I was contacted by them regarding 3 positions. The 1st was for a position at Kepro. I was advised that I would get a call from the hiring manager for a interview. Once I did the phone interview I was later advised that I got the job and would start on 03/25/19 in the meantime I was offered another position with a different company that was going to start on the 25th as well but I decided to go with the position at Kepro. Fast forward to the Friday before the 25th I called to see was everything still going forward since they received my background back and was advised at that time that the start date had been pushed back and I would be contacted with the new date later in the week. We'll I ended up having to call them and at that time I was advised that the offer had been rescinded because I didn't pass compliance at that time I inquired as to what I didn't pass. I was told that I would hear from the company but never did. So needless to say I lost the other position because I chose the position that Healthcare Support advised me that I had. Then I was contacted by them again regarding a position at Wellcare. I went thru the same process again in addition having to do a typing test. I was reluctant to entertain this but the recruiter kept calling for me to do the typing test so that I could do the interview with the hiring manager. I finally did the test and advised the recruiter who scheduled a phone interview. I recipient a call later that week and at the end of the interview the hiring manager said" now let me look at your typing scores" she came back to the phone and advised that "unfortunately we can not proceed" because I didn't pass the typing test. I then inquired as to didn't the recruiter see this before submitting me for the position. She advised that she would speak to her. So I got an email 2 days ago and decided that I would call to see if my experience would be better and unfortunately it wasn't. The recruiter wanted to submit me for Wellcare AGAIN for the same position. I inquired as to didn't she see the previous submission and that I didn't pass the typing test. She advised after I pointed this out that she would keep my resume for future positions. I advised please don't because nobody does their due diligence. So that's why I'm rating them 1star.
