Great location, room is like a holiday very very outdated. The AC smelled of fumes so we had to turn it off. I returned to No housekeeping and don t return after 10pm and park in the garage Without your comfortable shoes you will have to walk up a hill around to the front to get i.

Went to eat lunch but lunch service closed, as in not taking orders at 230 even though lunch officially closes at 3. I think if they have patrons willing to pay why not just take them. Anyways the hotel is located near center square and they validate your parking ticket if you come to eat which is nice.

Have been staying at this hotel for a couple of years as a con attendee (Derpycon). I have no complaints! The hotel staff are always friendly and make the parking tickets easy to get in and out. Rooms are large and clean! Its a smaller hotel overall and its connected to a government building and restaurant but you barely notice it. Also, an AMC movie theatre is in the hotel! I'll say the parking garage is a hot mess though. It's hard to find parking spots and the garage is always damp and covered in large puddles. But I do dig this hotel.

As a site for a convention, the Hyatt is a pretty excellent location. With friendly staff, stylish decor, easy access from major highways, and consistently good eateries both within and just outside the hotel, it's perfect for convention functions.

Best hotel i lived in years...it gets 5 stars from me for having a very clean room and view all for a great affordable price 100 dollars online for the night...youll love it...early check in is $25 but they have a room ready for you...just like a 5 star hotel with swimming pool next building and gym etc. Great view on the inside of the building and very professional and friendly staffs. Thank you.

I feel like this hotel is aging, and not particularly well. There's just a lot of little 'glitches' that are hard to get over; like the bill acceptors not working particularly well on the soda machines, or the weird whistling noise you hear rushing through the HVAC system.

Also, the bar food was undercooked and overpriced.

If you attend a convention here and your costume uses a mask or facial prosthetics, you also will be harassed by security. So there's that.

This Regency is great, clean rooms with cable, continental breakfast, the staff is very kind and helpful with suggestions for restaurants to eat. Upon entering our room we were greeted with well made beds with fresh sheets and the bathroom was stocked with more towels than I've ever seen before. They had free coffee and juice at all hours, and late check-out if one desires.c

I travel frequently to events in hotels with my volunteer group, and this place has swept me off my feet!
Right when you walk up, you can tell it's a cut above the rest. The hotel itself is located inside a large business center, separated from the rest of the function spaces by a sizable indoor waterfall. The ground level has a bar and grill that is welcoming and friendly without appealing to any kind of gimmick. Above and below are function spaces of all sizes ranging from meeting rooms to a decent ballroom. Centrally located elevators take you swiftly and quietly up to your floor.
Big, comfortable beds, no-nonsense Wi-Fi, ample water preasure, and modern decor are just some of the pleasantries that await you in your hotel room. on alternate floors there are vending machines, ice machines, and even coin-operated laundry rooms for your extended stays. Dozens of toiletries and amenities are offered at no extra charge, and many of them are even offered to keep. The sizable beds are stocked with more than enough pillows of varying thicknesses. Even the cleaning staff offer a welcoming environment.

Where do I start on this... Absolutely the best staff. From the business liaison to the bartenders everything at this hotel is awesome. They have a great location and the staff consistently goes above and beyond. I probably won't be back in Jersey for awhile, however this is my preferred hotel without a doubt.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency while my husband was working in Morristown because of the hotel's proximity to the Morristown bars, restaurants, & walking. Location-wise, it's a good spot. The customer service was good (friendly, easy check-in), there was a nice breakfast downstairs each morning where I was able to grab a bagel to-go (they have a pretty good buffet selection too, I saw), & the gym was perfectly acceptable (it is next door in a separate fitness club, which is a bit of an inconvenience but really fine overall). My biggest issue with this hotel was the surprisingly disappointing state of the room itself. While quite large & equipped with a nice bed & clean sheets, the floor was rather dirty - as if it hadn't been vacuumed at all. There were visible crumbs on the floor & I even found an old pacifier under the bed!

For the state in which I found our hotel room, I think I'll opt for a different hotel when next staying in Morristown.

The hotel is beautiful. It is in an excellent location in Morristown near the Green and lots of businesses/resurants/shopping.
The staff when you walk in is very friendly.
The rooms are large and comfortable. The beds are big and fluffy ang you get a good night sleep.
The only issue we had was the bathroom. It was in disrepair and the door opened in such a way that it cut off the bathroom.
I stay there every year around Christmas and I will return again next year.

Disgusting decor and outdated rooms. Looked like they cleaned a murder aftermath off my headboard (room 1220). Minifridge on the floor was a not so nice touch. Desk had been broken apart. Mold on ceiling near mismatched broken blinds.

I stayed here with my girlfriend twice and both times we experienced exceptional service with high quality rooms. The staff was friendly and so helpful with all the information they gave us. We ended up staying in the same room/suite both times which was unintended but nice for us as we knew what to expect. This hotel is so close to many restaurants and nightlife as well as theater including the Mayo Performing Arts Center (and also right next door to a movie theater, what else could you possibly want??)

The room I stayed in was infested with bed bugs. I stayed for two nights and woke up the second morning with welts all over my legs and arms. The hotel confirmed after calling an outside vendor to confirm. In addition, the rooms are completely outdated - it gives you a very creepy feeling. This place gets a negative zero.

The hotel was a little over-priced for the quality of the rooms and breakfast affair, in my opinion. The room prices were on a par with others in the area but my room had definitely past its prime. The room was quite, though, and didn't have any funny smells that one often experience when a hotel room is due for a makeover.

The breakfast buffet had a nice variety. The omelettes were only a small step up from scrambled eggs with stuff mixed in. The coffee was good, and There were good cheeses and smoked salmon on the cold bar. Both pluses for me.

The room was worn. The furniture was scratched and wallpaper peeling. The bathroom had gross smudges on the walls and signs of water damage. There was also no room service or food due to issues in their kitchen. I didn t find that out until I checked in.

October 2019. Checked in very late/early morning after a long flight and went to the room which hadn t been cleaned (sheets on bed not made, not vacuumed, dirty bathroom). Went back downstairs, checked into another room. Very disappointed. Rooms are outdated and have that unclean feeling where you don t want to touch anything. For the price, it was ridiculous. Did early checkout the next day and found a clean hotel to stay in the rest of the week.
