am considering filing a formal complaint with the EEOC. I was very much looking forward to doing the job and enjoyed working for the same company I had worked for before my illness. I was broken hearted to be brushed off with an email notice and no other communications.

This agency sent me to 2 different interviews within 4 months. Both interviews were for positions completely opposite of what was described by the placement coordinators. The job descriptions sent to me was also inaccurate. Complete waste of time. They waste both the candidate and the employer's time.

Devon called me from healthcare yesterday an said he saw my resume online an had a job opening they wanted to talk to me about and asked that I send an updated resume. For some reason he kept saying it wasn't going thru yet when I sent it to myself it went thru so I finally emailed him an asked was the most current job on the resume he saw where I'm working now. He said yes an I said ok that is my updated resume. I never got a response after that an emailed him this morning only for him to email me back saying that the job he originally emailed me about was filled. Really.... So how many people were contacted for this one job? And in less then a day it was filled? Then why bother yesterday to contact me about it. Anyone looking for a job don't look there. Contact Central Florida Careers on Lee Rd the have been in business since 1979 very reputable company.

Horrible. They never answer your calls. As soon as they have what they need they forget about you completely. My recruiter never called me back or gave me an explanation about what was going on. Nothing. You leave messages and nothing. Don't even try to use their services.

I went to them when I was getting laid off. Worked with a Dan he send me to two places I did not get the job and never helped me again. They were better six years ago now they don't help with anything. I will never contact them again.

PATHETIC! I got one job with these people that only lasted 3 weeks! They let me go with the words and I quote " Your a nice girl but you just weren't catching on fast enough " I've never been fired for such a thing let along anything that has to do with comprehension. They let me go after 3 weeks and never called again. DO NOT do business with these people they are fake, unprofessional and VERY UNORGANIZED. Oh and they are LIARS On top of that. The jobs they refer you out to will FIRE YOU in a new York minute for ANYTHING as simple as not " catching on fast enough" or simply because they don't like you don't let the good pay fool you, ITS NOT WORTH IT, once you're fired they do not care about you. They told me that they would keep in touch and let me know of other open positions in the area which was a lie, because I haven't heard from them since, and it's been 2 weeks. I want to share my experience with my recruiter at Healthcare Support Staffing. His name is Maro Onopise.
I first met Maro, in October 2016, I was desperately seeking employment, working on my associates degree in Health Information Management and had not been gainfully employed since 2012.
Maro is an excellent recruiter, his joyful personality, big smile, humor, communication and people skills are excellent.
His honesty, encouragement and integrity speaks volumes to how one can treat another with respect and make them feel they are the best candidate for the job. Not only did he believe in me, he inspired me to be the best.
His diligence in placing me in positions that are geared towards my degree, has afforded me experiences in a way that is remarkably fitting.

She is very attentive and caring always checking up on me making sure I am happy as well as the employer is happy with me and my work. Veronica is a great recruiter and I enjoy working with her. I have been with Healthcare support for almost a year and a half. It is a shame the company does not supply vacation time for those that have put in a good amount of time and effort. Working without Holiday and vacation pay tends to wear a person down and I thank Veronica for listening when I voiced a concern like that. We already know we are not appreciated by the insurance company we subcontract for so it is a shame there are not more perks and incentive to stay through Healthcare support. If it were not for Veronica I would not have been here this long so far.

I had a very positive experience. They delivered as promised and provided me with any information requested. I also attribute the good service I received to my recruiter, Will Payne, who was very positive and supportive. Leah with HealthCare Support made searching for then landing the position I'm currently in memorable. The process was smooth, quick and effective. Leah went above and beyond to help me secure the position as well as walking me through any difficulty I had. The best part is Leah stays connected with you once you get the job. I will randomly receive beneficial emails as well as texts checking upon me. She has made this an amazing experience. I would recommend this staffing agency to everyone that I know is seeking a job.

Loved my experience with the company and especially with the recruiter I worked with Veronica G. She is awesome !! She helped me every step of the way and was just a great person to work with.

I worked with Tiffany Osmanski and she was absolutely wonderful. She always kept me updated on things and always got back to me with any questions I had in a timely manner. He always kept me up to date with my status and talked to be even though I am sure I was being a pest! He is a lovely man and a wonderful asset to the company. Edgar rocks!!!!

Tiffany from Healthcare Support was very helpful & supportive, finding me exactly the sort of job I was looking for, and at a great rate of pay!

I was contacted by them regarding 3 positions. The 1st was for a position at Kepro. I was advised that I would get a call from the hiring manager for a interview. Once I did the phone interview I was later advised that I got the job and would start on 03/25/19 in the meantime I was offered another position with a different company that was going to start on the 25th as well but I decided to go with the position at Kepro. Fast forward to the Friday before the 25th I called to see was everything still going forward since they received my background back and was advised at that time that the start date had been pushed back and I would be contacted with the new date later in the week. We'll I ended up having to call them and at that time I was advised that the offer had been rescinded because I didn't pass compliance at that time I inquired as to what I didn't pass. I was told that I would hear from the company but never did. So needless to say I lost the other position because I chose the position that Healthcare Support advised me that I had. Then I was contacted by them again regarding a position at Wellcare. I went thru the same process again in addition having to do a typing test. I was reluctant to entertain this but the recruiter kept calling for me to do the typing test so that I could do the interview with the hiring manager. I finally did the test and advised the recruiter who scheduled a phone interview. I recipient a call later that week and at the end of the interview the hiring manager said" now let me look at your typing scores" she came back to the phone and advised that "unfortunately we can not proceed" because I didn't pass the typing test. I then inquired as to didn't the recruiter see this before submitting me for the position. She advised that she would speak to her. So I got an email 2 days ago and decided that I would call to see if my experience would be better and unfortunately it wasn't. The recruiter wanted to submit me for Wellcare AGAIN for the same position. I inquired as to didn't she see the previous submission and that I didn't pass the typing test. She advised after I pointed this out that she would keep my resume for future positions. I advised please don't because nobody does their due diligence. So that's why I'm rating them 1star.

I have been working with Healthcare Support for about 5 mothe now. I just have to say THANK YOU Mr. William Payne for all of your help and support. You are awesome!!!!
