Waste of time and money.. 2 cases: one appointment that I took more than 2 months in advance. Several reminders from the hospital to come sharp. I came on time. The dr was not ready, no apology or explanation was given. I had to leave without seeing the dr. Missing an appointment taken few months in advance is a management issue for me.. something urgent might required his presence somewhere else but the patient has to be notified, not left in the waiting area. We are patients and we go to hospitals to be treated and feel better.. not to be left on seats waiting without knowing anything on why we are waiting. Hospitals need to have an acceptable waiting time that is communicated clearly to patients. Beyond that, patients require explanation of any issues related to changes in their appointments..

Second case was related to the type of treatment. I was given physiotherapy sessions for a pain that I have. I did most of my sessions. My pain was more and there was no follow up from the hospital..

Amazing service, dedication, empathy & professionalism from going out of their way to get you an appointment to calling back after receiving an email and following up on each issue ensuring there are no loose ends and you the patient feels important and nurtured when you need it most. I've found my go-to-place!

Doctors are profosional and they got great experiance.

but this hospital has a phisical therapy section which is the worst place if you want to do a Phiscal Therapy. its my first time and the last to this place.

Unbelievable service. On two different random occasions, I called and followed the voice menu. So I pressed 1 for Arabic, the Arabic menu finally got me to a non-Arabic speaking person.
If at the outset, such is the service, I wonder how the actual operation is being conducted inside.
The reason for my call to make a follow up on an appointment that i had made online and that nobody cared to call me back for confirmation. That says it all.
First impressions are the most lasting.

Specialist for my injury is great and first class service medically.
However the waiting is ridiculous!! Two appointments both over 45mins late when actually seen. Pharmacy took over 30mins to get prescription

Even tho its got good reputation, the appointment system is MASS.

The reception lady called me the doctor wants to cancel my appointment. I emailed my doctor and checked why he needs to cancel my appointment. The doctor said he has no idea and he has not cancelled my appointment.

I guess the reception lady lied to me just to cancle my booking and put another priority.

I couldnt believe what they ve done. Lack of care, lack of honesty!!

Very poor experience with appointment system.Have called almost 5 times per day over a week regarding ortho appointment ,each call lasting almost 4 minutes and the operator finally says there will be a call back .
Finally one call back when I was busy and inspire of calling more than 5 times the operator could not connect me to the ortho opd which did not pick the phone .

I had bad experience with a doctor and the reception and really bad at managing appointments i filed a complaint but no actions were made.

A good hospital in terms of health care, but I had a bad experience for my mother after taking the x-rays. They did not contact us until we were informed of the results of the examination, especially when our visit was at the beginning of the hospital opening. There was no interest on their part after taking the X-rays or news about it if she needed a physical treatment or a change of medication

The hospital is good, but there is a significant delay in dispensing medications, which average an hour

They don t pick up the phone every time you call them and if you miss their call then you need to go there in person just to book an appointment

DR. William in the orthopaedic department is one of the best doctor which have a new approach of fixing injuries specially for athlete level

Everything was good except the pharmacy queue. I wait more than 55 min to take my medicine.

I have tried to book multiple times for the dental clinics , every time I call the operator then transfer to dental which take ages to answer , and then they place appointments , a tele consult in which they never call back , they did it many times and I have complained but no one cared , very very bad customer service on the phone , the only reason I kept calling is that my dentist changed his work to this hospital

Unprofessional never respected the time they gave us I show up before my appointment 15 minutes and I waited for more than 40 minutes then I took off I never even saw the doctor and they seem not to care

Unfortunately, some of the reception staff in the dental department are treated badly, especially some girls who work in the reception, so I decided to leave the hospital and look for another place

They have a problem with appointments. I contacted them twice because the doctor asked the nurse to take me an appointment at a second clinic after 4 days, and I had two weeks to contact them. I see someone from the clinic talking to me and today I called him alone asking if someone spoke to me or not !!! Zain Hospital and Doctors Zenin, but the nurses who make appointments have a problem

Good waiting area. Hundreds of parking available. All staff kind with smiles. Once I went walk-in and I only waited 15 minutes. Customer service and call center call and send text messages for appointments reminder. Very easy to take appointment from 8 morning till 10 evening which very good for whom work late. Sometimes they give far appointments due to higher patients.

A highly qualified hospital with excellent handling, excellent specialists and consultants, their appointments are far away but not in all departments.

Fatima's attention to details and very patiently understanding our needs to suggest the most appropriate specialist is evidence to her passion for work and customer experience. In my life experiemce, I have experience good customer service, but this was one of the exceptional level of care provided by Fatima.

Dr. ELHAL, in Pain Management, was able to provide the best treatment plan for my needs. I have degenerative disc disease in my cervical, thoracic and lumbar areas. Also, in December I had an anterior cervical discectomy and fusion in Singapore.
With the help of Dr. Elahl s treatment plan for my progressive condition, I am now able to live a FUNCTIONAL and more active daily lifestyle.

I was appointed to a doctor 4 months after i called them. Lack of care. Lack of respect.

I had a routine immunization there, it should have been free and covered by my insurance. But I was charged for additional 800 DHS, cause "your insurance doesn't cover all the vaccination". Next day I checked it and figured out that all HAAD-scheduled vaccination is free. So finally they returned money, but I had to go there for the refund. Of course, nobody paid me for the taxi and lost time. And no excuses from the manager, as a matter of course.
Total uncontrollable mess.

Health point has the ability to take sane, calm humans and make them angry and impatient with their complete lack of competence. Drs are amazing. Admin staff let the whole hospital down by being unable to deal with the most simple of tasks such as making an appointment. Hardly rocket science.

Best doctors around the world but unfortunately the queue of the pharmacy and the receptionist teams at 1st floor where is the shoulder DR , should be more qualified and friendly instead of her Aggressive attitude !

Three times I go to collect the medicines from the pharmacy and wait for two hours, not waiting for the appointment to come. Delay in receiving the medicines, where are the development and speed of performance, and customer satisfaction. Just words, not the first time, this situation becomes with me.

There is a great medical staff in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, who have a very good administrative staff in the UAE, in charge of bookings and others. There is a Korean team. The hospital has two branches in Dubai and in Abu Dhabi in the Zayed Sports City to go to all those who suffer from pain at this hospital for the spine

i have not visited the hospital yet but they already ate my brain. it took me 17 min to book an appointment, 17!!!
then they called to say that they booked a wrong time, so it will be 40 min earlier
on both of these steps, they send you a message
then they call again to confirm the appointment
i mean seriously, im sick of them already

Doctors are good but..
The appointment system is very bad!! I came 15 minutes earlier from my appointment.. After 40 min i had this routine check then another 10 min to see the doctor!!

Doctors and nurses treated me well. Nice facilities. Good food. Happy to take my rotator cuff surgery here. Dr. William Muriel is best for shoulder surgery.

The apparent one who entered and supported my patients without appointments was because he was two hours later and I did not see the doctor, even though I was the first one. Thanks God for every thing. God willing, this hospital will not be tested because it is excellent.

I called to take an appointment and they told me we will send your request to the appointment department and they will call you, that took 6 days just to call me and give me an appointment after more 7 days. That was for General doctor!!

UPDATE: Despite Healthpoint responding to my original review by suggesting I contact them directly via email, when I mailed them, I received no response. Not a great surprise as I suspected they wouldn't bother contacting me again. Choose another Healthcare provider - there are plenty in Abu Dhabi.

The medical care I received was excellent, no doubt about that. However, the administrative experience and contact with the hospital was a total nightmare. In the days after surgery, I had several important questions that required advice from medical professionals - not once was I successfully connected to anyone who might be able to assist with post op issues. It was truly appalling.

1 week after calling the hospital (10 times in one day to ask about medication and other issues causing discomfort), the doctor finally received my messages and called back. Not the Doctor's fault - just the fault of the incompetent hospital administration and management.

A couple of times when I called the hospital, the staff member could not understand even basic English (yes, I did select option 2 for English). I would hesitate selecting Healthpoint for your medical needs, primarily due to the shambolic management which caused a great deal of anxiety in the days following my surgery.

First I had to wait 2 month for an appointment. my appointment was t 11am. reached the hospital 20 min before my appointment to ensure that I'm not late. i managed to see the doctor at after 11:30. waiting time is a big issue in this hospital and need to be sorted asap. you will also have to wait for more than 30 min to get your medicine.

Would like to share my experience with parents of small kids. Visited today the clinic with my 2 year old daughter and the paediatric doctor advised to do the blood test for the little one. When I approached the lady at the reception (blood collection reception), I have requested to provide us with the experienced nurse, as it was for a 2 year old child. A male nurse was given to us, who didn t sanitise his hands and didn t wear gloves when started to check the hand of my child. He continued touching needles and all the equipment with no gloves on. When he inserted the needle into the skin, of course he didn t get into the vein. He started digging left, right, inside, outside of the skin with the needle, hoping by chance to catch a vein. Either the nurse should be professional and responsible of what she/he does, or should not work in this field, hoping that by chance he will get into the vein of a child. My child was crying like never before, I then asked this nurse to stop playing with the vein and take out the needle, he didn t listen and continued digging into different sides of the skin. I had to tell him 5 times to stop hurting my daughter. When I went back to the reception and asked them why did they provide us with the male nurse who doesn t know his job, lady at the reception told me that he was the best nurse they had, she also told me that a patient needs to cooperate!!!!! 2 year old cooperate on what???? We have been to Seha clinic and nurses could get into the vein from first try. But today s experience was the worst ever, not only nurse knew nothing about his job, but also continued hurting my child after I told him to stop.
Otherwise, clinic has very very good doctors, myself had good experience with all the doctors that I have visited, would give all of the 5 stars. But my rating is 1 star because of the inhuman experience that we went through today with the nurse, needless to say that no apologies we given by anyone after all that we have experienced today. Clinic like this should have experienced nurses who know how to work with the little ones

Appointments for the doctors to walk, two weeks are rough and they are, and 3 doctors, each one referring to the second and the case is urgent, and the last thing the doctor will tell you. The date is the spring year 2021 ..

Neither a spine doctor has an appointment or is able to see the situation.

The hospital administration, please, review the patient s capacity, and whether the doctors are sufficient to cover the auditors or not ...
