There is no respect for appointments waiting for more than an hour, there are no special parking for people with special needs in front of the entrance, parking descent and boarding only full of cars and there is no one does not move cars
The hospital has no priority for people with special needs and we are in 2017

I happened to be in this hospital , recommended by...

I happened to be in this hospital , recommended by a doctor in another clinic. So I guess they have good reputation. They have a wonderful pediatrician Dr Maurice Khoury. They are well known for Sports medicine and spine related issues.
The hospital is well organized, neat and clean and spacious. Healthpoint is not a busy place, however it is difficult to get immediate appointments.

"Ignorance" in its purest forms.

Three years later, I return, and my rating is still zero star

Healthpoint looks like it doesn t want them to communicate. Their age wanted to contact one, so they had a call center in the first place !!! They drink it better! Not once in the last 3 years has he answered my calls, something really dubious!

Can anyone just tell us how people can get an appointment ???!

Praise be to God, to us about the need for treatment in hospitals, we know we care about our health without them, but one day you have an elderly person who needs care, he is forced to have a physical therapy, so he has to deal with these people to me despite all the advanced resources and energies provided by the state, but they lack the simplest skills in how to deal with dealers Book appointments.

Something really is very black in an era in which we are booked everywhere, studying and communicating in an electronic way 100% What needs even one communicates in the first place, but God willing, today, in which one of the officials reads these words and takes a corrective step first through accountability and then replace The current administration runs the appointments department.

Everything is fine and accomodating. except the schedule in ultrasound. The doctor said the ultrasound is upto 8pm but the reception in ultrasound keep insisting that only up to 4pm. Meaning we cannot do the ultrasound in this hospital because we have work from 8am to 5:30pm. I wish they extended their time in ultrasound up to 8p.

1- worst pain management department in UAE!

1- worst pain management department in UAE!
2- even when i am before my appointment I'm wtill waiting even when my appointment time have came
3- made 3 complans regarding dr. Hisham - pain clinic - they told they will call but they didn't, they didn't provide complain ID number so I can't get the complain to the authorites
4- no ER department!
5- four elevator all busy, two of them for public and two for employees
6- if you have a narcotic pain medicine prescription you'll need someone to come with you to P2 as it's not allowed to pubic to go downthere alone
7- doctors and employees don't smile to paitents

Very sad very good hospital with great treatments ...

Very sad very good hospital with great treatments ,doctors and medicine can t be found in another hospital in UAE but the management is not good at all.
First time they made me wait more than a week and half to get the medicine it took lot of time no one from the hospital help me at all they make me call Dr to make request for the medicine several time and all the time they blame the insurance they didn t approved which was not true at all the medicine was approved but they don t call us. I though it is like one time issue !!
But again this time 10 days they claim again the issue with insurance after what they make face days of waiting time is just normal problems can be solved in few hours in other hospitals.
The issue with employees they don t want to help at all, it is not like something to help , it is the job of people that they inform you at least that you need to update you insurance or this medicine is not approved by insurance they never call or inform us.
They really don t care at all they do is just blame others for no reason, they first answer they give it is rejected from the insurance completely lies he even didn t look at the system that make sure of the issue i was approve from the insurance all that why i called just ask when i should visit the hospital to collect the medicine.
I got crazy i called the insurance to see the reason they say there aren t any request form hospital and they didn t reject anything I called again he said no the Dr didn t make the order i called the dr she say i made the order and make print screen and send it for you to believe me It took from me days till i solve the issue.
You sit there for hours till they call your number and collect the medicine 2-3 hours when you ask why this long time the only answer is insurance didn t approve. The same insurance we go to other hospital max take 15 min approvals very slow process. and the number of patients is not that big at all they make people waiting long time for nothing.
The pharmacy close 4 o clock. Many government hospital keep there pharmacy 24 hours open to collect the medicine anytime the patients can arrive depending on their personal time.
I need to take day off from my work and stay in hotel to collect the medicine!!! It is really crazy.

The call center very bad they just do their best to hangout the call they refuse to make you contact the administration because it is against the policy s?!
Only make complain and send to the complain department email and it is not allowed to transfer our calls to anyone in the hospital after time they stop taking my call because it is registered in the system i used another phone to contact them same thing with the hospital they start stop taking my calls.

I have came for an emergency case without an appointment to see the doctor but they have told me we cannot , i said ok , the next day ? They said sorry maybe we could put your name for the next 2 days ,, i preferred to go other hospital instead of begging them to go ahead with the appointment, its not about the possibility its about humanity

They are quite horrible in customer service, particularly for kids. Calling for a physiotherapy appointment for more than two weeks though they had insurance approval and without any response. After many calles ending in vain, I made a complaint yet received nothing.

I advise anyone to avoid them.

I was hung here more than five months ago, and the summary of my experience was that it is an exceptional exemplary hospital, excellent in all its departments except the pharmacy
Today I am back, and the situation has not changed. People are above some of the fish market, and the most important counter (No. 5) put the worst people in business.
They used to give you free medicine and treat the person bad and not look at you or talk to you as if he were a head of state and not a pharmacist
Unfortunately, the hospital administration did not heed the notes of patients and visitors to the pharmacy
Just see a repeated comment, which is (sorry what happened to you, please communicate on ....) and the system is always down !!

So I have lost my ID and I was pretty sure that I forget it in the hospital (physio department)...the ladies there (Maryam,Madam Mounira and the one who registered me was very supportive and profisonal , also a lady from the patient care office, her way to speak to the patient is very elegant very helpful and she even checked the camera for me and apparently I took back my Id ..big thanks the whole team and to Dr. ASHMA :)
For those who's complaining about the long waiting time, please be patient for good results better than quick treatment and and no improvement.

Actually it was my first time in the hospital the place is clean the nurses were friendly the general physician was friendly too. I was in pain I did the Xray unfortunately it was Saturday and the doctor told me that the results of the Xray will not be ready tell next day Sunday so I went back home with my medication waiting for the results. Next day I waited till mid day then I called to discover that no results been sent to the doctor and the man in the phone advise me to call again later when i called 6 hours later the man in the phone told me again no result been sent yet and they will call me next day because the doctor finished her shift at 5.
Well I can accept that results may take time but what is hard to be understood is how to treat patient by leaving him without any explanation about what is going on . How much time usually X ray results could take?!

The pharmacy is a failure, and with many complaints, nothing has changed
From bad to worse

In general they always on time and promt to provide the best care they could

On dawn side the waiting time at pharmacy is a headache also the prescription dropping area is not clear always confusing

I visited this medical teacher where I was examined by the German professor Renard, a specialist in orthopedic surgery and found him a doctor at the level and a world-renowned and God willing I will perform surgery. Also examined the heart by the able doctor Iman Azza, thanks to guidance and accurate diagnosis to recover from hardening Arteries. Where she sent me to Cleveland to conduct the operation and thank God was made in very good conditions. Congratulations to the UAE on its rise and superiority.

I went to see a spine doctor at their clinic in Dubai with severe back pain due to degenerative disc disease and was referred for urgent physio in healthpoint Abu Dhabi. Thiqa approved my 10 sessions within 48hours, that has been 20 days ago I have been calling to schedule my sessions for 20 days with the call center promising to call me back. No one calls back. I have chased them for 3 weeks with no luck. Extremely unprofessional. I have gone else where for treatment.

Very innovated medical facility. I like Healthpoint because of my gynecologist Dr. Susan Glew. I love her expertise and her bedside manner. She is a doctor who knows how to communicate with patients and to clear their worries away. She is highly recommended! No other gynecologist can replace Dr. Susan Glew in my heart!

this clinic is focused on business rather than taking care of patients. I am not satisfied with their procedure in dealing with my health issues. I had an appointment by phone call but due the appointment time nobody called me from their team at all. I complained with their helpline. Finally after about an hour later, they called me back. I have been frustrated talking to their appointment system and doctors while dealing with pain by myself--- I will not come back again.

I saw Dr Ahmed for my Cervical Spondylitis and he said someone from Physiotherapy will call for starting sessions in 2 to 3 days. None called for 10 days and when I called back I was told I have for first come for Physiotherapy assessment and then only they will decide if same is required. Till then I must live in pain...!!? What a waste of money in setting up 5 star facility!!??

Good infrastructure but very poor coordination, the appointments team is a total disaster. Some of them dont' know even what they are talking. When you raise a complaint, they call back and say sorry but nothing we can do for now! Pharmacy waiting time is another disaster, there is one pharmacist after 5 and we wait more than an hour, and the number of patients waiting before me was just 3!
Unprofessional and unbelievable. With such a vast infrastructure, I don't understand how they consistently maintain such low level of service!

I can t comment on the medical care.

I had an appointment, but with an expired emirates ID and only an electronic copy of my passport (with visitor visa of course), I was unable to get past the reception area. I was categorically refused care as I did not have my actual passport with me. I had informed the appointment clerk when I called that my emirates ID had expired but that did not trigger a request to bring my passport.

I am not expressing an opinion or advice on the services, only saying how I was received and treated.

I went to see the general physician because of a reaction to a bug bite, he could not treat me saying that I should see a dermatologist, they said that the dermatologist is about to leave and wont see anyone, I explained to them that I have swelling and it is become worse, they said they cant help me, I explained that I'm not from Abu Dhabi, I was there because of work, and if they don't do anything I have to go all the way to Dubai with a swelling that is becoming worse, still they did nothing! Worse hospital experience in my entire life!

I ve an appointment with Dr. Khadija and I was waiting for 2 weeks and just now a lady call me , sorry the Dr, went for annual leave for 3 weeks and the closest appointment with her or with any Dr is after 3 weeks , Do u want me to book for you ?

Seriously , Seriously, Seriously oh My GOD ,
You don t have a yearly annual leave planned for your Drs ??

Oh My God, I don t recommend and I will never think to call this unprofessional hospital again

This is a Mubadala company and they try not to duplicate services that might be found at one of their other facilities. To my knowledge, Healthpoint is not an actual hospital (with an ER and overnight beds) but a clinic building with urgent care facilities, dentist, family medicine, peds, orthopedics, physical therapy, radiology, pharmacy, cosmetic services.

I have my regular physician here and I like his care. There is a mix of Arab and Western doctors. Generally I can get an appointment within 2 days, though that varies by service and schedule. I have heard that the equipment at Healthpoint produces good radiology images.

The facility is newer and gleaming. There has been recent construction in the parking area. There is valet parking as well and limited underground self-park (and lots of above ground parking). The lobby was recently updated with a coffee stand selling snacks and drinks and the pharmacy is expansive. Water bottles and dates are freely available in the waiting areas. Sitting rooms have designated Family and Women areas. The Wi-fi is not public (that I have found).

Overall, a good place to visit if you need to establish care. For an acute emergency, I would chose a facility with an Emergency Department and 24hr staff.

bad customer service , Very poor experience with appointment system, you arrive to your appointment prior by 30 mints and still you have to wait, long time to take any appointment, they want you always to pay for fellow up because they give you next fellow up appointment after long time which means you will miss the 7 days free fellow up consultation, you canot have a direct call with any one, only you must talk to call center which have nothing to do except sending emails to departments, response to complains or inquires are very poor and slow and some times no actions, some of doctors attitude are bad, if you hit him he will hit you back, luxury place

If your doctor asks for surgery or radiation, follow up on your own until the department sends the report to the doctor so that you can book a new appointment to see your doctor. In short, attention is very poor

But
It needs to reduce the waiting time for admission to the doctor or lets say arrange the appointments so people don't need to wait more than 10 minutes case I wait for an hour
