after waiting for my appointment for 1 month, they...

after waiting for my appointment for 1 month, they called me 3 times before to make sure I would attend appointment on time so I arrived 15 minutes early and was only seen by doctor 40 minutes after appointment time. Dr didn't even tell me name of medicines or anything, just directed me to pharmacy where they explained what I needed.... Disappointed
