I can't hold my tongue any longer. After another call to customer service, I just can't take it anymore. Customer service is abysmal. Hands-down the worst I have experienced in the industry. The absolute worst.
We have 7 of the auto-belay units and over the past 5 years have had constant challenges getting them re-certified or getting parts that seem to be constantly back ordered. Horrible (no) communication - that falls to the customer to try and figure out what is going on. Horrible turn-around time - we easily loose six or more weeks per device due to inspection delays. They have outright lost one of our units, sent a unit back with no record of re-certification or updated inspection sticker, and have even found the wrong paperwork from another inspected device returned with our unit.
Thankfully, there are other options available to consumers. I would do your homework and take these reviews to heart.
