the team that has worked with us on having our roof redone has been terrific. helped us with insurance claim we had no idea we were able to use, we had more damage than we thought. very informative and right there with you all the way. quick service being mid winter. i recommend them highly. the roof only took 6 hours to do.

Highly recommend! Specialized Contractors did an amazing job on our roof.

Paid them $650 to repair 10 shingles and tack them down. They did a horrible looking job that did not pass our walk thru inspection. Had to pay another company $650 to fix it afterward and i asked for a refund. They refuse to respond. Poor communication to add before job was done. Have before and after pictures of their work but can not post it here.
Response....thats funny that the company afterwards fixed it correctly with no additional shingles needed. I watched the other man climb up on a ladder and fix it correctly. And also did it with out inspection charge and same price. Just because you have other good reviews does not exonerate from one bad job. Also it also bows not clear your company for failing to make things right. The new owner refused to use your company because they were afraid of another sub par repair. I asked for a partial refund and no response. No apologies...nothing. I should have gone with another company after the repairman never returned the next day anyway but we trusted his word that he would be back next day to make the above mentioned repair. Which he never communicated to management in the first place. So you can make excuse all you like and give your side but the fact is the repair was so bad that all the parties involved could not believe that your worker thought a billion nails in shingles looking like a kids treehouse was acceptable. And thanks for responding only after i post a bad review.

Specialized Contractors has been great to work with. They have been very helpful and patient as we worked through the insurance process to replace our roof that had storm damage. They were very professional and went out of there way to accommodate our schedule for meeting with them. I would definitely recommend them.

The process was easy, and the workers were on time and efficient. Our roof and porch look fantastic after a tree fell on them! I would highly recommend Specialized Contractors.

They helped talk to the insurance company and they did a fantastic job on the installation of the roof. They did not leave a mess when they finished. The were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Specialized Contractors came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. The completed the job in one day, and it looks fantastic!

We hired them right after the March 3rd tornado ripped off a ton of siding, broke windows out and messed up our roof. Right off the bat, we had multiple issues. First, the estimate was more than our insurance even covered but that was quickly fixed so it wasn t too big of an issue but it seemed a huge communication problem was already happening. Then we waited of course a while because of COVID which we understood until it was more and more months. More storms were coming through and our roof and siding was left exposed for a while. The roof finally got done and we were satisfied. Then we waited three more months for them to come do the siding and windows(after multiple calls to them) no communication from them for so long we thought they forgot about us. Then when they FINALLY came to fix the windows and siding, one of the workers had a really bad attitude with my grandfather about how he had already done too much . They had done the minimum! We finally threw the towel in, paid them regardless of them leaving a hammer sized hole in our foundation, and got the ordeal over with. Update on the siding and windows? The windows leak and now another tree has hit our new roof and we have a leak there too. We have a warranty on the roof but my husband is opting to fix it himself because honestly, it ll get done faster and more efficiently that way.
