I am a local person l live near to the cyder farm and use it regularly we always have a cream tea, and scones are warmed, not always fresh but nice, today, 21-7-20 we went again, again had a cream tea but what a disappointment the scones were very stale even warmed we could not eat them they were too hard !! We did not complain because we are local and we didn t want to cause a scene there were a lot of holiday makers on site. You are letting yourselves down by serving stale scones !! Please do as my wife does.... when she bake scones, and we don t eat them all, she stores them in trusty Tupperware containers, and they are still soft and edable after 4or 5 days, so come on Healey s step up to the mark and redeem yourselves !!! Stupid phone!!! Cyder Farm !!! We know Cornish spell cider different !!!

It's a good day out with interesting tours available, however if you're expecting to find a good deal on the cyder (as it's made there) you'll be disappointed. The good old days of legless and smiling seem to have been replaced with greed and unfortunately, you can find their products cheaper in local supermarkets.

it's nothing special. It's a small cider maker and distillery. They provide a brief tour around the facilities, which was quite interesting but nothing special. The tractor tour around the orchard took took about 15 minutes top, with taped narration from at least three years ago. To top it off, the cider itself wasn't to our taste and rather expensive.

The jams made on site were good.

This seems to have improved a lot in the last couple of years. The farm animals are now penned much better, and one of the old buildings has been converted into a modern restaurant. I had one of the best cream teas I have ever had. On this occasion I did not go on a tour of the factory as I remember being a bit disappointed last time.

Just went to collect an online order today. Also bought some cider in the shop. Will definitely be going back after lockdown for a day out. Will get annual pass for same price as day ticket so we can take relatives there when they visit in the summer

Excellent place to visit. Well worth the price paid for the full guided tour. Cider tasting free of charge but a little pricey for the cider cases or bottles. Would definitely recommend and definitely go back again. Very much enjoyed by us.

Been coming here 21 years for my scrumpy when on holiday spent 300 pounds on way home last year including a 100 pound bottle of brandy as much as I love the place I protest and object to paying 10 pounds per person 3 of us to come into your shop and tea room so you will not be seeing me again until this changes

As a pop-in when you are going past Perranporth you can t go wrong with Healey's Cornish Cyder Farm.

You can see the manufacturing process, sample many Jams, Chutneys, Ciders and Sprits and of course buy them from the well-stocked shop

The farm tour may make you spend more than you expected but that s up to you the prices are clearly marked. Kids won t be occupied for long here - personally I was good for about an hour before wanting to get back on the road.

Fantastic, even though it rained all day, I'm so glad we went. Takes you through the years of how cider has been made. The staff were very attentive and pleased to offer information. Give it a go.

Fantastic place to visit, not just for cider lovers, beautifully kept and well looked after, so many gorgeous tasters to try, highly recommend coming here. We went twice during our last trip to Cornwall and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed it. Amazing food here too - the burgers are unbeatable Salad dressing is amazing, plus all the jams and chutney tasting

Come here every year, fantastic developments and even better with the new restaurant, always something new to experience. We ate in the restaurant and the food was really nice, very good service and the selection of ciders, jams, chutneys, wines, cordials and general merchandise is second to none. Always worth a visit and as a driver there is still plenty for me to see and try, so don't be put off as they offer more than just cider, you can always get this from the shop for a non driving day!

This place has changed so much over the last few years, much more commercialised now.

Food prices were on a par with other touristy places - staff were polite and friendly.

A big plus is that you can sample the local brew, aka Rattler Cider, and there was no compulsion to buy afterwards.

Some farm animals for you to see, keeps the young kids happy.

Had a brilliant time, my wife is disabled and it was quite easy to get around. It's all changed in the past couple of years, but to the better, I would say. Food good, friendly staff.

Didn't realise you had to book to look round, the only thing to look at on a spur of the moment visit is the shop which is half the size it used to be .Cheaper to buy cyder in your supermarket . Disappointing.

The whole day was fantastic we thoroughly enjoyed it. However the restaurant loses a star. The customer service was terrible and we were left waiting 40 minutes for scones when it wasn't busy. We had witnessed 2 members of staff just completely ignore another customer wanting to order. Other than the restaurant we enjoyed ourselves

Great morning out with a young family. The setting is great, the animals are fun and the tractor ride was Brill! You have to try the jams and chutneys too, all the food and drink is excellent.

We have been here a few times now, and each time there is a bit more to see and do. There are now various tours on offer of the new bottling plant, as well as the old farm buildings containing the shop, restaurant and animals. We went for the unguided tour, but as we were the only ones there, one of the staff took the time to chat to us and give us some samples of apple juice to blend.

What s great visit and tour from Scotty! Made it really entertaining, particularly the tasting which Lightweight Linda and friends really enjoyed. Great value for money, now where s the shop?!

Thoroughly enjoyed looking around. I was very upset by the animal farm, the rabbit hutch was in a filthy state and didn t provide adequate space for the rabbit. Also the enclosure for the ferret was not enough space and dirty. Did purchase some lovely elderflower wine but due to the animal would not go again.

We come here every year whilst on holiday to take our children to see the animals. Because this used to be free I would spend money in the shop buying a bottle of brandy for xmas, wines, apple juices and jams. This time I also brought my More

We had gone to Healey's Cyder Farm today and were totally blown away by our incredible tour guide Christian. We had thoroughly enjoyed our experience as it was second to none. Our tour guide was phenomenal, because of this we would highly recommend Healeys farm and can only but hope anyone whom visits has the experience we had. During our tour we were filled with a tremendous amount of information, Christian answered all our questions and continued with such enthusiasm, complete asset to the company. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience! We hope to return on our next family holiday!

Ok for a visit but has now been spoilt by commercialism, vastly over priced and nearly all products can be found far cheaper in local supermarkets. What was once a nice quaint cyder farm has now become all about extracting the maximum money from the tourist.

Really enjoyed the afternoon here. Opportunity to taste and buy a selection of ciders and soft drinks as well as jams, chutneys and sauces. The Cornish cream tea was amazing. The children liked seeing the animals. Staff both friendly and knowledgeable .Recommended.

Well organised for social distancing. Ordering food/drinks at the cafe was easy using the QR code on the tables in the courtyard. Warm and friendly welcome by all the staff and the animals a ever were looking happy and healthy. Lovely way to pass a couple of hours.

Stopped through here on the way back to London from St Ives. Really enjoyed the free cider tasting and how well organised and well run things were. It was a little quiet when we went (a Monday) but I guess things are much more lively on the weekend. Well worth a visit

We did enjoy our visit at first, the tour around the factory was interesting, and the cider sampling was very enjoyable - the girl serving was very friendly and explained the different ciders well.

The trip turned somewhat sour when we visited the animals; two peacocks for sale in a tiny cage; a huge horse in a small pen with barely any room to move around or to get away from visitors to the farm if he wanted to, and a goat all alone in a fenced off piece of grass, tied by a rope to a peg in the middle of the ground. He only had a few feet around him to walk, and the rope was getting tangled around his legs. My partner and I commented that with a better fence he wouldn't have needed the rope around his neck. He stood on the rope at one point and nearly throttled himself. Another visitor to the farm also looked upset by this, and I overheard him make the same comment about the fence. It was rather upsetting to see the animals looking so downhearted!

The floor was also very uneven, and two separate elderly ladies had fallen over and hurt their faces. There were signs indicating that the floor was uneven, however some repairs could have fixed this issue.
