After working with two other dealerships and an independent Collision Center, we finally found a dealership that could communicate clearly, articulate the status of our repair/claim and deliver (they over delivered) on our repair order. I own a 300 Chrysler and needed a new key as quoted from a different dealership almost $200 more Hayes was very honest and very helpful and the price for the key you can be very happy with the outcome.

This is now the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership. They make the car buying experience an actual pleasure and not the high pressure experience of the past. I never feel like I am being taken for a ride (pun intended). My salesperson Eric has always made sure everything is right and if not, he will make right without having to tell him. Eric, Ruben and the rest of the Hayes Team are top notch and I would highly recommend them if you are in the North Georgia area.

Buying experience was great. Drove down from Greenville SC. Came in on New Year's eve unexpected to look at a truck I spoke to Griffin Huntsinger about earlier in the day. He was great to deal with, didn't rush us out the door as things were near closing for the evening. Loved the truck we came to see (excellent condition-exceed what I expected). We needed a little more time to look at other vehicles and make a decision but didn't find anything as good. Came back a few days later and Griffin/the team at Hayes took care of the transaction timely. Left feeling we got a good price versus other vehicles we surveyed at other dealerships . I would return again and recommend Hayes and working with Griffin Huntsinger.

Bought a 2013 journey in 2013. Was told that we could refinance our higher interest rate 6 months from purchase. Went back and the finance manager acted like he had never seen me. Told me to come back in 6 more months. Same thing again. Called to speak with multiple people over 2 years to try and get some help with this. Each time people act like they dont even want to talk to me. Im stuck now with a 12500 car that i owe 20k on. Anything for the sale i guess , then to heck with you afterwards.

We were on the road for a family vacation over 6 hours away from home when my truck gave me an urgent warning to be serviced. We called two dealerships close to where we were going and they both told us their service department was booked and they couldn't see us, but we could leave the truck and they would get to it in a day or two (not an option on vacation with the family and one vehicle 6 hours from home and 1.5 hours from our vacation rental) one of them even hung up on us when we started to ask if they could point us to someone that could help.

Hayes was the third dealership we called. Brittany answered the phone and informed us that they were booked as well, but said she would check with her manager due to our circumstance. She was an amazing help and told us they would be able to help squeeze us in.

They were able to get us checked in, diagnose the problem and fix it within a little over an hour.

Thank you to Brittany and the Hayes dealership team for getting us back up and running so we could enjoy the rest of our family vacation. You were a true blessing. I pray the Lord will bless you through your being a blessing to us.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The only reason I gave them a 1 is that there wasn't a 0 to pick. Worst service dept I have ever been to. They advertise express oil changes, well get ready to wait 3 HOURS! And they could obviously care less. Heaven forbid you take your car for repairs there. They will guess at the cause of the problem, spend hundreds or thousands of your dollars, and when that doesn't fix the problem they will call you to change their story and say your car has multiple problems. Then they'll proceed to sell you MORE parts and labor to fix what was the REAL issue to start with. And don't bother complaining to the manager when this happens. He will hide and avoid you like the plague hoping that you get tired of waiting and leave. If you do happen to corner him he will just lie like the service rep did anyway. I swear its like a band of thieves there.

Vey pleasant experience. Salesman Tyler Boucher was very helpful with no pressure and made the purchase a nice experience. I left a bunch of items in my trade in car in error and her boxed everything up and kept it safe for my return. Everyone I met T Hayes was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The only thing i got to say is that dodge has the worst dealers ever and Chrysler corporate are no help when it come to a recall.... Don't buy dodge because when you get a issue and the only thing they say " I understand, but i don't know what to tell you" they don't want to provide a loaner for something that is there fault.

Had our truck fixed here after a fender bender. They were very responsive. They called every couple of days to give us an update on the Truck. Very professional operation here.

The worst experience I ve ever had with any dealership . Took over 30 days to get my vehicle back, replaced parts that didn t need replacing and my vehicle still isn t right. Now I m going round and round with my insurance company because I want to take it to a differant dealership

Charged me 2,313 dollars to get my truck running they replaced some of the coil packs and my compressor and did some adjustments on the computer but still didn t fix my problem with my truck so I FIXED IT MYSELF TURNS OUT IT WAS TPS SENSOR AND I REPLACE THE MAP SENSOR AND THE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR AND TOOK ME ABOUT A HOUR TO DO IT NOW IT RUNS LIKE A DREAM NO CODES AT ALL WONT EVER TRUST MECHANICS AGAIN IM DONE WITH THEM ILL DO IT MYSELF

He gentleman that had helped me the last 2 times i was there, he goes over and above to make sure I'm happy. If I have a question he goes the extra mile to ferry the answer or to help me fix it right there and then. I think you should do what you need to do to keep him there. He has been the best

I searched everywhere around the Atlanta area and found that Hayes had the best prices. Their sales and financing staff were great and they had me in and out in a brand new Jeep in just a few hours. Big props to Tyler in sales all in all my wife and I had a great experience at Hayes and would highly recommend it to everyone!

Tom Chacko is a great salesperson and he did an excellent job in putting me in a Chrysler 300 2010, last April. This is my first year anniversary and I am very please with my purchase. Tom sent me a letter the other day congratulating me on my purchase and wishing me a Happy 1st Anniversary! Talk about remembering your customers.... I love it!
The other members of Hayes, the finance manager, etc., were very friendly and they made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Even after my purchase of my vehicle, Tom called a week later just to see how I was doing as well as how my car was performing. I received an excellent deal on my car, a 2010 with 24,000 miles on it, and the price was right also. I am definitely referring other to Hayes Chrysler.

It s not so much the customer service but the way my situation was handled. I called twice to make sure that my name was put down for an appointment and when I showed up, my name was never put down. I had to leave my ONLY car over night to get it fixed. Took them two days to let me know if my car warranty covered a rental car which I knew it from the beginning. I called to talk to the manager and never received a call back. Finally got my car back after a few days, only to have my car get worse after one day of having it! And they kept my engine cover!

Really needed to get out from under a car that didn't work for out family any longer and was depreciating every day. Mr. Clinton with Hayes contacted my wife and said bring it down let's see what we can do. My wife promptly informed Mr. Clinton that we were not interested in a vehicle currently and he said no worries, she then 2nd informed him of an offer we currently and asked him not to waste my time as I am extremely busy. He again assured her. I went down and within 30 minutes we had actually come to mutual # that I personally know was in my favor. So at least two things to know about hayes. They employee people that are truthful. #2 Clinton is the man and hayes is willing to do business even when it isnt in their favor or interest. I was so impressed I asked them to be on the lookout for a specific vehicle and I am sure when and if they find it we will again come to good mutual agreement. Thanks Clinton & Hayes :)

I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 C from this dealership and it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The particular model with options I wanted was not in stock, however Shawn Evans and Stephen McDonald assured me one was on order and would be in within a week or so. We agreed on figures and they kept me updated on the arrival of my new car. When my car was delivered, I was immediately contacted and sent pictures via text! I took delivery of my car and NOTHING changed from our original conversation - except the rate I was quoted got BETTER. This was literally the EASIEST transaction. They were incredibly busy, but made me feel like I was the only customer in the showroom. Ruben in finance was thorough and not pushy at all. The technology on this car is amazing and a bit overwhelming, and Stephen made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. We even synced up my phone to the bluetooth and tested everything worked before I left. I feel like nothing was left out, yet they were sensitive to my time constraints. All in all, I got a great price on my car, great value for my trade in, treated fantastic and it was well worth the 30 minute drive to purchase my car from Hayes Chrysler in Gainesville!

I live very close to this dealership and never really paid it much attention. I bought a vehicle at another dodge/Chrysler dealer and from the first week I was so Dissatisfied with the vehicle. When my first oil change approached I decided to go to Hayes to get that done. I was asked how satisfied I was with my suv and I said I hated it. Immediately, someone from sales called me to see what they could do to get me into a car that I loved. Appointment was on time. Oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection took less than an hour. Price was reasonable.

I am never buying a car from them again. My car is not passing emissions inspections. I took it to Hayes (Where I bought the car.) They charged me $150 to fix the problem. It still doesn't pass inspection. They also have no idea why my check engine light keeps coming on . Their computers can't figure it out. Update: I finally had to purchase another car. NOT from them and NOT a Chrysler.

Have bought 2 vehicles from here, as we ve taken it in for service we used to get great service from Brian. However, since he has left, every time we take the vehicles in there is a problem. The last two times we have taken the vehicles in for recalls, they have made recommendations for additional services needed. The first vehicle was left for a week and they lacked to perform the additional services, the second vehicle was left for the day and they similarly only did the recall. Both of these we had requested the additional work to be done and they weren t. They also didn t call to tell us it s ready until we called hours later than it should ve taken to do the recall. They try to offer next day service after the fact, however this is an inconvenience to come back in when I ve already committed the day for the needed work, especially since I work out of town and have to make a special trip to make this happen. Both of these vehicles had an appointment for the recall and no one told us that we would have to bring it back for the additional service they implied it could be done now but then failed to follow through.

Hayes Chrysler Jeep Service provides amazing service. I take my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire and 2017 JeepGrand Cherokee Trail Hawk here for oil changes and multi point annual check because they are experts. Trust them to keep my vehicles working for years to come!

The team at Hayes were great about getting my truck in and diagnosed quickly given I was in a bind as this is my tow vehicle and it failed to start at a race event close to the dealer. A quick fix was done and the truck picked up the next morning.

That day at the track only about 4 hours after picking it up it once again failed to start, I tried 4-5 times and nothing, then it fired up. This was very similar to the issue before and the only fix done that day was a new battery. A few hours later once all loaded and heading for home the truck again didn't start on the first 3-5 attempts and I immediately thought I was going to have to find an alternative to towing my rig, but once again it finally started.

I'm uncertain if the fix is truly fixed at this point? I have some concern that the battery installed may not have been a fully charged battery, potentially sitting in stock for some time? I won't know if the solution was good for several more days when I have time to monitor the voltage myself with a voltage meter to ensure this is going to be the correct fix.

Took my Jeep Wrangker JK in for oil change and tire rotation. Waited about 1 hr. For the service to be completed on a Saturday around 11:30am. Very satisfied with the staff and the service.

Jody and Don made the buying experiance easy. We called the day before set an early appt for the next day to test tmdrive two vehicles. They had both vehicles ready for test drives on time when we arrived. In the past it has taken hours to close the deal.
