I use the trublue auto belays all the time at the brc. They are great for warming up before my partner arrives.
Edit. Turnaround time has greatly improved. Only complaint now is units are HEAVY compared to competitor product. Minor gripe. Overall a very good product. (would be a great product if it was 10 lbs lighter) Terrible customer service. Units are great! Reliable. Easy to use. Great value. Good luck getting them to return your phone calls or emails. Regular maintenance shouldn t take almost a month. They need to get their turnaround time down to 3-5 days or we will be looking for another option.

I can't hold my tongue any longer. After another call to customer service, I just can't take it anymore. Customer service is abysmal. Hands-down the worst I have experienced in the industry. The absolute worst. We have 7 of the auto-belay units and over the past 5 years have had constant challenges getting them re-certified or getting parts that seem to be constantly back ordered. Horrible (no) communication - that falls to the customer to try and figure out what is going on. Horrible turn-around time - we easily loose six or more weeks per device due to inspection delays. They have outright lost one of our units, sent a unit back with no record of re-certification or updated inspection sticker, and have even found the wrong paperwork from another inspected device returned with our unit. Thankfully, there are other options available to consumers. I would do your homework and take these reviews to heart.

We've been using HEADRUSH products at our zipline for 5 years. Their autobelays and zipstop brakes are top notch products that are easier for our guides and safer for our guests. Great company to work with too! Check it out

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Product is good, sales pitch is good, service-no service. try to get your old parts back. They give a line of bull. Oh, we can't do that because it doesn't meet spec. It is our property--- period. We use the old webbing and carabiners for a lot of different things at our facility. Not just climbing. We have problems every time we re-certify. Getting old fast. Do the right thing guys. Put my stuff in the box and send it back. End or discussion.
