bad customer service , Very poor experience with appointment system, you arrive to your appointment prior by 30 mints and still you have to wait, long time to take any appointment, they want you always to pay for fellow up because they give you next fellow up appointment after long time which means you will miss the 7 days free fellow up consultation, you canot have a direct call with any one, only you must talk to call center which have nothing to do except sending emails to departments, response to complains or inquires are very poor and slow and some times no actions, some of doctors attitude are bad, if you hit him he will hit you back, luxury place
