Overcharged, inadequate place for a so called family day out. The tractor ride is stupidly expensive for a trip down a lane and a pre recoreded message played, dirty fumes off a tractor as old as the dinosaurs (maybe upgrade the exhaust so your paying customers are not breathing in the diesel fumes! Animals looked depressed and all in all an unorganized place run by kids. Wouldn't recommend.

We love coming here every time we come down to Newquay on holiday. We love the tour and have done it many times. Always go home with a case of scrumpy and strawberry wine! The trio sharer cream tea is absolutely amazing, so delicious and filling!!

I have given this establishment one star because it is not possible to give minus 5! We visited in December 2017 and had the most unacceptable cream tea ever - dry scones re-heated in a microwave, and thrown at us in a basket, a cup of More

Lovely place to go visit both for adults and children, multiple tours available at reasonable prices. Get a good view of how the cider they make is brewed. Stop of finally at the tasting bar and shop, so much on offer, shame some of the drinks are cheaper in a super market but theres more on offer here from thier range. Staff are really friendly and helpful and your welcome to taste many of thier different products which is great! Recommended attraction to visit for sure.

Waste of money.

Waste of money.

Tractor ride was a five minute bumpy ride through the orchards, where you can see some trees.

The tour was basically a viewing platform over the warehouse, you can see pallets and a van loading stuff. Then the tour goes on to the bottling line, where we could see the machines which weren't operating, apparently they were working a month ago.

We revisited the cider farm today, our 1st nisit being in 2013, really disappointed!! We revised the web page and decided on the peter rabbit afternoon tea for our 7 year old daughter, only to be told ( after over an hours drive there)they weren't offering this at the price advertised by an extremely busy rather blunt member of staff.
We did the tasting while there, and the the young girl was very informative about the products and really friendly as was the young man on checkout!! We didn't notice their name but Thank YOU for that.
We ate in the restraunt which was a bit of a muddled service.
A visit we were really looking forward to, turned in to a slight disappointment!!

Have been going here for years. Always spend a lot of money in the restaurant and copious amounts in the shops for presents and personal consumption.

I'm afraid you've lost my loyal custom. Perhaps the supermarkets will appreciate my purchase more, than trying to keep local businesses alive.
Shame on you Healeys.....

Fun day out. Not too much to do, but a good little museum, tasting opportunity, and there are some very cute farm animals that our daughter liked. The food is fairly priced and affordable too, and very nice. And, of course, you can pull your own pint, which is always fun.

We visited Thursday, March 12th and did the Brewing experience tour, Lauryn was our guide, she was very knowledgeable , professional and friendly making the tour excellent. There is such a lot to see, to taste and sample.Excellent facilities too and an amazing restaurant with a lovely choice of food and of course the ciders to sample, many on tap....oooh I nearly forgot, the lovely jams, chutneys and ciders along with other items to purchase from the Healeys shop.

The new furnishings and layout are impressive, but feel more commercial and formal than the country farm experience of the past and more geared towards emptying your wallet than providing a privileged experience. Disappointed that the More

This is a great day out for the grown ups and you can bring the kids too. LOL. I think we were here for the best part of the day and it was a fantastic day. When you get summer sun in Cornwall there's nothing greater. A scorcher day followed by a trip around this wonderful cider farm couldnt have been more well planned. Great tour, informative and fun throughout and the best bit has to be said the tasting at the end! Who doesn't want to sample in the delights of Cornish cider! Great value for money and something different for your holiday. We loved it.

It was very interesting but there was a storm and it was raining hard and this unfortunately made it a very wet experience as you had to go in and out of rooms that were off a courtyard. The free pint was very nice and the cream tea we bought was delicious. One cream tea was big enough for two people with two large scones, jam and cornish clotted cream with a pot of tea. We did buy several bottles of the rattler flavoured cider, which is very nice. Would go again but maybe when its drier.

Nice to walk around, but would be so much better if they read up on animal care. So many of their animals they keep could be so much happier with just small adjustments. The museum is interesting though

Great day out at Healey's cyder farm. Really enjoyed the free samples, farm animals and a great tour from Charlotte. Will definitely visit again and would recommend to anyone interested in cider and brewing. Thank you!

Cider drinkers heaven! Wide variety of delicious ciders, jams, chutneys & fruit juices available to sample and buy. Prices slightly higher than some supermarkets but wider variety of products available here.

Tearoom and tours are available. Some farm animals also on site.

Today we tried to visit healeys but upon arrival we were informed that there is now an entry fee! All the 2020 flyers and cornwall visitor guides for 2020 clearly state "free entry".

Fair enough introduce an entry fee ready for the 2021 season ensuring all marketing materials have been updated but not whilst current advertising information is still in tourist attractions and service stations. Alternatively, send an employee to major attractions to collect your own personal flyers at least!
I picked up 3 different booklets yesterday alone.
We left without the kids having a tractor ride or seeing the animals which is all we wanted to do.
Such a shame and wasted journey!

Very slow service in restaurant. Food awful! Advise you to eat elsewhere before visiting. Jam making in progress but no one present to explain. Appear to only be interested in coach visitors. Not enough provision made for tasting. Understaffed and overall, not in the least impressed. There are better tourist options.

Fantastic time was had by all. Wonderful service, especially the lovely young lady Alicia on reception. Great tour and great value. We will be partaking in their produce again later on tonight

Been here a few times before yet first time reviewing. Absolutely fantastic experience wandering through the site, browsing their products and sampling cider and jams! On our visit we spent an easy hour, having a nice chat with the people making Jam, and then wandering about, heading into their shop. A must do if you're in the area!

Visited in October 2019 and forgot to review. Really informative day. Learned lots about Cider making on the tour and even got to try some of their products. Well presented and courteous tour guide who knew what she was talking about. Wonderful gift shop and very reasonably priced. Will definitely make a return journey when we can.

We had Sunday lunch at Healey's and found the experience outstanding. The food was fabulous, indeed far better than we could have expected. The level of customer service was tremendous, far better than one would expect from a provincial tourist attraction. Very well done Katie, Marley and the restaurant team; you are a credit to the Healey's brand and fully deserve to be recognised as such. A great Easter Sunday, made all the better by visiting Healey's Cider Farm.

Dog friendly and far bigger than I expected but the restaurant closes very early 4pm for cooked food ... its a pity they don't advertise this restriction on their website as I personally would bother coming here without being able to get cooked food ....

Great place for a cider lover, unfortunately its not connected to many public transport links so you can't make full use of the visit without a designated driver.

The tour is a little costly but the pint prices make up for it.

Was told we weren't allowed a sample at the bar, despite being told at the entrance we could.
Had food in the restaurant, found hair in my food. Scones were floury and dry, pasties which were being kept warm behind the counter took 17mins to get to us and they were bearly luke warm.
Birds flying around the entire restaurant, which has an open kitchen.
By far the worse experience of eating out since we arrived in Cornwall!
After complaining we were allowed to try the cider, one of the pasties were refunded and my scone was replaced.

Enjoyed the tractor ride and seeing the animals. Our 2 kids are too young to tolerate the self guided tour sadly, but we've been on the guided tour in the past and it was fab. Always make sure we stop here to stock up when we're in Cornwall.

Our third visit but not our last! Brilliant gin tour with Billie our tour guide. She was very
informative regarding the background
of the smooth Apple gin range. Peach gin was the best! Lots to see and sample. All very covid aware throughout the venue. Friendly staff as usual. A good day out.

Working cyder farm with farm shop, restaurant and plenty of cider! Worth a visit, even if you don't do one of the tours, tractor rides or paid for elements. Just pop in, sample a few ciders and take some away to enjoy. Make sure you've room in the car!
