Have always loved this place. This weekend was special to me and the staff bent over backwards to make it perfect. Karan who has been there 20 years was so accommodating with getting me the perfect suite.

Cigarette burns on the desk/shelf - which is also entirely water damaged. Mold coming from the AC unit. Three of three blinds in the room don t work. The walls are yellowed and the wallpaper is peeling and stained. The headboard is ripped stained and flaking onto the bed. Absolutely zero updates this century. DISGUSTING.
Any four or five star ratings given to this hotel were given by paid employees of the Hyatt company.

A pretty good stay in Hyatt, this time I have a friendly staff to help for check in. Room is ok, clean but the chair and headboard is really need a update.
And I think they need staff for house keeping who does speak some English for customer better experience

I visited the AMC movie theater that is connected. While walking through the hotel it looked very clean and welcoming.

I stayed one night at the Hyatt Regency Morristown New Jersey while on a road trip. The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and up-to-date. Would definitely recommend.

I was there for dinner and drinks and had a great time.

Nice room, convenient location, great facilities and friendly staff. Plus, it's the only place in Morristown from where you can't see the hideous Hyatt building.

I stayed here for two nights during Labor Day weekend. If you want to live by the airport, this hotel is very convenient. There is a free shuttle bus to see the hotel from the airport, but walking across the parking lot is even faster than waiting for a shuttle. The hotel staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and easygoing. If you have just flown from Newark or are about to fly over, this location is perfect and you can take the bus.

Nice hotel in a cute foodie town. Here for business but would have willingly stayed an extra day to explore the area. Room was decent size and clean.

The hotel is very strategically located.. you can go shopping without wasting any time , some of the good stores and restaurants are nearby..

Good time at New Jersey Jazz Society Annual Pee Wee Stomp Memorial Event, Hotel was clean, very spacious and hotel personnel we encountered we're very friendly and helpful. Lots of room in lobby and ballroom areas.

We were in town for Derpycon. We had a suite room and our couch had stains on the cushions. Food was decent but over priced for what it was. Overall ok stay. Felt worse than last year, though.

Parked in underground parking garage to see a movie at the theater next door. When I can back, my car was damaged (hit & run) there are NO cameras in the parking area. Be weary where you choose to park

Rooms were nice and clean, staff was kind and helpful. There were no trash cans in the lobby and staff didn't come through to clean up as often as one would hope. Disappointed after spending that much for a room that parking wasn't included, hotel should not be charging guests $15 a night on top of the room.

Excellent service, helped me park my towed trailer, very clean rooms, delicious food. I'd definitely stay here again.

We often eat at the restaurants in and around the Hyatt Regency Morristown. The location of this hotel is very convenient too many of the offices and hospitals in the area. The parking is easy to access and the parking garage has an area dedicated just for the Hyatt.

This is only recently a Rengency. I have stayed more than a dozen times and over 40 nights. The location is the shining attribute. Its totally walkable to downtown Morristown where there are innumerable bars and restaurants for all types. Patti & Nancy are the hotel bartenders and both are wonderful, particularly to regulars. They remember me every time I visit. Bruce, who runs breakfast has more energy than the energizer bunny. The rest of the staff is just ok.

The Hyatt is attached to a great gym - ask for Hesse for personal training while you're in town. There's also a movie theatre and a few restaurants. I don't recommend any, however the qube lounge mixes the most delicious custom cocktails. They aren't cheap and don't expect anyone else to be there.

The rooms at the Hyatt are nice but lacking for a business traveler (not enough charging stations, there's an a.c. unit/vent in the middle of the desk space. But overall...They are nice and clean.

Love this hotel. Nice rooms, close to restaurants and bars. The rooms can get a little noisy from the street traffic and garbage trucks but the hotel provides a sounds machine which drowns out any noise. There's a full gym and movie theatre attached to the hotel. Very convenient location.

There for an event, room was not well ventilated and very warm, otherwise good venue

Clean, nice. Rough time with parking and interior space. We went for an event and there was very little room to maneuver.

Came in to hang at the hotel bar with friends after a wedding. Rather small but plenty of seating area for us to use.

Loved how it was connected to other buildings/restaurants/and theaters underground

Love the parking deck for visiting Morristown, it's super convenient and reasonably priced.

The restaurant I went to, Ming II, was excellent. Just like the hotel itself, it was very well lit, had amazing atmosphere, and fantastic service.

Service at the bar was pretty pathetic. We sat down and the female bartender said "I'll be with you when I can." Another couple came in 5 minutes later and sat beside us and the same bartender came over and got their drinks while we still didn't have ours. When we got her attention she said "She is going to help you next." - as she motioned to the other bartender. The "other" bartender was busy helping another couple that came in AFTER the second couple. Poor service, poor attitudes and just not the right kind of people to have working there. However, the wings were good.

Very old and outdated. Unlike any other Hyatt Regency I ve ever visited. The mini-fridge was tiny, no microwave, and it looks like the place hasn t been updated since the 1970s. The location is decent, but I found the staff very average. Not unfriendly, but not friendly either. Too expensive for what you get.

I just called to try and get reservations and the reservations receptionist was just awful-- very rude! I'm glad I'm not staying there.

The hotel was very clean during my stay. The workers were polite but one downside WAD their timing. We would ask them for a vacuum (we were having children in a certain room making a mess) and they wouldn't bring it at all. Same thing with the temperature of the room. It would either be too cold or too hot.

The rooms are very large. And the hotel is in a good location with places to eat.

Nice hotel right at the middle of bars, pubs and shops

Experience at the hotel itself was fine. I was attending an even there so I didn't use too much of the facility, staff was frienly and helpful. However the parking garage and navigating the building is always so confusing. I live in the area and go to Headquarters Plaza a few times a year - the Hyatt shares a building with other businesses and restaurants. Getting around in the parking garage is always a nightmare. It is so confusing with so many intersections within the levels and East and west towers. I try to avoid it when I can. I hope guests of the hotel receive instructions

Bed covers stained with wine drop. No armchair. Desk chair worn and torn. Sink and bathtub do not drain water rapidly leaving them full with water. Disgusting.

The rooms are ok, no major issues, but kind of old and worn down. The gym and pool are not in the hotel but are outside of it in a separate facility that allows guests from the hotel to use it free of charge, a bit inconvenient. You also have to pay an extra $15 night for parking. For $250+ each night you would expect it to be included and the rooms to be in better shape. Also very noisy area and the wifi works intermittently and it's very slow even when using the one offered for meetings.

Nicely kept hotel and rooms. Underwhelmed by the restaurant and bar. Front desk agents were a mix of very good and poor customer service. Bed was hard as a rock. Luckily for Hyatt, the surrounding area is great.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms were more modern than most hotels. The staff was extremely helpful with everything.

Awesome, big rooms with great amenities and services. Breakfast buffet is a little pricey but delicious!

The beds are doubles and incredibly small for regular sized adults. The only other options were king beds or a pullout couch. The floor in our room was soaked due to a clogged drain on the air conditioning unit.

The location is near the Central square Park. The hotel has a restaurant and a coffee shop, along with many large meeting and conference rooms.

Excellent service at the front desk. Very good service in the restaurant. And responsive to customer concerns overall.

The Hyatt in Morristown is a very nice, well run hotel. The convention space is huge, and can host well over 2,000 people. Plenty for rooms for meeting and convention space. If visiting the hotel for a convention, they will validate parking (which can run up to 20+ a day). The hotel has many great restaurants within walking distance, so if you are a foodie, you've got a lot to choose from. Will definitely return for a future convention

Went to the movie theater at the hotel. Good experience, though cleanliness could improve.

The room was spacious but the furniture was a bit dated. I would have been fine with swapping some of the room size for a larger bathroom and it would have been nice to have blackout shades in the room. I was a bit surprised to find out parking was $16 a night - thankfully we were only staying one night. The bed was comfortable and the location is good.

I stayed a couple nights here for a work conference. While the room was nice, the AC/heater was loud. When it came on in the middle of the night, it made so much noise. The carpet had a lump in it (needs to be stretched out and tightened) and I tripped over it once or twice. The toiletries provided were good. There was the usual shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, and liquid soap as well as q-tips, cotton balls, and nail polish remover wipes. There is a bar in the lobby. It also connects to an AMC theater so you don't have to go outside to get there.

Quiet time at the bar over the weekend. Reasonable priced drinks and good spot near all the activities of Morristown.

Hyatt Regency in NJ is a great place to live, and it is very convenient for meetings and professional businesses because it is an all inclusive meeting-hotel. Hope everyone else enjoys it!

It was very confusing going from the parking garage to the Hyatt

It's a nice hotel. We chose this hotel so that we could take our 5 year old daughter swimming. When we got up and ready to go to the pool they told us you have to be a min of 16. We were not told this last night when we checked in and explained to the agent when we checked in and they did not advise us of the policy. now I have a crying daughter because she can't swim and I have to check out and now check into another hotel. It will be a Marriott property. Customer service manager could not even arrange for us to take her to a near by Hyatt hotel to swim. I would strongly advise not to stay at this ot any Hyatt property as they obviously do not care about their customers or guests. Hopefully someone will benefit from reading this review. This is not a customer focused company at all. Save yourself the heartache and stay at a Marriott hotel . You will ok only be disappointed by the hyatt property. .

Nice and conveniently located near many restaurants

It's quite big and too spread out, looks like a deserted shopping mall. Kind of depressing.

Went to an event here. Ballroom was clean with attentive wait staff. Food was as expected - good but not great. There was a call bar - bartender did a good job. Most people switched to the bar in the lobby as there prices were so much less. They could manage the synergies and pricing better to improve the correct experience.

Overall, I was happy with the way they handles the event.

Very confusing. Don't forget where you park Because you will be more confused.

Weird to not clean rooms for overnight guests. Lobby smells like bad cologne. Otherwise just fine.

Lovely hotel. Comfortable bed and nice bath. Could use some updating and maintenance on tub, otherwise a very nice room and good hospitality.
