Went to Hayes Chrysler for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. Had a 9:00 am appointment. They were right on time and I was out in less than 40 minutes. Everybody there was very friendly and helpful.
Pretty good overall experience buying my Jeep here. Friendly folks. Decent pricing. The paperwork and financing part took a good bit longer than I would have liked, but could have been worse I suppose. Nice facility and good vehicle selection.

Hayes corrected my problem and also found I needed my water pump replaced, that saved me from breaking down on the road and possibly messing up my engine and paying for a tow truck.

Brianna scheduled me in for a diagnostic exam after my engine warning light came on. I dropped off my Jeep the day before and thought they were short handed. By the end of that day they had completed the diagnostic, and had the part in stock. I picked my Jeep up the next afternoon, right on schedule. Again they seemed short handed. The work was neatly done, and the actual cost was very close to the estimate. It was a pleasure dealing with Brianna, and I'll use Hayes in the future.
Seemed like nice people. They played me tho. I did my research prior, was ready to negotiate and not willing to take the 1st offer. I talked to multiple dealerships about the same car. I was a handshake away from closing on a deal. I revealed the other dealership's and terms affiliated. A call was made, and the next thing I know. My negotiated deal ripped up and became a take it or leave it situation at both dealerships

Service Department: I'm guessing you're seeing a mass exodus of patrons from your oil change service this past year. Single oil change now over $45 and two prices: one for, I think up to 5 quarts oil, more for another quart??? Package deal was $75 for 4 oil changes when I purchased it last year, this year it's $109 for same 4 oil changes? Jiffy Lube doesn't have packages, but will give you $5 off every Tuesday for the ladies and check your fluids as part of the service. You guys missed my low tire light and brake light at last visit and didn't try to put air in or tell me the sensor was probably broken. That and 3+ hours if I show up 45 minutes before you open on Saturdays will use up 1/2 my day.
There staff is always on point and always helping they get there stuff done always have some small refreshments available.
Scheduled a recall repair 10 days in advance and when my husband took my truck in, they didn't have the part necessary to complete the job. The least they could've done was call me to inform me they weren't able to get it done.
Nick is the best and Hayes is the only place I will go to get my car serviced. Great customer service.

I had looked up the truck I bought from Hayes Chrysler and called them right away. I got in touch with Josh and he was nothing but excellent. I went with my parents the next day to look at the truck and we ended up buying the truck. When we first drove up we were greeted with a warm welcome and southern hospitality! Then I went on a test drive with Josh and he was very knowledgeable about the truck I bought. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend anyone to go there!
This was my second time working with Vince (Santa) at Hayes. He has always appreciated what I wanted and never tried to push something on me just to make a sale. This past time he wasn t even supposed to start working until 11 am on the day I went in but he was also early and started showing me the car I wanted by 9 am when he knew I was there. He gave me pricing, encouraged me to compare at the other dealerships I had planned to visit, and treated me with respect and patience. He made the car buying experience enjoyable and I plan to return to him in the future.
We've purchased several vehicles from Hayes and they are always friendly and fair. I currently drive a 2008 wrangler that i purchased new and they have performed almost all of the service on this vehicle. I trust their service department and they are always incredibly helpful! Drove 6.5 hours to purchase our vehicle from Hayes. Josh was our sales person and we had a wonderful experience. I communicated with Josh for over a week by phone and email, he was always so quick to reply and keep me updated of the vehicle arrival. We had a not so pleasant experience at another dealership recently in Orlando, FL, but this dealership was A+++. I would drive again for 6.5 hours to buy from this dealership and use Josh as our sales person. Thank you for a pleasant and smooth transaction!!

Great service, really friendly, fixed my baby right up! My husband took my car to get the ETC fixed. They told him they would give him a free 24 hour rental. I would ve given 5 stars, however the free rental turned out to be an extra $40 on our bill. Since I wasn t the one that brought the car, I told my husband to call and let them know that the rental wasn t free, but he didn t want to complain. I understand, which is why I m leaving it in my review. Perhaps they forgot that they promised us a free rental, and then once they read this remember that they had, and then they can give us a call and settle this up. Maybe.....

I had my oil changed and my tires rotated and the staff was very friendly and the job was done in a very timely manner. I was very pleased.
In multiple visits the service reps would rather talk to each other than the customer.
They diagnosed our 6 year old Durango to need spark plugs and coil pack on cyclinder 2. Paid several hundred dollars and now the check engine light is back on. Took it to another Dodge dealer (Hayes in Lawrenceville) and they diagnosed it as internal to engine, it was a valve that was not sealing. Dodge has an extended warranty to replace the head. Hayes Dodge of Lawrenceville fixed it and got me a loaner all at no cost to me.
Great service department, Nick was great. Look forward to doing business in the future.
Awful first time experience with the service department! Made an appointment online to have my Jeep serviced. Took off work, made arrangements to have someone pick me up, etc. When I arrived, after waiting 10 minutes for someone to find me a Service Advisor, I was finally told they were too backed up and wouldn't get to me until next week. They even said I didn't make an appointment. I had the confirmation emails and reminders to prove otherwise. No remorse, no apologies - just very matter of fact that they weren't going to help me today. This was my first experience with this dealership and I will NEVER be back. I'll find another dealership that cares about their customers.
Hayes has always gone the extra mile to help with our daughter s car. Her bolts broke off and her front tire came off (literally). Every time she gets an oil change they check her tires and bolts so hopefully this doesn t happen again. All at no charge. They have worked with us ever since we had a problem. I highly recommend their body shop service department.

Friendly people. Good service. Couldn't give 5 stars only because they can't seem to figure out one problem after 3 visits and I'll be taking it back for a 4th and also the fact that they no longer provide a loner vehicle. If I'm already spending hundreds of dollars for a repair, I certainly can't afford a rental for a day.

Liars and cheats! Original papers we signed said 7500 off l. Final papers had NO such discount. Never called me back about simple questions. We're supposed to set up an appointment for sunroof installation (which I was told was free and never was) by yesterday.. no such call. Poor customer service and shady business practices. Incident on freeway damaged front bumper cover and headlight on van. Had purchased from Hayes and wanted them to do repairs. Scheduled in quickly, honored my request for Chrysler parts and not after market parts. Finished repairs quickly and within time frame promised. Paint matches perfectly. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

I purchased my first Jeep from Hayes Gainesville almost 4 years ago but wanted to trade it for something bigger. I called Tracy and was shocked when she knew exactly who I was with no explanation needed. Their professionalism as well as their kindness is unmatched, especially Tracy! There had been a severe leak in the toneau top. This was corrected and the final exam was a severe thunder storm with the truck left outside and no leak noticed the next morning. The work was done on time, and with cost very much within reason. This staff also made me feel at home.
Breana was great! Can t say enough about the customer service. She noticed that I had a Georgia sticker on my trade-in, so she purchased a replacement for the new truck. That s next level service.
Also, everyone we dealt with was easy to work with, and I was extremely satisfied with the deal.

My husband brought his truck in a couple of months ago and needed a routine service. When they brought to our attention a leak with the coolant we were grateful, but not for the five visits and almost a month it took to get his truck back and running properly. AND they STILL didn't put the correct antifreeze in it. They are a local establishment, so we wanted to continue to give them a chance to impress us - but they have not. Went in this morning to try to get a full service on the truck but couldn't even get someone to help us for a full 30 minutes. My husband had to be at the airport and we couldn't stand around waiting any longer on the service advisor that seemed to be purposefully avoiding us. Terrible customer service and we won't beg them to take our money. Too bad for a "good ole boy" system that won't last long if they aren't willing to have competent customer service. Today they lost out on a large service bill that we were willing to pay as well as all the future services and sales because we will never buy from here again and encourage those we know to go elsewhere. It was incredibly disappointing to see that Hayes Service Advisors were not willing to provide a service. I hope that their sales know that their service is driving away customers!
Gentleman in the parts department was very rude and seemed as though my calling was an inconvenience to him. Once I told him I didn t know the last eight of my VIN off the top of my head he told me to call back when I knew it and hung up. I apologize I am looking for an OEM part for my Ram and didn t memorize my VIN. By the way Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Summit Racing, Auto Zone and Rock Auto to name a few were able to price the part for me without a VIN. FYI Mr. Parts representative, OEM parts are ridiculously overpriced, poor customer service is the last thing you need to throw into the mix. In this increasingly competitive industry you have made my decision that much easier as to where I shop for my vehicles and parts!

Nathan in the service department was incredible to work with. He answered all my questions and treated me like a friend. I had an engine issue in my Jeep that needed to be addressed ASAP. They fixed the issue and only had my car for a day and a half. I will continue to use Nathan and Haye's service department to upkeep my vehicle. Very pleased. Highly recommend.
I bought a used car 1 week ago. Apparently test driving it for 15 mins isn't enough to know all the issues it may have. Now the check engine light is on, the back rotors need replaced cause it's metal to metal, probably needs breaks. No winshield washer fluid, the transmission seems to have problems with gearing down when needed. Who knows how much more I may find over the next week. Very disappointed that I was sold a car with so many issues!!!! I feel like I've been cheated!!! Not fair at all.

Bought a Chrysler van brand new and at 66,000 miles the transmission needed a update. When we called we were told we would be covered but either way it s a update not broken so why wouldn t that be free to begin with? But sadly when we came in we were told we were 6,000 miles over our warranty so we ended up having to pay for this update at 130 something dollars. Second it s only got 66,000 miles on it it shouldn t need a update or anything other than routine maintenance. We were told we should call Chrysler and take it up with them..... I thought a customer service based dealer ship would make that step for you and was also told that this is a common problem. If so why hasn t it been addressed already?
Take the Jeep here for Service. Make the appointments and the car is ready within the time frame. Good friendly, reputable service.

This was the smoothest purchasing transaction in all of car buying experiences. My salesperson, Erika Wilkinson , was prompt on her responses and appointments. Erika knee my budget and didn t try to sell me on anything outside of that. She took the time to cover all the features of the new Jeep, and even setting up my phone for me. Financing went smoothly and very comfortable atmosphere. I cannot say enough good things about Hayes Jeep in Gainesville. Highly recommend.
Found the vehicle we wanted on AutoTrader and called the dealership. James Madison was our sales rep and verified the vehicle was still available. He was ready and waiting for us when we arrived at Hayes to see the vehicle. It was a used Prius V (just what we wanted) and after a test drive and some negotiations, James got us the vehicle at the price we were willing to pay.
We did have to wait an hour or so for the car to be detailed and gassed up, but it was well worth it!

We arrived shortly before they closed, but we were still greated with a smile and attentiveness. The prices at this dealer were the most fair we had seen all day. (Santa) Vince Mercardante helped show us the vehicle we were interested in, and never once did we feel pressured. Instead, we felt like he was looking out for our best interest through the entire process. He even prayed with us before we left!
