Really good experience, plenty of different cyder to taste and amazing selection to buy. Food at the restaurant was tasty for a good price. Did however book online for a tour that they didn t do but this covered the entry fee and a free pint each. Couple other things like a tractor rider and gin tasting came at an extra fee that we didn t feel like we needed to do.

I used to visit healeys as a child with my family! After losing my mum 2 weeks ago, I decided cornwall was a place I needed to relive the memories I had with my mum and dad with my children, and healeys didnt disappoint! Its somehow kept the old memories alive but now appears modern and up to date, we spent 3 hours here! Ordering food from the table etc was so easy and plenty of hand sanitising stations, masks to be worn inside which is expected in the current climate but a great day for us and the little ones

Fantastic day out, plenty of cider flowing and brilliant adaptations due to the covid outbreak. Dogs are allowed, so they joined us throughout the tour. Cider tasting was lovely, free pint with the tickets went down nicely too, and loved all the information about the old ways of processing cider.
Well worth a visit whilst in cornwall.

More friendly staff. I love their apple juice and jams. Their Cyder, wine and apple brandy are delicious. I bought lots of items and the staff carried it all to the car. It's was raining hard, so the animals were inside, so we only saw a few. The restaurant do the nicest baguettes and are generous portions. I particularly liked the new apple and rhubarb juice. I bought a crate of this abd a crate of apple juice, I love it so much. Great products and great people.

Such a good experience for such little coat. I would easily pay double for the experience and nice atmosphere.

Cider tasting was nice and was lovely to have a cream tea with the animals locally

Had a great time here and my husband and i do not drink cider / cyder ! They do other items, jams, chutney, apple juice etc. Very good cafe, service a little slow when placing an order but the food was cooked fresh.

Great CyderFarm to visit, lots to see and do. The various types of tours are very reasonably priced! The appearance is great, cleanliness is excellent.

Not sure I would recommend the burger in their restaurant though as it arrived rare...basically pink and raw within...so not edible...and blood juices ran out onto my burger bun base...not pleasant!

Other than that, great to visit. Cyders and wines are delicious and I would strongly recommend the sweet chilli rattler sauce! Yum!

Enjoyed a few hours here. Was interesting to see the production process and to sample the range of cider. Lots of cider, gin and souvenirs for sale in the well stocked shop to take home. Good visit for a rainy day.

We have been to Healeys cyder farm before on previous hoildays so we knew what to expect. We planned an afternoon trip today to go to the farm have a cream tea and have a walk around. We then would have visted the shop bought some items More

I have to say we are disgusted with healey's this year.

We have been coming to the farm for many, many years and have supported them each time we come to the area watching them grow in size.

We have always had lunch in the farm, watched the animals and bought lots of products despite the fact you can get them cheaper in the shops.

And the final insult to then try and blame covid as a reason to charge a high entrance fee is just profiteering.

Sadly we will never be returning.....

Chose the full tour which was excellent then went to the restaurant who were clearly suffering from severe staff shortages and leadership issues front of house. Waited 45 minutes before getting served!! Which is not acceptable. Arrived for the tractor ride to find one had broken down. It was explained that they are old tractors and they do break down. Err get a newer more reliable one? Just a thought. Last port of call was the shop and again virtually no staff and many dozens of customers needing to be served. At this point I walked out feeling very let down. Definitely won't be visiting again.

Brilliant place. Me and my boyfriend done the classic tour. Well worth the money. The tasters were lovely. Amazing place for grownups but kids might find it boring. Was very nice to learn about the history of how cider was made and how it's changed. Couldn't fault it really. Was really worth the time and money. Great place.

Great place to visit, have been going for the last 20 years. Not been this year yet due to Covid but have ordered on line. Just 2 questions will the entry charge stay and why is the Scrumpy Apple Chutney not on the preserve list.

We have a great time at Healey's Farm, the cyder experience was fantastic and it was all down to Dave our cyder tour guide who did a fantastic job of teaching us about the different types of cyder. I personally thought I didn't like cyder but Dave has changed my view forever!!!

Would recommend to anyone!

It is not hard for me to award five stars here. Sufficient parking spaces are available here. Already at the first step into the visitor center we were positively impressed. You do not pay an entrance fee like in other sights. Much of this can be experienced free of charge. Also that our dog accompanied us was not a problem for anyone. The cider is just great. The various flavors offered alongside the regular cider are also a taste sensation. Again we were surprised that you could try several varieties for free. The staff was really very friendly and accommodating and despite the time taken to explain the benefits of the different varieties. We got us ready for home. I can only recommend the spicy barbecue sauce. Unfortunately, she is already empty.

Cyder was lovely but a little on the pricey side! The tractor ride was extremely short and lasted all of 5 minutes! The food table service was shocking ordered 4 creams teas which took 35mins to serve! I understand there is new restrictions in place however they do not seem dialled in compared to other places we've visited

We did the full guided tour it was worth every penny!! Our tour guide was Steve who was friendly, informative and very knowledgeable, he was very funny. The cream teas were beautiful. To finish our brilliant say here we had some more rating of jams, ciders and fruit juice.

I give this place a bed review purely on principle. The fact that you can buy Rattler cheaper at the supermarket rather than the actual place it's made is madness!!! When you raise this with staff, the answer is: "well someone else will buy it"

A beautiful place to visit. Free tasters of Healey's cider, soft drinks, jams and sauces. An amazing cream tea from the cafe. Friendly, informative staff. Farm animal and petting zoo, which is great for kids. Free admission, guided tour is extra.

Had a wonderful day at Healeys Cyder Farm. Did the full guided tour which was excellent value for money. Our tour guide, Abby, made the experience so very interesting, she's a delightful young lady. The tasting was very enjoyable and free. Afterwards we browsed around the farm animals, had a meal in Cafe and bought gifts for family and ourselves in the Shop. Thank you Healey's for a wonderful day and your exceptional staff.

I paid 30 pounds to get in, wasn't intentending to stay all day. Last week it was apparently 15 to get in, so that was a surprise. The place was super busy. But worst of all the food ordering app was not working properly so my family and many others were waiting 1.5 hours+ for our orders. After asking a few times and nothing being done about it, we got an apology and a free drink, I understand times are different but a member of staff coming over and explaining they'd lost lots of orders and would resolve it ASAP would have been appreciated.. But there was nothing until the last 20 mins of our wait when we were told we could get a drink. Really disappointed waste of 30 pounds, just wanted to see the animals an get a nice lunch.

Restaurants food a big let down items missing when I enquired they ran out but left it on the board. Also forgot grandsons toast all after waiting 40mins . Also we were told jam kitchen opened at 10am still not open at 11.30am,also a very LGE sow with a very bad limp . Will not return

My daughter took her 3stepchildren today 2 of whom are disabled and in wheelchairs, firstly no disabled parking, they have to be fed by tube so my daughter did this and naturally gave the other child some lunch,as didn't want him to feel left out, she was then told this wasn't allowed as no food not bought on site, unless from cafe, i just feel under the circumstances they could of let the little mite have his lunch with his brother and sister, its hard enough looking after 3children let alone 2 in wheelchairs, very disappointed and saddened by the lady who dealt with this!.

Really great afternoon out. Our tour guide Stacey couldn't have been any better. There is so much to see and so many interesting nuggets of information.

Disabled access throughout! Even on the farm tractor ride where they have a ramp. Check pics out for this. There where slopes everywhere and quite a few disabled bays in the car park.

Coach groups are welcome with several coach bays to one side of the car park although I hope you like tight spaces as getting in is a bit of a squeeze for a triaxal.

DOGS CAN GO EVERYWHERE!!! Well except one place, that's the jam making building. But otherwise they are welcome along. We took our two huskies on the tour and they loved it.

Very disappointed on our visit today, went there some years ago and would have rated excellent then, but now I feel it is a total rip off everything is charged for tractor ride disappointing paid to see bottle production and it wasn't running, won't be going back and won't recommend.

I felt very disappointed today , we came along as we do every year to stock up with Cyder and go to the tea room I understand that it was going to be a little different this year because of COVID but to find we couldn t go into the normal shop or the tea room with out paying to go in was so disappointing! We didn t want a tour as we go every year! We were told there is a small shop at the entrance so we asked what about the tea room and was told we had to pay to go in there ! Who pays to just go into a tea room? I ve given a 1 star I ve always loved going to healey s farm before and have done so for a lot of years now I would have given it 5 stars and more before this year!!

Good fun couple hours out.

Good fun couple hours out.

Plus free cider and jam tasting is a massive win.

Bought a lovely Ltd edition Cornish cider matured in whisky barrels.

Recommend visiting.

A charge for entry has now been introduced reason given :- Covid 19. What a terrible excuse........ . You can no longer enter the yard for shop/restaurant. We drove in and drove out as we wanted to eat in the restaurant as we have on numerous occasions over many years and purchased from the shop in the court yard grounds as they had more choice then the shop at the entry/exit site, they lost our custom surely this is not good business sense. What a shame for Cornwall..........

Well worth a visit for all the family and don't forget to stock up on the Rattler cider. Take a tractor ride around the orchards , visit the farm animals or watch the production of cider and jams, whilst Mum has a cream tea.

Brilliant day out for family . Staff were friendly and very helpful . One of our family members is disabled and staff fussed over them making them feel special which was nice . Cream teas were to die for and large portions of jam and cream which Scotty our cat appreciated very much .
Our tour guide Kensa took the time to allow wheelchair users and those with pushchairs to catch up and was helpful if you needed reminding of what you'd tasted previously .
We highly recommend a visit as we're certain you'll find a few drinks to your taste as our cat enjoyed them all and wanted more .
